Great place, prices, friendly help, not so big as other alleys. In a league on Tuesday, lanes always in tip top condition!

I really enjoy bowling here, when i can. Having a bowling center right up the street is a plus also. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The center does a lot for the city and other organizations. The game room is great for the kids and glow bowl is also so fun. I normally go to practice on my game, but sometimes its great just to bowl with friends and relax. read more

Just your standard bowling alley. We arrived on a Sunday afternoon before 5pm. We were able to get a lane immediately and the three of us bowled for an hour. We were able to get in two full games and even started a third for the hour. Prices are comparable to other lanes, but they frequently offer three different Groupons that make the outing extremely cheap. Keep your eye out for those. I plan on going back on a Thursday night to try out the all you can bowl and free nachos for $11.95 per person from 9pm to close. read more

I had my birthday party there yesterday. I will be shocked if most of my guests ever return again. While the food court staff was EXCELLENT and the burgers were AMAZING, the front desk staff was lazy and extremely inept. They were way too busy flirting with boys who were bowling or sitting in the office refusing to make eye contact with customers. I didn't get to enjoy the first hour of my party because I was so busy asking them multiple times to turn on my lane, fix the lanes (the balls habitually got stuck and the call button did not work), and telling them to refund my clients for lanes I was paying for in my party package. It was RIDICULOUS! So many of my guests were complaining about the employees and I was trying to make the employees get off their butts and fix their mistakes. I will NEVER go back. What a waste of $200. Update: Just talked to the party planner and gave her a lot more detail than is here. To make up for it she offered me free vouchers to come back. I said, "no! No! No! Staff was very helpful and nice. Food was your typical Bowling Alley food (which we love). Not too busy for a late Sunday afternoon. The only thing that needs to be updated are their online prices. It cost more then what they state online. Not a huge difference but something worth updating. Smoke free and kid friendly. We'll definitely be going back. read more

We've been here several times over the years and I like the updates they've done in the last year to the facility itself. The rental shoes are in rough shape so throw down $40 and buy you're own if this is your haunt. It's non smoking inside which is great. read more

I had a great time last night with my brother and friends. A lot of children and people in general, really cheap prices to bowl after 5pm; $4. Great deal and fun place to take the kids for a simple game of bowling. The staff was very nice as well. I'll give it 5 stars for the fun atmosphere it brought to my fam and I. read more

Weekend nights are a cluster! We went to meet a friend around 8pm on a Friday night and knew we would not be bowling that night. We were told there would be an hour wait so we decided to walk around before we left. This is a great place for families. There's a rather large arcade area near the entrance with air hockey (!) and many many games. The bowling alley is a decent size but the bar is what we zoned in on. It's huge, and what I really liked is that there is a separate entrance so you don't have to walk through the bowling alley is you just want to go in for a drink. It also has some pool tables and I could see coming here without ever intending to bowl. With so many flat screen tv's, a great place to watch a game. Overall, this bowling alley really does have something for everyone. We'll be back! read more

We had a birthday party here for our daughter. Very organized though our host, Chloe. She was great with the kids. Rounded up bowling shoes, pulled the sizes, distributed them to the kids, rounded up the bowling balls for the kids. They now have a party room that was private and very roomy. They served pizza and soda for the kids, furnished the plates and napkins. Very well priced and ran smoothly. Thanks Bowl-a-rama for making this birthday a hit! read more

I bought a groupon for this place. Never been there before but we were pleasantly surprised how nice the place was. It's a family friendly place and best of all its nonsmoking!! My 6 yr old twin neice and nephew are in out of town from Omaha, NE and we needed to do something fun and close to the house. So, bowling sounded fun and I have driven by this place over the years. The food is terrible, very poor menu selection. The facility is VERY dirty and in need of a major facelift, inside and out. Its obvious that the owner has NO interest in running a good business. read more

I would love to know how the bowling is here, but we've never been allowed to bowl. We tried going on my son's 4th birthday. We got there at 5:20 and there was not a single occupied lane. All but one lane was set up for leagues. They said we couldn't bowl because the leagues were coming at 6. We asked if we could just let our son bowl a few balls on the open lane before leagues got there. They said no. My son was disappointed so we tried to play arcade games but the card machines were broken. We left and went to Shenanaginz in rockwall and had a great time. Today we tried to go for my husbands birthday. I called ahead this time. At 1pm the guy said there would be open bowling after 3:30 or 4 because that's when the leagues leave. We showed up at 4:15 and they said they wouldn't have lanes until 6pm. I said that I specially called ahead for that reason and he said "sorry we have leagues about to come in". Apparently no one knows what's going on at this place and they make no effort to please any customers. Some people (especially the second time when I called ahead) might at the very least offer a coupon or something. This place just says "sorry" really sarcastically. I almost never get angry about anything, but this place just makes me mad. We will never go here again. Go to Shenanaginz. read more

I and my friend went to the place on last Saturday that was fun and affordable. Music and the design are great, but their bar just have two pool tables that is less convenient and bothered while you are playing and have people get the line to wait for their turn read more

We really enjoy the bar with all the tv's and choices of beer. The bartenders are awesome but the food needs work. The only real drawback is the actual bowling alley. All the noise and the kids wandering in and out drives me nuts! If they could close it off and keep the kids out after 8 pm or so, that would be great! But it can't ever really be a true bar until they make some major improvements! read more

This place has been terrible both times I've been in the past two weeks. First time I went it was just the staff we're rude and non helpful we had one more game to bowl at 11 o'clock we were confronted and told because we were the only people left bowling that our game was gonna need to be refunded and they didn't close for another hour they just wanted to get out of there early and we're very pushy and impatient we decided to blow that one off and try again. we went again and the second time it was the same staff and once again very rude. Also the lane we were on had a big hole in it and the lanes were very dry and not good to bowl on. I paid 40$ for 1 game and 4 pairs of shoes and I definitely don't think it was worth it. I will never go back to this place again. read more

Worst bowling alley ever!! The management on Friday nights has to be the worst people trying to run a bowling alley ever!! They put all there friends on lanes in front of paying customers. if you are not standing at the front counter when there friends walk in then they won't give you a lane until there are more then 3 lanes open. We waited over 2 hours and where 8th on the list the entire two hours!!! I watched over 15 lanes given out and we where still number 8!! I asked to speak with the manager and was told they where to busy to here my complaint. The lanes are so screwed up from kids running up and down them!! I wanted to file a complaint but once again no manager available, Then once we did get a lane the pinsetter was so screwed up that every third frame or so we had to wait 5 mins for them to reset it while we where paying by the hour. I figure we waited over 30 mins for the pin setter over the two hours of bowling. I askd to switch lanes as at that point several where open and I was told then you have to cash out and get back in line for another lane as the open lanes where for there friends who should be there any min.... They never showed and all bowlarama did was loose me as a customer. What a terrible place. Just remember if you go there MANAGEMENT DOES NOT CARE!! THE LANES ARE HORRIBLE BECAUSE THEY ALLOW KIDS TO RUN UP AND DOWN THEM!! read more

I took my family here for a fun night of bowling. When we arrived to get our lane and shoes, there was a woman behind the counter who looked like she hated her job. She didn't speak a word and only stared at me- for a minute I thought I was working at the bowling alley and that she was in fact a customer. Finally, a nice gentleman helped us out which led me to think that his woman co-worker couldn't speak. We needed to exchange shoes, so dreadfully the woman who hates her job was the only person at the counter. She didn't speak a word during the entire exchange and looked extremely constipated. Having gotten the correct shoes, I sat down and noticed that this woman was indeed not mute- she was actually talking and flirting with male customers. Also, she has the time during work to take selfies. My family and I will definitely not be back, although we live near here we'd rather go to Main Event where they have great customer service. This woman needs to have janitorial or kitchen duties so she doesn't need to deal with customers (preferably janitorial duties so she can alleviate her constipation). read more
