3.5 Stars. I actually enjoyed my afternoon at Roxy's. I got here with some friends around noon for a book club meeting and to watch a game. We took the Brightline which is only a few blocks away and found ourselves smack dab in the middle of a vintage/antique market on Saturday (apparently a weekly thing) on Clematis. We didn't really anticipate eating here but were starving so figured we'd give it a shot. I found the menu surprising with some cool, cleverly-named drink concoctions and a make your own charcuterie platter option. It was fun picking and choosing different meats and cheeses - it was a tasty display. I loved the inclusion of cornichons and truffle honey. We also snacked on tator tots and I had the French onion both were pretty good but not very memorable. The servers were nice and kept the drinks coming. I opted for the "G-spot" which was a tasty gin cocktail topped with prosecco and other things that probably shouldn't be mixed together but still tasted pretty good. I tried a sample of the "Liam Neeson" which was whiskey-based - but was not a fan. I was disappointed about not being allowed upstairs to see the rooftop lounge area as this was one of my main reasons for stopping in. Although, it was a really warm day and I wouldn't have lasted long out there any way. We soaked up the AC, discussed our book and watched the game on the HUGE TV wall. Kudos for the free Jello Shots for touchdowns. I would day drink here, but not sure if I'd want to be here at night with the rowdy younger crowd and the club atmosphere. read more

I never write a bad review for an establishment I have visited, I always give the benefit of doubt that I happen to be there on an off night. However I am so disgusted with the establishment I had to put it in writing. I visited in February 2019 and proceeded to pay with a gift card which was rejected so I paid the check in cash. When I checked the balance on the gift card Roxy's had re-run the card and took payment. Hence getting paid TWICE!!!!!!!! They would not reverse the payment and told me to deal with the Gift card company. SO HOLD ONTO YOUR RECEIPTS. I couldn't submit review without attaching a star, so I choose one when I wanted none. read more

Absolutely terrible.. I had a problem with one of the employees and asked to speak to the manager.. because it was busy he said there's nothing he could do and I can wait around to speak with the GM, if he even gets to me. had waited and I explained my issue and the GM said "What would you like me to do?" Well I said that I don't want anything for free, I don't want any percentage taken off my bill and explained that I felt I was treated inappropriate and unfair. One of the employees put his hands on me while my back was to him.. being a female I thought it was totally unexcusable and was treated very unfair. There is absolutely no excuse and the man should have been fired right away. With that being said I had to go get a police report.. I've tried to go here twice and sat at a mostly empty bar without being acknowledged for 10-15 minutes. And then I left. I'm relatively normal-looking and I just wanted a quick beer. Place smells iffy too but I'm not holding that against them. read more

Decided to come Roxys bc it's always a decent bar to listen to music and a a gf had said the food was actually good bar food. I listened to her and we ordered a couple of things, then we put in some drinks orders. Before Our food came out our bartender was super rude and demanded we cash out now. When we did, we never saw her again, our food came out and thank goodness for the bar backs bc we had to ask them for napkins and waters bc our bartender sure as hell didn't want to help us. Then when I saw our bartender she only came over to help new customers. To the management, I suggest to hire some new bartenders, that actually enjoy their job. Since they are the ones who drive your business. I get it, their are some obnoxious drunk customers who come over and just annoy or treat unfriendly the bar staff. But we were just Hungry and thirsty trying to get some help. read more

My friend and I have gone to this bar plenty of times. Today, they were extremely rude and disrespectful to us. I am 22 and my friend is 24. Being that we're both from NJ our licenses are NJ. We showed our licenses, the bouncer looked from about 2 feet away and said no immediately just because they were out of state. They told us to "get a cop to confirm ID" so we did, and the cop said they cannot do that. Went back to the bar and told them, they shut us down even though I told them I could confirm with current ID, probationary, vaccine card, debit card etc. They even followed us to ANOTHER bar to tell them to deny us. Do not go here unless you want to get shut down by people who don't know how to do their job. read more

Was very disappointed. They only take cash, no credit or debit cards. I honestly wouldn't recommend going during COVID. They don't tell customers when it's last call for drinks. I asked the bartender for some drinks and told me she can't serve me because it was last call and a gentleman came up and apologized and he was nice but I asked why don't you guys tell customers last call for drinks and his response was we don't do that here. Hahah like what ? No offense but that's why oshea's has more business because they give customers a heads up so they can get their last drink before they can't serve. That gives ur business more money. The bartender was rude. She told me she couldn't serve me but then a guy comes up and he was able to get a coke. I asked her and she told me he paid ahead so I asked her so if I paid ahead I could've gotten a coke or something to drink she then got pissed with an attitude and walked away.She couldn't be calm and answer a customer's question and put on a poker face when many bartenders, servers, hostess's have done it and still get those customer's coming back. You get more with sugar than salt. It's your job to represent the bar you are working at and make sure customers are happy so they will come back. She didn't represent roxys well. read more

Hit this place up while the UF-FSU game was on and it was busy with a lot of jersey-wearing UF fans. Definitely a sports oriented bar but not so much where you can't dress up a little. The bar has a lot of choices on draft beers and the service I received was prompt. The place has a lot of screens up and the bar is very large. There is a newly opened terrace on the roof that should be a big hit once it's fully operational and word gets out. I don't know if they're going to put an elevator in to move people up and down to/from the terrace because it was a hike. The terrace is about 3 stories up so wear comfortable shoes. This bar is one of the few reasons to go party it up on Clematis. read more

For a chilly Sunday night, it's no surprise this place was nearly empty. The atmosphere was open, relaxing and very "pub" like; the decor enhanced this opinion. The food was pretty good; my only qualm was there was basically no staff - maybe 2 bartenders and a wandering busboy. When we ordered food, the bartender had to go retrieve it from the kitchen, which made sense then why it took so long to receive our appetizer. The music was Alt-Nation from Sirius/XM; a bit folky and fun, no complaints here. Overall, for a slow, cold South Florida evening... Roxy's made me feel warm and welcome to return. read more

I came here to settle down during Moonfest. The place is irishy and has a couple pool tables in the back. It wasn't packed in there like what it was outside of it. The guy was doing his best not to let anybody in that was 21, but there was a couple people that went underneath his arm when he wasn't looking. The drinks I had there were overpriced that night due to the fact that Moonfest was going on. Any other night it would be reasonable. I wouldn't mind coming back here when it's less crowded. read more

Go upstairs when there's a ufc or boxing match. For five bucks you can watch the fight on a super size projector, have some drinks, and get weird on the dance floor. But you're gonna be stupid and go to hooters instead smh. read more

Stopped in on a hot summer day for a beer. Beautiful place! Very intricate and elegant Irish design and decor in the street-level bar (Didn't go upstairs). Nice, low lighting and plenty of TVs, but the loud pop music that was playing was annoying and seemed out-of-place. The menu is mostly typical pub fare. Not a large selection, but there are definitely some tasty options to go with a cold beer or cocktail. Had the sliders and they were delicious. Great beer/liquor selection, but a little pricey. $17 seemed a bit steep for an order of sliders and a Stella. All in all, I liked this place. read more

My husband went Friday night and had to check his hat which was no problem. He forgot it so we went back Sunday to get it. the bouncer looked and couldn't find it so he told us we needed to speak to the manager. We went inside and asked one of the bartenders to get him for us. We stood and waited for 45 minutes and he still didn't come. We went back to the bouncer and asked him to get him for us. The manager finally came and went to look but didn't find it. We were given a gift card for wait but at that point we were done. Poorly ran business and pretty sure they take home the remaining hats at the end of the night. If they don't keep the hats safe then it makes me very concerned for people who start tabs and leave their cards. Unfortunately they lost business from us and we will warn everyone we know about their policy. read more

On a whim stopped in on a Saturday afternoon for a beer and eats. The artistic manager (you know who you are) filling in for a bartender on vacation was outstanding. Fast, friendly and courteous! Pics of the sign she made are posted. People kept stopping an laughing while we sat outside. We had pulled pork sliders, delicious, and a dozen grilled wings just spicy enough to make sure you're drinking that beer. Back soon! read more

Only reason I am even giving two stars is because of the roof top ambience. I really used to enjoy going to this place, but every time I have gone recently, there is a problem with the door person. They are RIDICULOUSLY rude and make me not want to even step foot in this place. Bouncer is the first face see you see, and if I didn't enjoy this place so much I would just turn around every time. I've heard tons of other people complain as well. I really hope management does something about this because as I said before, I do enjoy coming to Roxys but do not intend on going back for a while. read more

Little Irish Pub. Texas Beef Brisket sandwich with season hand cut fries. The beef sandwich was great, very tender and good size. The fries were a little off, like someone used to much of some spice. Went to Roxy's Pub on a whim at 2:30am and it was an amazing decision. The drinks were strong, but still tastey. We were on the rooftop bar the whole time and had a blast. We danced around on the dance floor to the live DJ's playing music on the stage right above us. If you're ever in the area and looking for a fun bar to hit and dance around, this is the one. read more

Sports Pub with food and great selection of beers. Food is average and not cheap but not too expensive either. On the rooftop terrace there is often some bands playing or dj's playing music. Good vibe and really nice view to WPB. read more

This place is one that I go to pretty much every time I visit West Palm Beach, which is often. I've been here numerous times for happy hours with co-workers, lunches, dinners, Sunday football, and even special events. The food here is surprisingly good. I love their grilled wings!!! Get them suicide. They're not as hot as you might think. They have an impressive selection of beers on tap and their bartenders make pretty much everything you can ask for without much trouble at all. I just with that they'd stock a bourbon based beer at some point. The prices are average but the bathroom could be cleaned more. They have a pool table but you often can't find all of the ball and the cues are always pretty bad, even missing tips. Probably my biggest complaint about the place though is that their servers/bartenders never seem happy. They only smile to regulars and are otherwise very indifferent. Not rude or snobby or anything - just like they're counting the seconds to leave. read more

I went here for New Years and had a blast. It always helps when you are with friends and have a little booze with you, but everything else was great as well. I spent most of the night at the rooftop of the bar and the dj was pretty good. He played a lot of good dance music and the place was decorated nicely with 2011 stuff. The drinks were reasonably priced. They did not have champagne at the stroke of midnight and the countdown was kind of weak as well. The DJ made no mention of the time until he gave the crowd a 20 second countdown. Outside of this, it was a great time and would not be opposed to coming back there for another new year. read more

Great location in Downtown WPB.Amazing beer selection. They even have Chimay on tap, although last time they did not have the proper glass and I got a bit jipped. The food here is decent with you typical array of pub grub. Their apps are actually really good so if you feel like doing deep fried tapas in south Florida this is a very good spot. Prices are a little steep, but so is everything else on Clematis. read more

Came here with 8 friends and the bouncers wouldn't let me in because of my pants......you guys lost out on good money and all because of....pants?! I'm 5'2" and crazy skinny....what could I have caused....?! How about 1/2 the girls upstairs laying on the floor in the bathroom because they're too drunk, or the people upstairs doing drugs in the corner...? I really enjoyed this place. Atmosphere is Irish pub like, and drink prices were reasonable. They have a little area out front where you can sit. I hear there is an upstairs 'club' like area but i didn't make it up there. Bathrooms are big and clean. We didn't eat besides just an order of fries but the fries and honey mustard were amazing! Worst service, atmosphere. This used to be fun until they advertise promos through social media and attempt to scam you when you're there and pretend not to know anything about what you're talking about. It's stupid they take advantage of drunk girls knowing they don't care if they overcharge them. I will never recommend this place to anyone or go back. I used to like going to see the Spazzmatics especially because they advertised no cover and 2-4-1 drinks. Fun place! Love the rooftop dance floor and there was plenty of seats or places to hang back and people watch. Bar was a bit disappointing. Not a huge selection of what I like. Very limited on bourbon and whisky. The Female bartender was very attractive in her bustier but couldn't make a few drinks I asked for.
