I received the parts yesterday in order to make the necessary repair for my long road trip. For transparency, I've included screenshots of my initial reply and outreach as well as the responses after my order cancellation request. I placed the order on a Monday during business hours, requested a cancellation on the order online on Wednesday after not receiving an update or reply, and received follow-up on Thursday along with resolution. Vincent really came through, and we talked to clear everything up. They ended up covering the cost of the parts and shipping next day air which is way more than I expected, and I am very thankful. Regrettably, I can only give four stars based on the initial lack of response. Maybe the initial email I sent didn't go through, but Dave told me on the phone that he gets email notifications of voicemail left. I listened to the message before sending it on Tuesday. The subsequent calls at different times on Wednesday are indicative of failure to answer. I called (732) 212-6261 and pressed 3 to go to parts. I was sent to voicemail every time during business hours. No response was received until Thursday. The bottom line is I got the parts I needed, but it was without initial frustration. This parts department needs to review the gaps in messages coming through, voicemail notifications, and simply having staffing resources available to answer the phone during business hours. Thanks again Vincent for the stellar service. You saved me from having to rent a car for my trip. You're the MVP who came through to knock it out of the park.

Recommended is 30. -Stuck Quality Chevy sticker on paint when I didn't even buy it from them. -Overall rude treatment from NJ staff (Nancy, Management, Cashier having to put 6k in a counting machine). After speaking to rude Nancy that following Monday to address above, I was told that "I" was the problem. (All of my phone calls are recorded and available to show that I was polite but firm in my requests to obtain my vehicle from them; they had it for some time before notifying anyone of having it).
