On multiple occasions, I've found gritty, sand-like debris and burnt grill residue in my food. It gives the impression that the grill isn't being cleaned properly, and it's made the food unpleasant to eat. I've also experienced customer service that I felt was unwelcoming and inconsistent, leaving me feeling as though I wasn't treated with the same level of respect as other customers.
