So I head down to there to take a look at it with my two little rascals whom will call the bunk bed their own. Anyhow, saw it - I loved it/the kiddos loved it.. so we talked about pricing! Now I am shopper and by this time I have talked to 2 other furniture stores about the whole shabang - bunkbed, mattresses, delivery and all. This place beat those other 2 out of the water in everything and the best thing was they said they could deliver it the very next day! Thursday (5/8) rolls around and my family were all excited to get the new bunk bed in.. since our house is down the street from their showroom we were their last stop for the day. Better for us since it worked with our schedule, anyhow, they came started bringing the parts in and put it all together with the mattress and everything within less than an hour! Bam Bam - Done! All in all, from the initial phone call, showroom to delivery they were GREAT! Would I recommend them.. NO WAY!! then all the peeps I know will know my secret and have all the same furniture as me!! (Just Kidding) I have already recommended them to my sista who is looking for a whole new bedroom/dresser set so BAM! Thank me later!

Haha There's also a back sale room with last seasons things on sale for a discounted rate. That area is not air conditioned, so be careful back there, one could definitely overheat on a hot summer day! Both pieces we wanted were on sale, so it was a great deal and the only thing I was upset about was the fact that the 5 piece sectional was available, but only 2 of the 5 pieces were in the store. I had to call back and due to the fact their shipping containers are coming in from Vietnam, we bought our furniture in the middle of July and we won't get the sectional until 10/15! On top of that, I misunderstood the gentleman I was placing the back order form and I thought I wouldn't be charged until all 5 pieces were available, that was not the case...... I was charged for the 5 piece sectional as well as the sofa upfront. Which was fine, but now having to be patient and actually WAIT for our sectional to arrive is a bit annoying- especially since e I already paid for it back in July. Overall, I wouldn't mind shopping here again and I never needed that extra stain protection on my Ashley Furniture, so I'm sure we'll be okay now that we have a leather pieces. Yet- being charged for a sectional and then waiting 3 months to receive it AND having to pay an extra $100 shipping surcharge s ms a bit annoying, considering the store was the one that didn't have the item available- unless we wanted to buy the floor model hahaha

I called and spoke to the Manager on Duty at the Fremont Store, Aman, who was absolutely unhelpful and just kept repeating that the picture on the website is wrong so I should somehow just be happy with what I got. What is the point of having pictures and advertising something for sale on the website if it isn't even accurate. I asked to escalate the issue to higher management because "The picture on the website is wrong" is not an acceptable solution and of course the General Manager is conveniently on vacation. It is next to impossible to talk to a human on their website and it doesn't seem like they even have an email We have purchased from this location for the 3rd time and will not look at Living Spaces again.

You can walk in to see the showroom and they have more in catalogs. If you're looking for something specific, let them know and they can show you if they have it in the showroom or they can always show you in their catalogs. We were looking for a sectional couch with a chaise, an ottoman/coffee table, and a small dining table. We were lucky that they had all 3 that we were looking for and we were even luckier that they had the displays in the showroom! We ended up getting our sectional with a chaise which had a matching storage ottoman and our small 4-person dining table! They were able to deliver after a couple of days but we opted for a later day for when someone was home to receive the delivery. We loved that they delivered and set up for us as well! Pricing is very affordable! Delivery of course depends on where you live. I told my mom about this place and looks like she'll be ordering a sectional from them soon!
