My car was hit while parked at work. The insurance company referred this location as one on their list I could select from. I'm so happy they did. From the moment I filed my claim and hung up with the insurance company, Donna called to schedule an appointment for me to drop off my car. She was beyond friendly and understanding over the phone. The entire experience from start to finish was pleasant because of the lovely ladies in the office. Donna and Amanda were so friendly and always had a smile on their faces. From making sure I knew what rental company to select to ensuring I had text updates along the way, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Headed here for an estimate on my vehicle. I was very clear from the beginning I would pay out of pocket and not through insurance. The guy who was supposed to assist with assessing the damages and make the estimate was John, who apparently is the owner which is quite ironic considering he was both condescending and rude. I'm not sure if it was because he thought I wouldn't be able to afford any additional costs or because he felt I wouldn't get the repairs done with him that he refused to provide an estimate saying prior damages were going to open up a can of worms. I had no problem paying for anything else that would come up but he said he wouldn't provide an estimate because I already had one and to go with them, this is after I explained a different collision center had no issue giving me an estimate on the damages even with the prior repairs or damages. If he doesn't work outside of insurance they could've told me from the start and I wouldn't have wasted my time waiting around just to be met with this unprofessional attitude. I called them up and to my surprise he's actually the owner. Seems to me he didn't want to take the time to give a proper estimate or he simply isn't capable and felt this was out of his league which is understandable since he couldn't give a clear or direct answer as to why he isn't capable of providing an estimate. The rest of the staff was great and respectful, something John should learn from. read more

I have been a customer of this shop for probably over 10 years. I will say that I jave not always been extremely satisfied with their customer service but I cam tell you it has certainly improved. Their repair services have always been of great quality and I can tell that they have made changes to improve their customer service. I had a great experience with this shop. I want to give a big thanks to Omar and his team for doing a wonderful job on my Jeep. Omar made sure to communicate with me daily/every other day to give me updates on my car. He handled all the paperwork with the insurance which made it such an easy process. One thing that made this shop stand out for me was the good customer service. Originally, my car was fixed in November 2020 and at the beginning of February 2021, my car's check engine light came on. I called Omar to share my concern and he immediately said to bring in the car. They did a full diagnostic the next day and since the problem was on the side of where I got hit, they replaced the new part. Again they handled all the paperwork with the insurance. Impressed. Very impressed and extremely satisfied. Inland Empire Collision did a super job repairing my car. I needed moderate body work and a repaint on the passenger rear door and fender area of my 2017 BMW. The estimate was fair and the repair and repaint was estimated to take 5 working days. Inland Empire Collision kept me informed of where my car was in the process, and I was more than a little pleased when they called to tell me my car was done early!! Wonderful and amazing. Since this was not an insurance repair, I was paying out-of-pocket for the rental and the repair so being able to return the rental early and save some money was appreciated. The bodywork was masterful and the blending of paint and clear coat was perfect. You couldn't tell what was repaired or where it was repaired. Inland Empire Collision's customer service was top-notch too. Their intake process was smooth and when it came time to pick up my car, the paperwork was ready and I was in and out of there quickly. Everyone was nice, cheerful and cared about making their customers comfortable and happy. This is the shop that AAA uses for repairs and estimates in the City of Riverside. I had to use this shop a few times as they are a AAA Direct Repair Center. I used them to replace my bumper and to collect estimates on damage to my car. Getting in a accident is not very fun when it comes to the paperwork and getting the work done. In my first visit, they replaced my bumper to my Toyota Camry with a turnaround time of three days. In this visit, it actually took them about one day to complete the work which was a very quick turnaround time. Paint matched well with the entire car. In my second visit, I had to get estimates of damage after being rear ended on my Toyota RAV4 for AAA. After assessing the damage, they advised me on this visit that I should not do my repairs with them since the payment will come out of my deductible and will make the process of getting me reimbursed from the other end will be more complicated since it is a different insurance provider on the other end. I was told that my best option was to have the insurance on the other end estimate and repair my car since they were at fault. I value businesses that don't push to make profit and rather advise the customers on their best options. The only downside I had to deal with was the option to pay, as you should be prepared to pay with cash and avoid using credit or debit cards due to a 4% surcharge. I am not too sure if they took personal checks either. That was the only hassle I had when it came to payment of repairs. read more

Unfortunately I was sandwiched in between two vehicles because the person behind me was on her damn cell phone. I was able to see her in my rearview mirror and saw that she was plowing toward me. Needless to say her insurance company (they accepted liability) recommended this shop for the repairs. I was told by this shop's representative that I would get a new back bumper because the old one was completely damaged. Come to find out that a year down the line when I was rear ended and that back bumper was cracked and damaged, the auto body men were able to determine that I was given a used bumper (there was a red used bumper placed into my orange vehicle). I don't know if this was to cut corners but I assume that the insurance was charged for a new bumper but a used one was placed on my vehicle. No complaints about the customer service. No complaints about the turnaround time. But I do not wish to conduct business here, ever. read more

5 stars! Wish I would have taken a before/after picture. I had bumped into a pole parking and it left my truck bumper with a 5 diameter paint chip. Took them two days because they were busy, when I received my truck you could never tell it had fresh paint on it. Super clean job and professional!! Kinda pricey, 280$ to paint it but they went out of their way to armor all my tires, fill them up with air, cleaned the dirt off..etc. great job and hassle free! Definitely recommend. read more

I had to bring it back another day and wait almost 2 hours In the waiting area to fix it. Once again I was back at Inland Empire Collision . They've done big jobs for me , but this time it was a small but tricky repair . My new car was three weeks old and the dealer kept giving me excuses why they couldn't fix it .. Too busy , no painter etc. John and the crew gladly took my car in right away . In 3 days I had my car back and it was perfect ! The dealership had no interest in helping me , but Inland Empire Collision proved they have the best customer service !
