They neglected to leave notes, so why am I the one paying the price for their mistakes? It isn't the customers job to leave notes and as a customer this shouldn't be something I have to worry about. How would I even know what a tech appointment was or about the injection if they didn't tell me? He paid the exam fee because if not they could care less and wouldn't do the injection for our dog. It shouldn't feel like they don't care about your animal because of their mistake of not leaving notes. Also, when making the appointment yesterday why wouldn't this be brought up? Why would I call to make a tech appt and be told okay? The whole situation feels very deceptive. Stop nickel and diming your customers that keep your doors open. She was food aggressive, she was aggressive with our family - bit all of us at least once - attacked our other two dogs and literally went to the bathroom wherever she preferred. We decided that if we were going to work with one of our dogs - we'd also work with our other naughty dog to retrain him of his bad habits. The day after we arrived home, we discovered an anal gland abscess. I took him to a different vet who confirmed that this was the root cause of his issues. Because of that, the bloodwork & fluids wouldn't have needed to be given if they had spotted the abscess in the first place. That also leads me to believe that a "full" exam wasn't really done. They ultimately diagnosed him with "overexertion by our stairs". I did follow up with the clinic afterward. They were responsive and offered a partial refund, which I appreciate, although it didn't fully reflect the cost of the visit or the impact of the missed issue. The staff was kind and professional, but this experience affected my confidence in the thoroughness of the exam. I'm sharing this in hopes it helps improve exam consistency and communication for future customers.

We sent him for in house training for 2 weeks and we couldn't believe the difference! She also changed his diet a little and added some aromatherapy spray for when he is in his high anxiety state. He used to be a total spaz around meal times. Now he waits, laying calmly for my "Break: command to eat his food. She is worth every penny....However, if you, the owner, are not willing to put in the work/time/love to truly follow through with all the things she sets up for the betterment of your dog, then you will fail your dog. It would be like hiring the Supernanny to come fix your children but then not follow through with any of her recommendations. Trust me when I say, when you get your dogs back to their own environment, they will try to regress - it takes consistency and effort to undo all of their usual behavior routines and they will test you. I will say that if you stick to it, really stick to it...it will pay off. We had workmen throughout the day this week - yard maintenance guys, pool guy, and a fridge repair man and Henry tried to do his normal thing but followed my pack leader commands and directions and gave into peace and relaxation. I f you have identified a problem with your dog that you want to fix, you owe it to them to do the work. Otherwise, you are setting them up for failure and you cannot blame the dog or Dianne.
