CHANGES: WASHERS TOP LOADERS: $3.00 - - Qty: 15 (up $1.00) FRONT LOADERS: $4.00 - - Qty.: 5 (20 lbs) (up $1.00 since 2/13/22)) $4.50 - - Qty.: 12 (30 lbs.) (up $1.25) $5.50 - - Qty.: 6 (40 lbs.) (up $1.00) $6.50 - - Qty.: 4 (60 lbs.) (up $1.00) $9.00- $9.50 - - Qty.: 1 (80 lbs.) (up $1.75-$200) DRYERS 25 cents per 10 minutes This was the same as the price I encountered in 2022. I am not sure if the ten minute timer setting has remained the same or not because my drapes stated not to dry them... a.k.a. I didn't use the dryers. DRYER SIZE: 2 loads - - Qty.: 42 NON-FUNCTIONING: None of the 20 lbs washers (5) were functional. 1 of the 60 lbs washers was out of order (motor bearing) MISSING IN ACTION: I noticed that the charging station was no longer where it used to be, so maybe that is completely gone. If so that sucks because that was an awesome thing to find at a business like this. Overall, I really didn't look around much, as my wash didn't take much time. END GAME: Despite the price increase, which really didn't seem like a lot to me since I still only come here to wash larger items, like drapes, sleeping bags and holiday/season bedding (to refresh it, prior to use and before packing it away), I would still return.

Thankfully, Dalla's gave it a shot and they were amazing. They removed all of the makeup stains and missed spots that the other dry cleaners didn't take care of. There was also a problem area on the sleeve that looked like the previous dry cleaners over treated. Dalla's was able to get that squared away also. My shirt and three piece suit was looking brand new when I picked it up. They worked with my fast turnaround needs as well, having this done within about a day and a half. Great speed of service, great price, what more can you ask for? Definitely stop in for your dry cleaning needs

They do an excellent job on all my dry cleaning needs. Prices are reasonable and the turn around time is about 2 to 3 days, depending on how many items I bring for wash or dry cleaning. The ladies working there are extremely helpful and friendly. Service with a smile goes a long way and for me, that's a plus. Will keep bringing my business to this place, it is very close to home and so far, my experience has been great.

When I walked in a patron had her daughter in a pleated skirt that fit her too big, lil girl is about a 5th grader or so. The woman rendering service said something along the lines of I can't do it bcs it will change the skirt, something about an elastic, it was tough to understand her. All she wanted was for the skirt to be reduced, cut perhaps. She insisted she couldn't do it. As I stood there witnessing this I thought, why is she here calling this business "alternations" when she couldn't do what this patron was asking. What sucks is you're in a community that obviously you have a negative bias towards, which is part of the clientele... Mom and child left defeated . I almost left too... I really needed the alteration. Although Kathy did my alteration which was a simple closure on a dress, she wouldn't work on the other dress that needed a zipper replacement. She did a good job on the closure unfortunately I don't recommend this place. Hard to communicate and customer service just isn't there. And no official ticket for service it was on a notepad.
