DO NOT buy a car from this dealer if you are out of state. I bought my car in May and didn't get my tags until July 20. My car sat in the driveway for 3 weeks. As soon as you sign the papers, you are history to them. The car didn't pass inspection, and the manager said it would. I had to pay over $1200 to have it pass, then rent a car for the three weeks it sat there. The only good person to deal with this dealer was Laura, who was very nice and polite. read more

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! I called about info on a Chevy truck - gave my personal information (was approved for financing - I was actually pre-approved), drove down to see it from 3 hours away to find out that the truck was not on the lot - I was called the night before to make sure I was still coming down to see it- was told that the truck is on its way but it would be about an 1 1/2 hours before it gets there- did the paperwork for the financing - was approved about an hour later THEN they called to have the truck delivered to that lot which would take an 1 1/2 hours- 2 hours later it finally arrived- I complained the whole time about wasting my time and wanted my deposit returned- in return for my inconvenience they offered a full tank of gas and a another oil change when due. 6 hours later walked out with the keys to the truck with and an empty tan. Didn't realize it was empty bc I just wanted to get home. Called them about the empty tank was told to come back and they would fill it up. NOPE I was done. SO if you are coming to look at a vehicle from a distance double and even triple check that the vehicle is actually on THEIR lot bc you will wait hours!!!! read more

Carlos then becomes very argumentative and spews profanity and curse words over the phone. I don't recommend anyone go hear as these folks are cons.

I had an appointment to see a used car in their inventory. I arrived 15 minutes early, when I walked through the doors I was greeted and shown to my sales advisor that will be taking care of me. I mentioned the vehicle, I was interested in seeing the sales associate got the keys and a dealer plate and we went for a test drive. The vehicle drove exceptional. We sat back down at the desk and started talking Numbers. They were great and very straightforward we agreed on a number and got the paperwork going. Michael the sales associate was extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and firm in certain aspects of the negotiation which I appreciate. I then turned to the finance department and the finance advisor Tommy, helped me submit my credit application and came back with an approval we closed the deal. Meanwhile, my vehicle was getting detailed and was ready for me five minutes after I signed all the paperwork. This dealership is one I would recommend 1 million times over to anyone looking to buy a New or Used vehicle of any make. These guys provided the best experience possible. I have put a few vehicles through their pricing Cuisinart just for grins and believe me, this is absolutely not the best decision you'll make today. No one argues that selling a car privately is anything but a major hassle however, a few pics and keystrokes on Craigslist and at minimum you'll easily double your take. If you have a few days and are not worried about some goons rearranging your face then why be lazy and get ripped off. An extra thousand or two in your pocket instead of the Car Cash coffers sounds like a much better alternative. And watch out for those goons.
