I was a few minutes late because I had trouble finding parking, which I take responsibility for. Karla called to confirm I was still coming, and I confirmed, explained, and apologized. When I arrived, I apologized again. Instead of simply acknowledging my lateness and without even saying hello, Zoe immediately lectured me in front of everyone about the salon's 10-minute grace period. Her condescending comment that there was "a spot right in front" was especially unnecessary, as it was a 24-minute parking space, not a reasonable option for a haircut, and I certainly don't want the parking ticket. I understand being 15 minutes late is inconvenient (that's on me), but kindness and professionalism go a long way, especially in the service industry. Unfortunately, the atrocious customer service and poor attitude made this a very disappointing first experience. I won't be booking again, and based on the other reviews, I am not the only one.
