I've only ever been to a chiropractor once before some years ago and I thought it went well, but after having my first session with Dr. Tabibian, I realized just how low my bar was for that first session, because the care she gave me was PHENOMENAL! After going through the paperwork Dr. Tabibian delved into my health history and issues, asked me about where and how much whatever part of my body hurts, and for how long etc. She then observed my posture and showed me what the goal was, then we talked about how we're gonna get there. Then came the fun part. I laid on the table and she attached these things to my back to relax my muscles before we got to the cracking and adjusting and such and boy was it effective!! I didn't realize just how much muscle tension affected my ability to receive proper care, and she made sure that was addressed before we moved on. Oh, and the table was so cool, it moved to help with the alignment. Don't think I've seen that anywhere before! Her tools are a great complement to her knowledge and ability. I truly love the environment she's created. She greeted me warmly and was genuinely interested about my care. She devised a plan to sort out my back problems, and I can't wait to no longer feel as stiff as I do right now. She was very easy to talk to and made me feel very comfortable. First off, let me explain how much I hate going to the doctors office. It's very hard to be able to build a connection with doctors because they're usually just in and out within minutes and have one of their nurses take care of you. Not to mention the long one hour waits in the waiting room before the doctor even sees you. I was referred to Dr. Roya a few years back after a horrible ankle injury in an ice skating accident. I was reluctant to go but the pain was too severe to endure, so I decided to pay a visit and try her out. Boy am I glad I did. She took me in right away and put so much love and care into healing me. She gave me a few exercises to do on my own and administers a few others in her office. Two months later I was good as new.
