Fried chicken takeout from Royal Farms
    Morton F.

I think Royal Farms is a great addition to Kirkwood Highway, a major road that is lacking in Wawa or any other major convenience store chain. This Royal Farms is at the corner of Kirkwood Highway and Duncan Road. One entrance is on westbound Kirkwood Highway. If you're on eastbound Kirkwood Highway, make a left turn onto Duncan Road and enter from there. The format of this store is the same as other Royal Farms in the chain. There is a gas pump pavilion in front of the store. Inside the store, they have a counter display for fried chicken. However, they also make chicken sandwiches and a number of other items, which you order on a touchscreen display. The rest of the store is stocked with standard convenience store items, mostly snacks and drinks. I would go to this store mostly for gas, which is comparatively inexpensive compared to the rest of New Castle County, especially if you factor in the 10 cents/gallon reward card discount. Food preparation at this store can be rather slow, especially if the store is busy. Also the cashier seems a tad surly, although that can depend on who's working the front registers at the time.

Bathrooms got empty dime bags all over the floor. Toilet prolly hasn't been cleaned in weeks. Dried up poop on the floor. I'd rather go to the restroom outside. Oh and the food is terrible.

Bathrooms had feces in toilet and menstrual blood on the floor. Waited 10+ minutes for my food. This was the first time I had come to RoFo in years because I prefer Wawa (due to cleanliness and food choice) so I truly regret giving RoFo another chance. Not only that but the lids to their sides are soft and kept coming off the food resulting in it spilling in the bag (I also ordered mashed potatoes with gravy, but I'm almost glad they forgot it because it would have been more of a mess.

    Large fries...LOL

I am pregnant and was terrified for the safety of my baby. I ended up in the ER with diarrhea, severe vomiting and uterine cramping. I couldn't keep food down for two days and lost my appetite for four more days after that. The way Wawa handled this was appalling: Destruction of Evidence: I told Catherine C (Customer Relations) I planned to contact a lawyer that I know who could have the food tested for further contamination. She insisted I return it to the store for 'internal testing.' I complied. The store manager, Nambia at the time offered me $6.99 to resolve the issue. I later found out that Wawa's Corporate team contacted the store and instructed them to discard the salad. Dismissive Corporate Response: Michelle Chapman (Michelle.chapman@helmsmantpa.com) has been completely dismissive of my trauma. She passed the blame to their supplier, Taylor Farms and did not provide any further resolution beyond $6.99. Wawa tricked me into giving back the evidence, destroyed it, and now refuses to take accountability. Take caution if you eat at this Wawa. Side note: I have been going to wawa faithfully since I was a child...sometimes 10+ times a month, which my wawa app will reflect. The way the store manager and corporate handled this is disappointing to say the least.

Follow the instructions on the slip of paper. I have gone to this location several times and they have gotten my order wrong and I have let it slide because it was only a couple toppings. I'm not sure if getting gaslighted is the "catch" of the current $6 meal deal, but it is unprofessional. If you want to manipulate other people, then become a psychologist. If this has to do with my work as the world-renowned radical feminist theorist and scientist that I am, then you need to discuss your opposing perspectives on my work with me directly. My scientific or political perspectives have absolutely nothing at all to do with making me a sandwich. If the women behind the counter were good at being "neurodevelopmentally healthy" traditional women, then they would be doing everything in their power to make a stellar sandwich anyway - correct? Furthermore, if these same women do not like working at Wawa, then I'm sure they all could seduce Wawa's CEO instead. Obviously, no radical feminist who wants to destroy society, like myself apparently, is going to do anything to stop any woman from embracing a neurodevelopmentally healthy feminine traditional gender role of seducing men to get what they want. It may, indeed, be quite clever to play mind games with people either just for the sake of it or because you don't like or agree with them. It may be quite clever to give someone a sandwich half-made on numerous occasions. What this behavior is not, however, is professional. As I have already stated, the women who cannot do their jobs properly of making sandwiches have the advantage their male counterparts do not have of seducing wealthy and successful men to get what they want instead of doing something as basic as making a sandwich at Wawa. If you can't do your job, then there are plenty of willing men who will "take care of" you instead. All you have to do is follow the instructions on the piece of paper that someone paid for. Your ability to do your job should have zero relevance to whether the sandwich is discounted.
