After walking around the City Creek Center for about 2 hours, we were ready for a quick drink and snack. We found Roxberry in the food court and decided to try it out. It's similar to other smoothie/juice places where they blend fruit, juice, ice and other potential ingredients together in their smoothies. Being in the food court, it was a walk-up counter to order and then sit and wait for our order to be ready. My family ordered 3 drinks (a LOL Lime smoothie, a Mango Mango smoothie and a Simply Peach smoothie) and a pretzel bites. The adjacent seating was plentiful and actually clean...unlike many malls I've been to where you need to wet wipe down your own table to remove crusted liquids from previous patrons. The workers were helpful and friendly. The food and drinks came out pretty quickly. The minor drawback I had was the smoothie wasn't very thick...it was more whipped like they used limited fresh fruit and more ice/juice/water. The pretzel bites were fine, nothing amazing. I was surprised to find a smoothie place with 100% fruit in the malls food court. I got the Simply Peach (Peaches, mangoes, strawberries). There was no added sugar, excess ice, or frozen yogurt/sherbet. They were quick to make my drink in under 5 min even with a line. read more

I drop by to this location every couple of weeks as I crave their 'Iron Strong' smoothie :) I like the balance of sweetness-&-sourness of their smoothies as well as the thickness (I personally prefer Roxberry Juice to Jamba Juice). Iron Strong and Flu Fighter (as a Foo Fighters fan, I find that name hilarious) were delicious, made with fresh ingredients and very little added ice. Yes there was one employee only but the work was not trivial and one should appreciate the effort. Worth the wait. Came here last night for my usual... pomegranate perfection. It's my favorite that I always get down at my usual store in Sandy. However, service, taste, organization, cleanliness, and professionalism were all lacking at this location. Yes, I realize that I was there during a small rush and the employees were *possibly* training someone new, but I have never had a more flat-tasting, watery smoothie in my life. I was served last, after many others who had ordered after me. The banter behind the counter was unprofessional, and no one could keep any of the orders straight! I've grabbed a smoothie from here several times. I have ordered all over the smoothie menus so I haven't really figured out what flavor is my favorite. I think I'm leaning towards Caribbean Cooler. Sourced from their website, it says, "Orange Juice, Pineapple Juice, Strawberries, Bananas, Orange Sherbet." It's dang tasty. I just realized I've been ordering from a location within a mall / city center, and that's the reason my orders are ALWAYS delayed by almost 50 mins. I got a 24 oz (it was free with a coupon) and my husband got a 16 oz that cost almost $6. I am sure Jamba Juice is the same way but holy cow, not worth it at all. It was yummy but I'm glad mine was free. If you're willing to pay an insane amount of money, then go for it. It's definitely one of the healthiest options in City Creek's food court (I mean I guess, who knows how much sugar is in them). But I still definitely prefer Jamba Juice. i usually love getting smoothies here almost everyday! The girl who is usually there is so sweet and so hard working. Unfortunately the last time i was here on Tuesday, i had the worst experience, the boy at the counter didnt start making my smoothie until about 20mins after i ordered it because he was too distracted with his friends i guess, i mean it wasnt busy i don't see why he couldnt just chat w the friends while he worked but some things are too much for some people i guess, anyway he was rude made my smoothie so horribly and messy and didnt even apologize super careless. i have a lot of patience and am very forgiving but im just so tired of people getting away with being so terrible, it just is not ok.
