My family wanted to ride some go karts and from the reviews this place looked pretty decent. I can say that this place really is a lot of fun. Great customer service, have to sign waivers of course and the prices weren't that bad. Adults and kids ride separately at different time, and the adults go karts are very fast. For kids, they need to be 39" or above, my son is 4 and this was his first time riding in a go karts let alone drive one himself. I was nervous and explained to the worker this would be his first. The young man was polite and help explain to my son how to work the go karts. The "mini karts" go at a different speed which put me at easy, and my wife and I were so happy seeing our son driving on his own. The arcade was great, lots of fun games. We got a ninja warrior package and it's really nice but my son didn't care for it. The mini bowling was great for all ages, and there's ax throwing! We ate before we got there so we didn't try out the food. The place was clean and had more to offer, so we will be coming back. A great place to bring your kids - or some friends without kids who don't mind being around kids. They have video games, laser tag, a zip-rail (it's like a zip-line, but on a rail. It's pretty fun) and go karts! The food and bar are pretty good, nothing special but you won't starve or get too thirsty. My favorite thing they had there was the mini bowling. It's bowling, but smaller. And the pins are on strings. Loads of fun. A great place to hang when it's either too hot or too wet outside. read more

Go karts, arcade, & axe throwing aren't included (wristband). Food could be better. Beer not much of a selection, or at least what I like. Place was clean, as well as the restroom. A fun place for the entire family. This is our favorite new discovery in Brevard. They really do have it all and it's indoors. Perfect for fun (not in the sun). They have Go-Karts, Lasor Tag, Zipline, Ninja Course, Huge Three Tier Play Place (Ballistics), Mini Bowling, Arcade, High Ropes Course and even a 2D Dark Movie Theatre. There is so much to do. My 5 year old loves the Ballistics and could've just played in there all day. He also enjoyed the Movie Theatre. He rode his first go-kart and did a great job. He had the best time here. For us parents we loved that they have a bar with wine and beer. We were disappointed drafts were down but the wine and bottle beer was nice too. I would suggest a sweeter option on their drink menu. They also have a full kitchen. We already ate but we did get the funnel fries and they are delicious. We hope to come try food next time. The place was very clean and the staff were all friendly. I would say they have some kinks to work out with their cards but overall it was a wonderful time. Don't forget socks or you will have to buy some! read more

One staff member, Emily was so kind in assisting my autistic child find all the buttons in the ball play area. The food was great. This place is a lot of fun in many ways- but could use a couple of improvements. First- you can't beat the heat and rainy season better than an indoor recreation facility. The pricing for the indoor play area is also great! Kids can spend hours there and they get exercise, and work on their interpersonal skills. Now onto the unfortunate side of things- one of the employees were incredibly rude to us. We had been here once before but as a guest to a birthday party. We didn't pay for anything- we signed a waiver and were given cards and food. This time, we came on our own. We walked in and my husband asked- what is ballistics? The girl never answered. He asked what the mini karts were. She said "they're mini karts" with an attitude. We wanted to know were they slower than the ones adults drive? Were they on the same track? Do they go at the same time? We then said- can we buy one toddler package, but have them both play the one round of bowling? She said, it's one person. So we asked could they share the one person (I have a 3 year old and a 4 year old, one round alternating turns was all they needed before they'd get bored). "If that's what you want to pay for" was her response. We then asked if we don't use the 1 hr game card today, is it good on another day? She said no. 4 other employees said yes. We didn't want to waste it so we took turns using the card for 10 minutes and watching the kids then let the kids attempt to play games that are not meant for their age group- since there are maybe three in total for toddlers. She also said "your waiver is not valid." So I said oh ok. Is there a quick way to fix that, and she replied "if you can let me finish you can get a code to use to update it." No one was interrupting her, and no one was preventing her from giving me the "code". She even had it printed out as she said it. So peculiar because everyone else seemed nice. Second thing, I understand the timed arcade cards shouldn't be able to play the instant win games, but you can't even win tickets. Not only that, you can't use it immediately after playing a game. You can play one game per minute. If I can't win tickets, why prevent me from earning tickets too? And lastly, and probably the worst- the adult race cars are completely out of balance with each other in regards to speed. So much so, when we came with the birthday party- one of the dads was lapped twice by every other car, except one, but remained in last with their foot on the gas completely the entire time. And one of the other cars just randomly started slowing down and the workers told them that nothing happened. ALL of the men racing that day weighed between 180-189. There was no large gap in weight to account for such a huge discrepancy in times, the lightest male was the one that started slowing down in the middle of the race. We watched the cars again this time around and same thing- some cars were faster, and clearly not due to weight. We overheard other customers talking about how they don't even bother with the race cars because it's not a fair playing board. The place does appear to be well kept. We have not tried the food (beyond the pizza for the birthday party) and we haven't been without kids to try the zip line, Laser tag, or axe throwing or other things that 3 and 4 year olds can't do. Would be interested to see how those are. Will want to look at the pricing too since we don't even bother since we can't do it with littles. We do enjoy it, but friendlier staff, changes with the unlimited cards, and calibrated race cars would keep us driving the 45 minutes more frequently- right now it's not worth the indoor play gym to come more than once or twice a year especially when you are treated terribly after spending money- purely for trying to figure what you are actually spending money on. read more

Five star experience at Route 7! It was amazing! We have a week at the beach every summer and we took our boys here for a mid-week break from the sun. We got the Jr platinum package which includes the Go Karts and choice of two other attractions plus a game card. It was money well spent. My 9 year old enjoyed unlimited entry to the Ballistics area and Mini Bowling. My almost 11 year old chose mini bowling and laser tag. The employees were beyond helpful! Dimitrius walked us around the building and showed us the games and different attractions when we got there. He was incredibly helpful. Jontay went out of his way to show us the zip line and laser tag course. This place is top notch. read more

Very overpriced. Their price structure stinks. I took to boys and bought the deluxe unlimited for 4 hours. It only includes 4-5 of the attractions for $50 x2 kids. They also play bait and switch with the height requirements. When you come in and measure your child at the door before purchasing tickets it is one height and then is actually taller at the attraction itself. The response of the employee was "he can just do something else." Really disappointed and so were the kids. The place is nice and new but the prices are "Disney"level. They really should come up with all inclusive price that well includes more than they do now. Probably will not be back. Addendum: I am changing my original 1 star to a 3 star. The manager did go out of his way to find me and apologise for the different height requirements on rides than want was at the front door. He also have us a $20 video game card. Stand up thing to do. Decided to come here last minute because we wanted to do some go-karting on our trip to Cocoa Beach and WOW. This place was so much better than we anticipated. Had an amazing time with not only the go-karting, but the laser tag, zip-line experience, and dark theater (if you love zombie killing arcade games, this is a MUST). The staff were awesome too. I'd like to preface this review by saying we've been coming to Route 7 as a family since the grand opening. We've referred friends and family to go multiple times and have always had a blast. This night was different... We pre loaded our game cards with $20 each (which I don't recommend because half the games either don't work or just take your credits without gameplay). So the arcade is very limiting and expensive. We also added in ballistics course, bowling and lazer tag for 8 people. (4 adults & 4 kids ranging from 2 to 8 years old) We we're having a great time and so we're the kids running around in the ballistics course. No one was checking entry like usual, which caused the course to be over ran by 8-10 15 year olds. With 0 regard for children, I had to go up and take my 2 year old out because it became dangerous with the bigger kids running everywhere. Eventually they moved on, as did we. We played bowling and ordered some food and drinks which again , Not so cheap. To be honest, Worst cheese pizza I've ever had for $13. We wanted to end the night playing lazer tag with the kids because they've been telling there cousins how much fun it is. So we walked up right as another group was entering. The employee ( taller young male with afro who's name starts with D, cant remember exactly ) Proceeded to give attitude by rolling his eyes, that we wanted to wait to play the next round. Fine, so we waited until the round was done. As the round was ending, here's comes the 10 15 year olds again. Cutting my family in line they walked right through us to the counter. I had to let them know "hey guys, we've been waiting to play next and we have small children. Cool if we play a round Just us?" "Sure" they replied, didn't seem like an issue And they walked back to the end of the line. Knowing how they over ran the ballistics course and had 0 regard for my kids or anyone else's, I didnt want them to play lazer tag with a 2,3,4,8 year old. Rightfully so. As we entered the lazer tag room the employee proceeded to call the group over to come play with us. I immediately went and said " please we just want to play 1 round with the small kids, they've never played before." The employee began giving attitude telling me he can't deny people who want to play if there's room.I supposed that's Understandable, but your not busy and can clearly see a massive age difference and a possibility for someone to get hurt almost like ballistics then why let them. So at this point I was fed up and said "forget it I want my money back", but we're already standing with our vests on so I tell the older group 1 more time Through the door "We have small kids, I don't want you in here with them" clearly no one else saw this as a liability. The doors close, he puts on the video and slams the remote down and starts texting and walking in and out of doors. Clearly you can see this employee is fed up and doesn't care. Rushes us through the rules and off we go. Next thing I notice aa I'm running around with my 2 year old playing lazer tag that the manager is now in there talking to my father. I approached and was already upset with everything, he claims "we were cursing at the teens". Far from the truth, we left very upset. Lies, allegations and clearly mismanaged staff let these 10 15 year olds run the show and ruin a fun night for the families who were there. Clearly these kids were a friend of an employee who were playing everything for free. I don't care what kind of business your trying to run, you should always treat paying families with respect. We were appalled at the way this was handled. I will say, the manager ( guy with dreads ) was calm and professional. Wish this same type of vetting was done on staff members and not just managers. I shouldn't feel like I'm on his time when I ask to play lazer tag. This is the second time I've played and this guy is always on his phone or lazily goes through his routine. definitely shouldnt get an attitude when I ask to play a separate lazer tag game with toddlers vs playing with teens who ( from my view ) didn't pay and are acting out of line. Hopefully there can be some sort of change in the way things are managed there. Employees obviously DONT WANT TO BE THERE and it shows. Sucks to have to leave this here but I do. My family and cousins left sad, mad and dowin a lot of $ just to get accused of something we didn't do. Clearly having 10 15 year olds running around in the kids ballistics course with 4 year olds and wanting to do the same in lazer tag isnt safe. Read the room, act accordingly. Needs to be a safety protocol, or make things clearly age appropriate. I won't be back for a long time, if ever. Nor will I continue to tell me family and friends that it's "family friendly". It sucks For someone who comes almost every Tuesday with there kids. Now, we'll have to move on for a while and spend our money at another establishment. - J read more

I have three kids and they absolutely loved this place. I normally hate taking my kids to places like this because they have terrible food and are filthy, but this place nailed it. They have phenomenal burgers and an incredible staff. It is also very clean and the layout makes it easy to keep an eye on your kids while you watch the game. Super fun for kids and adults! I love that our little ones could play unlimited on the ballistics playground, great value there. By far the best laser tag game we've ever played! The arena is two stories and it's not too dark so our little ones enjoyed playing laser tag too- great family experience!
