Service was not what I expected, could not pay with cash because cash slot was taped up. Purchased Super Protect wash for $23.00 but my car body nor wheels were clean, and several vacuums were not working. This is unacceptable to me. I will not return to Super Star Car Wash again nor will I recommend them to my family and friends. No manager to report this to, so I give them a poor rating because it seems that they don't care how the customer feels because you have already paid. read more

If it happens to be open when you come by. There's no consistency in holding to the published business hours. If the vacuums are working they're great, but don't count on them working, or be prepared for a few working at a time. It used to be so good and so worth the money. Service has really gone down hill and this place really hasn't been open that long. On my last two visits, half the vacuums were miss or not working very well. I asked about some clean towels and the guy said Oh there's some up in the basket by the door, Really?? Turns out they were not clean and ready to use at all. That was Friday, July 5th. Just went there today, the chain wasn't working so you had to drive through yourself, you couldn't see anything, this is not safe, also, some of the scrubbers weren't spinning, hardly any water was coming out, my car is still dirty. read more

If I could give NEGATIVE stars, I would. I drove into the car wash and while inside the car wash, my tire was punctured and ripped from the rim. The manager said it was my fault and not their equipment and that the tire was flat when I drove in. I just drove from downtown Dallas to Mesquite and my tire was just fine. He refused to even apologize let alone help in any way. I filed a claim with the corporate office and it was denied. Not sure how a car can drive into the car wash on four good tires and drive out of the car wash with three good tires and one tire that is punctured and ripped off the rim...and it was my fault??? Rude employees and management suck. One of their employee's sprayed me with my window down on purpose because he doesn't like his job and is obviously always in a bad mood. They know how he is and still have him working there. I rather take my business somewhere else and cancel my membership plus I have to go throw 2 times for my car to be clean. read more

A significant percentage of the vacuum cleaners seem to be barely functioning or not working at all. I strongly suspect many freeloaders in trash-filled junky vehicles use the vacuum cleaners without paying a dime. No attendant verifies for free loaders. Sometimes the people in junky vehicles throw their trash on the ground instead of placing trash in the bins. The free loaders are probably using all the towels, too. Yesterday, on SUNDAY, at midday the wash line was closed. Yet the vacuum section was packed with vehicles. Free vacuuming for EVERYONE DAY. How can the wash line be out of commission so often? Especially on Sunday. One Saturday several months ago the wash line was closed because they were out of soap. On a different day, we had to use our own vehicle power to drive through the wash. I have two solutions: control access to paying customers. Improve regular maintenance to the machinery. read more

The best part is all you have to do is drive in and their wash takes care of the rest. Once you're done, you just head over to the vacuuming station where you can unload any trash and vacuum any messes for free. The vacuum service is included with your purchase. Also, the vacuums here are no joke. They are designed to get the spots that are typically hard to reach with conventional self serve car vacuums, and they are very strong. The chain was broken, but they had people drive through anyway. You can't see. The poor kid working there had to yell at people to speed up. Wife's car didn't get clean and neither of our car got dry because we weren't going the right speed. Greedy owner should have closed the tunnel. read more

The car wash gets the bulk of the filth off the vehicle but it leaves lots of spots dirty and requires lots of elbow grease to get spots around the vehicle. There's free vacuums, that's a plus- does mention limiting the time spent jj the vacuum area to 10 minutes. No compressed air, no complimentary towels as I've seen in other car washes that charge the same price. read more

Visited this location again since I was in the area and literally half of the vacuums don't work. I had to pull into SIX different bays to find vacuums that work. They're supposed to have two vacuum hoses per bay but they only have half of them installed as well and half of those don't even work. The employees didn't seem to care. read more

it was a great car wash while it lasted. For the last 3 maybe 4 months this car wash has gone down hill. The guy that use to run this was awesome kept up with the place, now it's trash, you can never find towels parking lot looks like crap and vacums all are clogged up. now you have kids running this to the ground. I will be canceling my membership at the end of the year. read more

My first time there. Pulled through and put it in neutral like the guy said. Halfway through the wash I feel my car start pulling off of the track. I didn't know what to do because they say do not turn the wheel. So I just sat there until someone came (which they seemed to be in no hurry). They finally shut down the machine . Meanwhile the car behind me is honking and there was a pile up with 3 cars running into each other. The assistant manager got me back on the track and asked me to go into the office to fill out a claim. He never said anything else . They made it seem like it was my fault but there must've been a malfunction or something because I literally did not touch the steering wheel. The am did not explain anything. So I asked him if this happens often. He said yes. Afterwards I did notice how close they send the cars through. The other people involved and I asked to get a refund since our car wash wasn't complete. He said he can't give a refund. No apology. No explanation. Just a complete inconvenience. Thankfully , my car did not seem to have any damage but some of the others did. Needless to say, I will not be returning. And I recommend taking your car somewhere else to be washed. read more
