[about 5 minutes on hold] Lili: Yes it is! When can you come and get it? Me: How about tomorrow, Saturday May 30? Lili: Sure, we open at 9am. What time do you want to come? Me: I am driving in from Manhattan. How about 9:30am? Lili: Confirmed. You will be meeting with sales manager, "J". Next day... We get to the dealership at 9:27am. We meet with "J". J tells us he sold this vehicle a week prior, on May 23 As we are sitting at his desk, a text comes in from Lili "Hi Jeremy, this is Lili from Route 46 Nissan AutoMall. Are you guys here already?" Yes. We are sitting at J's desk. He told us the car that you confirmed that was available sold on May 23 Please explain. --- No reply. Ever. A "manager" tried to apologize. He explained that Lili did not work for the dealership. They worked for a sales team that is off-site. BUT THE TELEPHONE NUMBER printed on the website for "Sales" (Contact our Sales Department at 888-242-3102) IS NOT THE DEALERSHIP nor is it the sales office. It is a 3rd party marketing service. That should be disclosed. The salesman told me "I should have looked up the dealership phone number on Google" Um, no. I should call the sales office printed on the dealer's website. I normally do not leave negative reviews, but my experience with this dealership has been one issue after another and has left me with no confidence in either the dealership or the vehicle I purchased. I originally visited after receiving a letter stating that I qualified for a vehicle exchange program that would pay off my remaining $15,500 loan balance. After spending hours at the dealership, I was told the program did not apply to me. I was then approved for a Nissan Kicks at approximately $620 per month and took the vehicle home, only to be told the next day that I was no longer approved. As the process continued, my payment increased to nearly $829 while I was being offered lower-trim vehicles. The first vehicle I received had a severe roach infestation, with roaches coming out of the air vents while I was driving. After returning it, I was given another vehicle that also had roaches. I was pressured to keep the vehicle after it was treated with pesticides and was even asked to continue driving it despite my concerns. Each exchange required hours at the dealership and resulted in significant wasted time. I was also pressured to leave a positive review. Ramon repeatedly asked for my phone, took it from me, and wrote the review himself. The original positive review under my account was not written by me and did not reflect my actual experience. During one visit, while I was backing out of a parking space, an individual on the lot struck my vehicle. When I asked why he hit my car, he responded, "The next one will be on your face." I found that threatening and completely unacceptable. Unfortunately, the problems did not end there. The replacement vehicle developed multiple issues, including screen flashing, infotainment and Apple CarPlay problems, lane-keeping concerns, overheating warnings, warning chimes, fuel gauge and fuel-range inaccuracies, and recall-related combination meter problems. At one point I was even told the vehicle might not be safe to drive, only to later receive conflicting information. I was eventually stranded in North Carolina while trying to address ongoing vehicle concerns at another Nissan dealership. More recently, Nissan Consumer Affairs instructed me to return to this dealership for inspection of the combination meter issue. I took time off work and lost an entire day, only to be told that I would have to pay for diagnosis or repairs. Despite having an appointment and repair order, nothing was repaired and the visit accomplished nothing. Over the past several months I have spent countless hours dealing with dealership visits, phone calls, repair appointments, insurance complications, and ongoing concerns about the reliability and safety of my vehicle. The situation has affected my work schedule, caused significant stress, and left me feeling completely let down. Customers deserve honesty, transparency, safe vehicles, and respectful treatment. Misleading Info & Poor Follow-Up After reading other reviews, I see I'm not alone. I went to RT46 Nissan on 27 APR 2026 with my own financing, but they pushed theirs, promising a lower APR--which was not true. The Carfax said, "minor scratch," but that was completely misleading. Now the front bumper is coming unhinged--this is NOT minor. When I went back on 23 MAY 2026, the salesman, T. Lockett, immediately blamed me and never followed up. Completely unprofessional. I returned on26 MAY 2026 and spoke with the service manager, who was polite, but I had to keep calling for any updates. I finally got a call on 29 MAY 2026 to bring the car in. At this point, I expect a full repair at no cost AND fair compensation. This vehicle was misrepresented, and I should not be dealing with a major issue that was labeled as "minor." The advertised a used car for 15k, but when you get there, the price is 20k. Most of the conversation was pressuring me to use their financing vs my own so they would get a $800 kickback from the bank, or about why the 5k "optional" increase was so good since they certify the car. Then they pulled up the car fax to tell me how good everything was, skipping over the ACCIDENT HISTORY which I already knew about, having ordered the carfax the night before. When I asked to just buy the car without the certification, I was told that I could "make an offer," insinuating that they would refuse it unless I paid 20k or financed through them. False and fraudulent advertising and a waste of my time. Their web state states in its disclaimer (screenshot below) that the listed price for a used vehicle includes all amounts to be paid. I go all the way out there, test drive, negotiate a price, and they come back and show me a monthly payment as if I wouldn't notice an additional $5000 added to the price for their nonsense warranty, and they then refused to sell the vehicle without the warranty. Their line is "the warranty is optional" but refused to provide fee breakdown not including it. Add $5000 to whatever cost they list a vehicle at if you don't want to waste your time. Their warranty also runs from the date of manufacture, not date of purchase, so trying to sell me a "7 year warranty" that's effectively covering barely covering a year or two is just manipulative. Other dealers offer FAR better warranty products for cheaper. I bought a vehicle from another dealership today and paid $3000 for unlimited time, 75k miles from current odometer, bumper to bumper coverage. 0/10 strongly recommend against. Very disappointed with the overall customer service. My wife and I leased a brand-new vehicle, 2 days later developed a flat tire. We'd not taken the car but from the dealership to home. The new car didn't come with a spare and the air pump provided couldn't keep the tire inflated very long before running flat again. We were able to get the car towed to the local tire shop. We were told the tire was not repairable and needed to be replaced. We went back to the dealership expecting them to provide a new tire since the car was new. They did not, instead they insisted that I purchased a new tire at their cost, which was higher than the tire shops cost by 100.00. Unfortunately my recent visit was not a positive one. I had been in contact through text, made an appointment and when I came in I was told that: 1) my appointment was changed without my knowledge. Nancy tried to make it sound like it was my fault saying "she would have had the car outside and ready for me if she knew". I have all the text messages showing I was gonna be there at the time I arrived which was between 4-5. 2) she then proceeded to say that the car that I was coming in for was sold the same day and no one told me. when I told Nancy and her manager that I never was told the car was sold she lied and said she called me and left a voicemail. As you see from the screenshot, she called to confirm my appointment not tell me the car was sold. I also never received any voicemail. So she did not let me know and her manager had to apologize on her behalf instead of her apologizing for herself. 4) Nancy was extremely rude and tried to throw other workers under the bus for her mistakes and made my first experience trying to buy a car a very poor one. Ultimately at that point I was completely fed up and insisted for my keys. She walked off and withheld my keys from me while her and her colleagues talked amongst each other on how to keep me there which made me want to leave even more. I really wanted this car, I was so excited since I have such an old car and never had an opportunity to buy a newer car before, so for this to be my first experience was an extremely disappointing one. I reached out after sharing my poor experience elsewhere (see attached) and never got a response.  I actually made the mistake of trying to check back in with these scammers after seeing they lowered the price on the car I was originally interested in. They told me I'd need to "come back in" to talk pricing, which I refused to do given the way things went down last time. I requested to chat with the manager (who wasn't available) but was told to call back. When I did, they screened my calls and didn't bother picking up! Inquired about the out the door price and they said they can give it when I get there. I got a wheel alignment, cabin and engine air filter replacement and the service advisor told me the full price but luckily I found a "deal" on their website for the wheel alignment plus tax. I purchased a 2021 Altima for my 17yo son back in February. After about 1.5 months my son told me the rear doors locks weren't working. He thought it was a setting and couldnt find it. I had a terrible experience returning my lease at this Nissan dealership. Carlos, the manager I dealt with, was extremely rude and unhelpful. Instead of guiding me through the process, he was confrontational and insisted I pay for several things that should have been covered. His attitude made the entire experience stressful and frustrating. I felt taken advantage of, and it was clear that he was more interested in making money than ensuring customer satisfaction. His attitude was dismissive, and it felt like all he cared about was squeezing as much money out of me as possible. I would not recommend this dealership, as the lack of professionalism and respect was unacceptable. Nice, so not only he was rude, he also lied about his name! After wasting my time going there and taking a test drive, I was told they could not sell me a car at the price advertised (on Kelley Blue Book) without buying a $4,000 extended warranty or financing it. I really recommend to avoid to buy cars at this dealership, if what's going on it's not illegal at least it's not ethical. After we negotiated price, trade in and financing. We were ready to sign the documents, when I noticed the numbers were too high (around $3000) extra, when i stop to read, the price of the vehicle was close to $3000, over of what we agreed, I was told there was a distinction fee (something that all window stickers have in the MSRP) I told them, i was over charged, and we had to do the contract again without those 1170~ I took another $1000~ hit, because I already signed my trade in car because it was obvious that they would not admite that they scamming customers. To complain is not that they sell $3000 over price the scam is they agreed to sell me the vehicle at a price (window sticker price in my case) and I was charge with a higher price. I wasn't provided with a bill of sale(for obvious reason) that would tell us the selling price of the vehicle. I waited 2 days to contact Bret (salesman) who sold me the car, asking for the bill of sale, i asked him if i could go and pick the bill of sale up, I was told "yes". I went the fallowing day, I was just giving a copy with just a portion of the bill of sale, I refused to just take that, and I told Bret to give me a full copy, I ended up with a full photocopy (not the customer's copy) of the bill of sale. When I read it, it was the proof that I was being overcharged and it could be worse because they couldn't charge me twice for the destinations fee. That's not all, when I'm leaving with the brand new vehicle luckily i noticed the SUV had a big dent. At first i gave them the benefit of the doubt but after all I believe this is part of unethical process going on. To protect myself I took pictures and videos at the dealership of the dent in case later they don't want to pay for the damage. In fairness, I will say 1) that the personnel I dealt with (George and Bernard) were unfailingly pleasant and courteous (as was I), and 2) it seems like a significant proportion of the local industry operates in the same manner as I described originally. That doesn't make it good, by any means. But more understandable. read more
