I have taken my oversized suits, formal dresses and gowns to get them altered and you would think I bought it that way. Incredibly professional and such a delight to visit. It can be pricey but I think when you are altering very expensive clothing, it is worth it. Especially with the way clothes are made so by heap nowadays. I went on a Tuesday and was told Friday initially but was able to get a turn around or Thursday. Place is clean, staff is friendly. They're paperless. I had my receipt in my email. I got a text when my dress was ready Thursday, as well as an email. I got 20% off as a new customer. Very happy w the service. I REALLY wish there was another location closer to Pasadena. I try to limit dtla, but next time I need something cleaned, barring closer location, I'll be back!

I got suspicious since I had just come a week previously to have them re-pressed and they were at the shop, so it would've been strange for them to disappear. Due to my apparent frustration, the clerk called the owner, and to my surprise, she arrived very pretty quickly and found them right away. Although I recommend this store, they have difficulty removing stains, but they will relaunder items if they aren't done correctly the first time. I'm just glad that I will be able to wear these pants on my summer trip.
