    False and fraudulent advertising and a waste of my time. Their web state states in its disclaimer (screenshot below) that the listed price for a used vehicle includes all amounts to be paid. I go all the way out there, test drive, negotiate a price, and they come back and show me a monthly payment as if I wouldn't notice an additional $5000 added to the price for their nonsense warranty, and they then refused to sell the vehicle without the warranty. Their line is "the warranty is optional" but refused to provide fee breakdown not including it. Add $5000 to whatever cost they list a vehicle at if you don't want to waste your time. Their warranty also runs from the date of manufacture, not date of purchase, so trying to sell me a "7 year warranty" that's effectively covering barely covering a year or two is just manipulative. Other dealers offer FAR better warranty products for cheaper. I bought a vehicle from another dealership today and paid $3000 for unlimited time, 75k miles from current odometer, bumper to bumper coverage. 0/10 strongly recommend against. Don't let them swindle you.

    Unfortunately my recent visit was not a positive one. I had been in contact through text, made an appointment and when I came in I was told that: 1) my appointment was changed without my knowledge. Nancy tried to make it sound like it was my fault saying "she would have had the car outside and ready for me if she knew". I have all the text messages showing I was gonna be there at the time I arrived which was between 4-5. 2) she then proceeded to say that the car that I was coming in for was sold the same day and no one told me. when I told Nancy and her manager that I never was told the car was sold she lied and said she called me and left a voicemail. As you see from the screenshot, she called to confirm my appointment not tell me the car was sold. I also never received any voicemail. So she did not let me know and her manager had to apologize on her behalf instead of her apologizing for herself. 4) Nancy was extremely rude and tried to throw other workers under the bus for her mistakes and made my first experience trying to buy a car a very poor one. Ultimately at that point I was completely fed up and insisted for my keys. She walked off and withheld my keys from me while her and her colleagues talked amongst each other on how to keep me there which made me want to leave even more. I really wanted this car, I was so excited since I have such an old car and never had an opportunity to buy a newer car before, so for this to be my first experience was an extremely disappointing one. Don't come here, they bait, lie, and try to scam you into something more expensive. When they tried offering me two other cars they didn't even want to tell me the price when I asked, they kept insisting I go "look and drive them first". Absolute waste of time.

They lied before I even arrived--promising the battery was charged and tires were good on a used RAV4 Prime I drove 90 minutes to see. Neither was true. During the sale, the used car manager pushed a $3,000 warranty using outright false claims (7 years of maintenance, lower sales tax), lowballed my trade-in by rating it "fair" despite its condition, and when I pushed back on all of it, told me he "hopes to never see my face again." The whole process took 5.5 hours, and the cruise control listed on their website was broken--discovered on my drive home. Their response: "Did you buy the warranty?" The post-sale experience was worse. I requested a registration transfer at purchase. After weeks of being brushed off, they processed it as a brand-new registration instead. When my temporary tag was about to expire because of their delays, their rep J. Perez advised me to just drive on an expired registration. My salesman followed that up in writing offering to cover any ticket--which tells you everything about how seriously they take their own mistakes. When I demanded the plates be overnighted (confirmed verbally and in writing via email), they shipped two-day FedEx to arrive on a weekend during a holiday. Five days, not one. My salesman Rodolfo dodged calls and messages throughout, has since left the dealership, and his manager--who tried to push misleading insurance on me at signing--never followed up as promised. I've been calling their Customer Relations Manager for two weeks. Voicemail every time. The copy-paste reply you'll likely see below this review is exactly that. They asked me for a 5-star review twice before I had the keys. Now you know why.

Instead, Matt in the service department came through in a big way. He was professional, responsive, and made sure I was back on the road in no time. This experience was a complete contrast to what I have dealt with at Jeep. It reaffirmed my decision to go back to Ford. Buying a vehicle is one thing. Anyone can make the sale and hand you the keys when everything feels great driving off the lot. What truly matters is who has your back when you are in trouble. Ford does. This is my second Ford, and between the two trucks I have put over 230,000 miles on them with very few issues. That kind of reliability paired with service like this is why I keep coming back.     I will not be returning to this Firestone location…read more On multiple visits, I felt like I was being pushed toward additional repairs and replacements that I did not actually need. The first time, I came in for an AC issue. I mentioned that I believed the blower motor resistor was the problem, but I was told the issue was related to wiring instead. I declined the repair, and later confirmed that the blower motor resistor was in fact the issue. On another visit after a tire blowout, I only wanted to replace the damaged tire because the other tires were still fairly new. However, I was strongly encouraged to replace three tires as well as purchase a new battery. I ultimately replaced only the one tire and decided to get a second opinion before spending money on the battery. I later went to another shop for an oil change and asked them to check the battery, and they confirmed that it was completely fine and did not need replacement. I understand that repair recommendations can differ between shops, but having multiple experiences where I was advised to purchase additional parts and services that later turned out to be unnecessary made me lose confidence in this location. As someone who has since learned more about vehicle repairs and maintenance, I am glad I sought second opinions before authorizing the work. Based on my experiences, I would recommend that customers get a second opinion before agreeing to costly repairs or replacements recommended at this shop.

Overheating was never in my original complaint. They want more money from me to fix a problem they caused or missed when they conducted their original assessment.
