There were only 2 tables occupied out of all the tables there. No one checked on me. He was on his phone the entire time and I eventually had to get up to go ask for more water. The other table was looking at me then looking at him because they were being ignored when they were waiting for the check. I then used the rest room for a couple minutes and they took away my food while I was in there even though I never confirmed I was finished. They never asked me if I needed anything or asked how the food was. The young boy should be fired without a doubt. Horrible work ethic.

It was a generic dish you'll find in every Asian buffet, nothing special. We learned that the ownership had changed, but it seemed like it was still a family business. The children were supposed to clean up the dirty dishes, but they didn't. We were surrounded with dirty plates, and none of the employees seemed to care. This was my first visit to Shalimar BBQ & Grill, and I can't compare my experience to previous quality.
