I needed to get my car detailed. My dog did a bad thing in the car so there was an extra 40 dollar fee- that's okay. Several hours later the car interior is soaked, the coins in my console gone, the windows were not done. To make it worse- the car interior finally dried but it still smells like feces! There are white streaks all over the interior that they allegedly detailed. Very expensive for an awful job. Please do your self a favor and don't go there. read more

Never had a bad experience really nice staff until I dropped my car off for a wash and when I got home my watch was missing when I tried to call they were closed. Truth be told, I gave this place a chance after hearing rumor that someone shine shoes inside, but this was not the case, however, there are massage chairs in the lobby that cost a dollar per massage. That said, the detail that I purchased was $39.99 after taxes and was first-rate, and includes a seven-day guarantee. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Will I return? I most likely will, but given the price and the lack and shoe shine available, I may check out some other car washes in the area next time around. read more

My car was in desperate need of a good interior cleaning. So I was willing to pay the extra amount of money to get it done. My experience didn't start off well with the cashier who didn't acknowledge my existence and was only concerned about my payment. She was also busy talking to another employee about how they needed to close down for the day so that she could go home. The guys outside work hard and fast, but maybe a little too fast. I say that because for the money I paid, my car was lacking the cleanliness I expected. There was still dog hair and crumbs on my seats. I don't think I'll be back anytime soon. read more

Got my car washed here and paid for the $26 wash...the outside had plenty of spots that were missed and still dirty, interior was ridiculous! Looks like they just wiped over everything! Still dust on the dash and door panels in spots they didn't even wipe over! The vacuum job was "half assed" and they left dirt everywhere! Beware you spend money and don't get a good job! I have been coming to Royal since I purchased my 2011 Ford, new. Since then, Royal's prices have increased significantly, yet the service has not. This past week, I spent $30 for the "Complete" deal, in hopes that by spending a bit more, I would receive my truck back ready for a road trip. My initial inspection when they were done appeared to be good. However, I have spent approximately 2 hours re-washing the wheels, and re-vacuuming the interior, under the floor mats and back seats, then wiping down the interior of excessive conditioning treatment they seem to have sprayed over everything. Although the initial greeter was very courteous, I did notice, while waiting in line, the kid working the vacuum area, looked like he had better things to do, while he worked in slow-motion. The cashier was pleasant, but seemed only to be interested in getting me out of the way, so she could continue her chat with her co-worker, (one of the guys that probably should've been outside--getting other customer's cars done). As I watched the crew working on the other vehicles, they seemed to be short-handed on the day I was there. I spent an hour waiting for my truck, only to get home, to find that I needed to spend more time to complete the wash. Before I left, I even saw 1 customer in the parking area, who had borrowed a spray bottle, and towel, going over his car after it was done. Instead of making sure that customer was satisfied with their work, the car wash crew seemed to be okay with simply giving the customer a spay bottle and towel, so he could finish cleaning his own car. I am hoping this poor outcome was an isolated incident, but I'm not confident. I will most likely go back to the competition before I give up on the Mesquite car washes, and try a different company, in a nearby city. read more

The exterior wash was quick (5 mins?) and simple. Basically the same car wash as usual, just no inside.

So, I went back after being away for a while due to crappy service, and nothing is changed. I paid $65 to have the inside of my car, wiped down and dressing applied, and my seats cleaned with dressing applied. They just slap the dressing everywhere, there are streaks everywhere andanytime you touch something, you get a film on your hands, so I had to re-wipe down my car myself to get all that excess off. read more

Worse experience EVER!  I had a coupon and did the detail package, asked the guy that was taking my order how long will it take (I know its not precise, but needed a range) and he said about 1 1/2 hour ... I agreed. Around the 1 1/4 mark the same guy came and found me and said it will be ANOTHER 1 1/2 and apologized and gave me a choice to either 1/Wait or 2/come back another time to finish -- THAT was very nice to come find me and let me know and to choose what to do.  (This is why it's 2 stars instead of 1 star).  SOOO 3 hours later my car is ready, I go get in it and ITS DEAD!  Won't turn over! SO, they kept my door open OR listened to radio for 3 HOURS?  Manager jumped started it - IT came back on (THANK GOODNESS) so i ran to AUTO ZONE immedialty and turned on my radio and NO SOUND!  NONE!  NOTTA!  No blinker sound, NO door open sound NOTHING!  Went back to THIS car wash place and asked for manager AGAIN - HE was very nice, however, there was little smart A$$ young man (Kid) that proceeded to be a smart by saying "its kinda strange that all of a sudden your radio stopped working from a car wash"!!!  PISSED ME SMOOTH OFF!  What's he insinuating? ... ANYWAYS, the manager did do his due diligence (AFTER I GAVE CHOICES) and went and gave me a card of a mechanic for me to take too, however, I called and left a message and he hasn't called me back yet!  TODAY is day 2!  SO,,,, I Will have to take to Cadillac Shop!  BUT no I would never REFER OR GO BACK to this car wash in mesquite!! read more

Stay away from this place on Saturday! I paid $26 for my car wash which does not include detailing. I arrived at 12:18 and did not leave until just before 5! I finally went to the front desk to ask if they could find out when my car was going to be ready. The lady handed me my keys and said that it was ready. I did not see it and asked where it was. I was told, "Over by the mattress store." I go over there and, sure enough, there it was. I asked why wasn't my car parked where I could see it. I was told "the parking lot in front was full so it was parked there". I sat there for almost five hours for a service that did not include detailing! That was ridiculous! Someone should've said something! For a shorter service, a car should never be allowed to languish until someone can get to it! This was not handled well at all! read more

I've been to this car wash 3 different times, and every time I come I swear I won't be back...so this time I'm posting a bad review to remind myself to not make the same mistake again. Checked my car in on a cold day, when there were hardy any other cars here, was told the detail I wanted would take 45-1 hour...1.5 hours later I'm still waiting and my car hasn't even been through the wash!!! The other times I've come, my car hasn't been cleaned well. For example, they didn't wipe out cup holders, when I brought it to their attention, I was told that wasn't part of my pkg...what??? I manager's that came to see what the problem was, spoke only Spanish to the other 2 worker's, YES THEY SPOKE ENGLISH BECAUSE THEY WERE SPEAKING ENGLISH BEFORE HE BECAME INVOLVED. IN SPANISH HE REFERRED TO ME AS CRAZY WOMAN. What HE forget is they never know whether you understand what they are saying. Ha ha. I PAID $52 today and my wheels looked terrible, fender wells, tires not shinny, chrome tail pipes not cleaned. When I drove into the line I specifically requested my wheels and tail pipes be clean. I was assured no problem they will be shinny and clean. There was a suburban with pretty wheels pulled out in the pickup area directly beside my car, his wheels were perfect. HIS ENTIRE VEHICLE was cleaner than mine. No he did not pay $52. I've watched the finish line treat the cars and trucks that belong to men as if they are show vehicles, polish tail pipes, blow creases out, clean every little spot. And YES THEY KNOW WHO DRIVES WHAT VEHICLE. The woman said to me when I pointed to remaining dirt "oh that is scratch" GUESS WHAT IT WAS NOT SCRATCHED. I went in for an inspection since it's close to my house and all the other places I called had wait times. I was pleased that they washed and vacuumed my truck for me......however with zero people in front of me it took their guy an HOUR AND A HALF to do a single inspection. Poor service today. People running around like chickens with their heads cut off. They are not organized. Cars coming in 10 to 15 minutes after I arrived are getting completed and washed before my line was done. I guess they did not anticipate the demand they would have today. I bring both our cars here every two weeks and we always have great service and they always do a great job. They take extra care and pride in the work. Once the run through on my suv wasn't enough to get the exterior clean so the ran it through again. They always address issues whenever anything comes up. I totally recommend this place! read more

Once again the quality of the cleaning is below expectations. Everything was half done leaving dirt and streaking wat was done - Rims dirty, interior windows dirty, mirrors not wiped down at all, floors and seats dirty, matts not put back in position, water spots from barely blowing out mirrors and window seals, and so on. Just like prior visits I the customer not their supervisor is out there pointing out the issues and after a while I just give up. The times I shared the feedback with the store the response always is that I should point out the items and bring it back for them to address the missed items if I find them after I drive off. Never .. we'll speak with our team, bring it back and we'll clean if right for free, etc.. One time they even said that is what they have to do sometimes. If they have to take theirs back then why would they not realize they are not getting the job done. Sad thing is that this is what we have come to expect no .. pay full price for half the quality. read more

What a disappointing experience. I paid for the Super Clean ($50.00) via gift card. The gift card was for $50.00 so I asked staff to throw it away after payment- they said no problem. Within 20 minutes my car was done with everything but the detail. My car sat in line for detailing for an additional two hours. When I asked staff for an update on how much longer it would be, they said it would be an additional 45 minutes, making my total time there over 3 hours. Since no one had told me it would take this long when I arrived, I asked to cancel the detail. The manager was willing to refund my detail portion but apparently the refund has to be returned to the card it came from which was now at the bottom of a trashcan. Because I didn't want to make the manager dig through trash (even though his staff said it was ok to throw away), I told him to forget about it and ate the $22. Overall, I wish I had been given a time estimate upon arrival and that the manager could have found another solution to return the $22. 2 stars because the girl at the desk was friendly and helpful. read more

I have given this car wash more than a couple times to impress me. Without fail, there is always cat hair and dirt left in my back seat every time I leave. Are their vacuums not strong enough? On this particular occasion a few weeks ago, I badly needed a car wash and came here forgetting that I actually don't like this place. I pulled up, and told the guy I needed a minute to decide. A second guy came up to my window and started interupting my thought process by talking about my tattoos and where I got them and yada yada yada. I told the guy what I wanted to be done and he pointed me in the direction of their $35 wash. I specifically told him I wanted a good vacuum and that I wanted the trunk vacuumed as well. (Before I left my house I emptied out my trunk completely so it would be easier to get to.) I waited probably 12 minutes in the front before my car came up. It took them like 7 minutes until they flagged me over. Since I don't like checking everything while I'm there, I drove off, parked at my next errand, and checked my trunk. It had not been touched! After checking the rest of the car I noticed that my center console was still disgusting, and the dashboard had not been wiped down with that conditioning stuff they use to make it look glossy. I look in the back and there is still hair and cat liter from my cats in the crevices of my back seat. So what exactly DID this place do?! I paid $35 for exactly WHAT?! I was so upset I went to Target thinking I could buy Armorall wipes and just do it myself without causing a problem. But the more I thought about it the more upset I was. I went back there and told the guy about all the things that were not done and without apologizing, he said he could fix it so he started "wiping" down everything and had another guy finish off my trunk (which ended up looking the best over everything else.) I stood there and watched what he was doing as he was just half-assing the job, and my center console still looked horrible with dust still on my dashboard. I just wanted to laugh by looking at it. $35 down the drain and they've lost a customer for good. Never coming back here and never recommending it either. :) read more

Horrible. Biggest waste of money in DFW. If you'd like someone to treat you rudely, take your money and do a half-assed job cleaning your car, this is the place to go. They didn't bother to vacuum the back seat, the rear view mirror was dirty, the rear windshield was filthy, there were visible marks on the rugs that could have been cleaned with no problem, despite my having selected the rug shampoo option.. I'm so grateful that I paid that much extra so I could have a couple of rude guys clean my car with the equivalent of a Kleenex and bottle of water. They have been reported to the BBB. I would give this car wash 6 stars but the customer service i received today 4-25-16 was absolutely the WORST customer service EVER!!!! I brought my car here 2X.. The first time was Saturday 4/23 i got the gold express wash ... by the time i got home i had tire shine all over my car from them putting it on entirely TO wet... i came back on sunday 4/24, didnt mention it to them, instead just paid for another wash.... got home again same deal and this time i even politely the guy not to put so much this time..... not saying he did it intentionally though by any means.. so today i came back here 4/26 and explained to the attendant what my problem was... im guessing the hispanic guy (not sure of his name) is the shift supervisor but his attitude towards me was not professional at all... i politely explained to him my situation and he just blew me off and said theres nothing he can do about it... and that it wasnt his fault.... my car is white, wheels and all... and all over my car is their tire shine ... all over the glass, mirrors, doors, qtr panel, fender, etc... what ever happened to customer service... i too work n the automotive industry and at my shop we strive for nothing lesa than great customer service... our fault or not... im very disappointed with the treatment i received here today..this was my favorite car wash because of how great of a job they have always done on my dodge charger.. but after today, i will be in search of a new place that will hopefully give me better customer service read more
