THE WORST CAR WASH IVE BEEN TO!! I have been going to this location for years and signed up for the monthly membership but when I wanted to cancel the membership, I was informed that I would not receive any more transactions on my card. Turns out I was still being charged a monthly fee and was NOT aware of it although I was no longer going to wash my vehicle and the manager was of no help to me when I asked him if I could have documentation of the membership being cancelled, he said he can not do that and that the system said the membership would be discontinued but showed when my next charge would be. Save your money and time. I had to go up to the establishment MULTIPLE times to fight for a cancellation and they didn't even offer me a refund. read more

I usually go all the way to Garland to get a wash, but today I was like "meh, I'm sick." I went close by in Mesquite and decided to give this place a try. This is probably the worst decision I have made thus far in 2017. I usually take real good of my car, especially since it is real new. Today wash was really disappointing, I do not even think it was a wash... It was more of throwing some water on my car. Along with that, my steering wheel was jerking back and force with firm turns on the railing. I found bumps and scratches on my wheel, along with a horrendous job of even cleaning the wheels. You would think the car wash would do great on the front part of the car since that is what gets most of the action. Nope. I ended up paying 5 dollars for them to throw some water, and me to clean it completely myself. I truthfully ended up getting damages to the car, along with a horrible job of washing the car. There machine will damage your wheels and not clean the back of your vehicle. There wheel Wells are to narrow and gave my rims curb rash. The haven't had it a month. Being very cautious I would always keep the car clean. Didn't think me paying to get my car washed would actually damage it. DO NOT GO HERE OUT BUY THERE MEMBERSHIP. This place is awful we can start off with the guys that pull you in just shove your mirror in with out asking you if they Electric folding or not the. As you going through the wash you notice half the soap squirters aren't Squirting ....and to top it off there is no point to pick the drying option cause the dryers are pointed the wrong Direction so now I'm left with a waterspot the filled car and honestly looks worse than what I originally took it in . I remember coming to this place once before and it did the same thing I thought to give it another chance but didn't work out. Stopped by to renew gift card. The two employees on duty wouldn't even talk to me. Inquired if there was a manager or someone and when they would be available. I go through here all the time. Everyone has been friendly to me and I have never had a problem. Just realize this is ONLY a drive through wash it you want a detail wash you will need to go to a place that does that. We have 3 cars that we drive through every weekend and come home and detail. :) read more

It is what it is. An automated carwash. It gets the car pretty clean and mostly dry. The grandkids love to drive through and see the multicolored foam. The free vacuums are nice and staff always remember to remove my antenna. read more

When this carwash opened up by my house i used it all the time. In fact, all my familly and friends used it as well. I never ever had any problems... i mean it's a cheap and fast.... what is there to blame right?? Last week i went to get my car washed and after i drove away i noticed that back wiper blade was GONE?! I went back and told the staff... and they found it on the floor somwhere! One of the guys came back and told me "you dont really need it anyway" What the?! I was so shocked! I realized that this is the guy that did not tape down my wiper correctly before the wash. Of course if you are the reason this happpened than you are going to try to reason your way out of it...NOT PROFESSIONAL! I was really upset because my car is fairly new - 2011 - and has no problems at all. After awhile a man gave me some papers to fill out and told me that i would get a call in a few days.. still no call... I went there yesterday to find out what was takinig so long and came back with no answers. I am never going back and my advice to you is to pay a few more dollars and get proper care, respect, and a good wash. read more

I have gone to this carwash on at least four occasions. I have purchased various packages, ranging in price from the $5 basic carwash to the premium $15 wash - They're all the same result. It's a decent outside wash, but there is no special attention paid to the tires or wheels, even though on the higher-priced washes it's supposed to be included in the service. I guess what I'm trying to say is that it's a reasonable $5 quick carwash, but if you're expecting anything more, go somewhere where it's done by hand and you can see them wash and actually clean/shine your wheels/tires. It won't happen here. Even the "spot-free" rinse still leaves water spots all over the car and windows, so that you have to get out and dry off your car yourself. read more

The worst customer service ever. I used this car wash and when I returned home discovered my back windshield wiper was broken off. I returned to car wash only to be met with rude and sarcastic staff. When I walked in and stated my issue the person behind the desk chuckled and said 'we don't tape wiper blades and we are not responsible for the loss' -- when I asked about that he walked around the desk and pointed to a sign on passenger side of cars and said 'that sign said they were not.' I did respond unkindly but did not swear. He walked out and tapped another guy on the shoulder and indicated he should say something to me - he said the same thing. I then asked if they would at least look for my wiper and they said no because I was not nice. Really -- I am the customer and was upset. And by the way I am in my 70's and have been in customer service for many years. Again, this is the worst customer service I have seen in ages. Do not support this rip off business. read more

This "car wash" charges a minimum of $5 for the worst wash I've ever paid for. There's a scrubbing station you can stop at before you pay to go through. When you get done paying and pull through they halfway spray your car and you run through what seems like the worlds fastest automated wash invented. There is absolutely no way your car will get clean no matter what you pay. I would be even more mad that I had to get out there and re wash my car by hand with all of the dirt left on my car if I would have paid $15. What a rip off. If I could give zero stars, I would. A paying customer does not deserve to be treated this way, no matter what the circumstances are. I have been going to this car wash since they opened. Today will be the absolute last time me or anyone in my family goes to this establishment. As my car was being pulled into the actual wash on the tracks, the machine or my car malfunctioned and apparently it appeared my car was driving forward--even though my car was in neutral. A worker started screaming at me to "put it in neutral" at the top of his lungs. I rolled my window down and told him it was in neutral. He proceeded to scream at me (even though I was calm). I told him to stop screaming and his direct quote was, "You are DRIVING through my car wash and you expect me not to yell??? Are you kidding me, lady?!!?" This was all happening in front of my seven-year-old son who was very upset and shocked to say the least. He continued to argue and yell at me until I finally asked for his supervisor's name. He said he was the manager. I asked who was over his head and he told me the owner's name was Jake, but that he was not allowed to give out his number or information. I pulled around to the office to get a card or some form of information, and there was no one inside. The employee had disappeared and was no longer pre-washing the cars (even though I pulled around in about 60 seconds). There was no information inside as to who to contact with complaints, who to call in case of emergency, or any other information at all. I stepped out and asked another employee who the manager was. He told me the guy that was just there was named "Trey" and that he was forbidden to give out the owner's information. I called the number on my receipt and it was a fax machine. In my opinion, it is absolutely ridiculous that someone so disrespectful and rude to customers is the "manager." It is also beyond my comprehension that there are no numbers posted or available for customers to call in a case such as this. read more

These people are terrible. I brought my vehicle in, and it wasn't that dirty, just dusty. I paid for the premium wash, 15 bucks. My vehicle still had dust on it. Some kid named William told me that in order for him to run it back through, I would have to scrub it down myself first. When I explained that my vehicle wasn't that dirty (I've taken my vehicle through car washes for years at gas stations in this condition) William said "sit, I WILL NOT RUN YOUR VEHICLE BACK THROUGH UNTIL YOU SCRUB IT DOWN YOURSELF FIRST" I demanded my money back. Horrible service, terrible car wash. Because I paid $5, according to the manager, it's my fault my car didn't get clean because I didn't pay more. I asked that he run the car through a second time to try to do a better job and he said that that's not allowed you have to pay another $5. I asked for the owner's name, and he said the owner does not want us to give out his phone number or way to contact him, because he trusts the manager to resolve issues, which he could care less and did not want to resolve. Don't go to this car wash, the owner does not care about his business or his customers. As a business owner myself, I know better than this, if you want to keep customers. I repeat, the manager and the owner do not care at all about their customers, and ridicule their customers because they did not pay more money. Never going back. After several years using this carwash without any incidents, washes weren't that great but I'm not that picky, I suddenly went through a couple of months ago and my rear windshield wiper was broken off because they failed to tape it down. They had always done it right so, since I didn't know what wipers cost I asked for $15, which they gave me. Well, my fault, the wiper was twice that amount even having no labor charge because my son did it. OK. I went back several more times and everything was fine until today, which was a disaster. As my car started to roll into the wash, I lowered my window and told the "manager" to make sure they taped my wiper down. He said they already had done it so imagine my surprise when I went to the back of my SUV and found my wiper sticking out without any tape. The cover for the motor base of the wiper had been broken and was gone. Granted, the wiper still wipes with a new sound, but I try to keep my vehicle with all its parts intact. I was in a hurry but I knew I had to deal with this while everyone involved was present. The manager said he didn't have to do anything about it because the main part of the wiper was still there. The screw and whatever is now exposed, is a definite eyesore and I'm not going around without the cover. He refused to do anything at all saying he would have to replace the whole wiper to fix it. And so I have to buy a new wiper instead of him? He was rude and neither of us used any profanities, I could tell he really wanted to. This is not the only place I am giving them a review. I just hope people will see the credibility or lack therof, before using them. read more

I stopped at this car wash for the first time to get my car washed. I paid by cash at the terminal and the machine did not give me my 5.00 in change. I waited to see if it would ever come out and of course it never did. I pulled forward to the car wash with my receipt and told an employee that I did not get my change. In the process the whole entire car wash breaks down with about 10 people in line. So we hall had to back out and wait for our refund. This whole situation lasted about 30 to 45 minutes. When the guy who said he was the manager came to me he flat out refused to reimburse me the full 20.00 that was owe to me and basically called me a liar. I asked for the owners name and he refused to provide his name or the owner name. By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced!!!! I have blasted their name all over social media and have advised all my friends not to waste their money in this business that rips people off. They don't even get one star in my book! read more
