My group hung out here for the first Friday afternoon of March Madness and had a great time. They had all the games on when we got there. The staff was very friendly and didn't mind us yapping about our brackets. The happy hour had some great deals and our bartender took the time to help me find the right beer. The food was good too, as the fries had the perfect amount of salty goodness. I would definitely return next time I'm in the area!

Service is friendly but slow and that is with a lot of wait and barstaff working the joint. We came before it was too packed and still had about a 35 min wait for a burger to come out. Asked for medium rare it came out medium well. Burger was so so nothing to write home about either.inside is your typical pub sports bar feel. Tvs up front showing the games. Overall when in area a decent place to have a pint and watch the game

Classic East Hampton spot. Great predictable food. Go for the mussels, fish and chips or burger.

Consistently very good- excellent food. I've never had a bad mean there since they opened way back in the 90s.

One of the worst dining experiences I have ever had…read more My partner became ill and was unable to join me for dinner. We called the restaurant to either move our reservation to another day or cancel it, and were told that only the manager could assist us. However, we were told the manager was unavailable because he was busy speaking with regulars at a table. I asked if we could simply be placed on hold until he was available so we could find a solution. We were told no. Instead, the employee said they would "leave a note" and that someone would call us back if they were able to help. Meanwhile, we were told that if the reservation was canceled, we would be charged a $135 cancellation fee -- despite the fact that we were actively trying to work with the restaurant to either reschedule or resolve the situation. The experience became even more unacceptable when the employee eventually hung up on us and then stopped answering our calls. The restaurant only answered after American Express contacted them on our behalf. To be clear, I have no issue with a restaurant having a cancellation policy. What I have an issue with is the way this situation was handled: being told the manager was "too busy" to speak with us, being refused the simple courtesy of being placed on hold, having our calls screened, and ultimately being hung up on. That is an embarrassing level of customer service for an establishment of this caliber. I genuinely hope someone in management -- above the person working the restaurant that evening -- takes this seriously and addresses this behavior. A cancellation policy is one thing; treating a customer with this level of disrespect is another.

The service was excellent and the ambiance is definitely the highlight. As for the food, it was good but didn't quite live up to our expectations. A few of our dishes arrived overcooked and only lukewarm, which was a bit disappointing. That said, we still had a nice experience overall. I wouldn't hesitate to come back, especially to enjoy the beautiful garden atmosphere. Overall, a nice spot for a relaxed night out.
