The technician who came out yesterday was so nice and friendly! It was my first time using this…read moreservice and he made me feel at ease and we actually talked about our families, raising kids, and being in a military family. It didn't take long at all and looks and smells great after! I did 3 rooms, stairs, and a hallway. We will definitely have them out again in the future and would recommend this service. We have a 20 month old so it's also nice to know there aren't any harsh chemicals that he has to stay off as it's just super water.

I live out of state and trusted the company to do the job correctly. When I inspected the property on May 27, 2026, there was still a shocking amount of dog hair embedded in the carpet even after TWO cleanings. I shared photos and was basically told they would do nothing unless I paid again because the 30-day window expired. A professional carpet cleaning company should not leave behind visible pet hair after two appointments. Completely disappointing experience. I would never hire them again.

They brought it back to me about a month later and it still smelled horrible. They ruined my rug, the fringe was cut and ripped, the edges were rubbed off, there are now a thousand small white dots where they rubbed the color off. No one has barely even walked in this room. It wasn't dirty. The only thing wrong with it was a two foot by one foot area where my tiny dog started peeing. (The poor baby had no idea where she was anymore.). They sent a guy out to spray something on it but the odor was still there. The guy told me he would show his boss the pieces of fringe that kept falling off where they had been cut and that he would give me a call. I called a few times and left messages but figured since it was close to Christmas they were busy. When I called afterwards the owner told me I had waited too long and I must have something else that is peeing on my rug now. I live alone and have no pets. Horrible business. I would suggest not taking anything of value to them. My 100+ year old rug is trash now.

Was also told the kind of carpet I have cannot have stains removed, but it worked before??The worker talked way too much and wasted a lot of time when he could have been working. I paid $425 for cleaning 5 rooms and a stairway. I was told I was not charged for stain removal so it is not guaranteed. Their employee talked about everything but my carpet and did not explain anything about stain removal. My carpet is old and I had realistic expectations, but have gotten much better results in the last two years with this company. I would have paid more to get it done right. I will not ever bother using their services again.
