She became afraid and asked the carpet estimator to leave because she felt unsafe. I respect & appreciate the OWNER for trying to make things right, but if this is the caliber of employee that his company hires, I WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH THEM. While problems can occur on any project, our disappointment stemmed less from the installation issues themselves and more from how our concerns were handled when we brought them forward. As customers making a significant investment in our home, we expected our concerns to be taken seriously and addressed professionally. Instead, we encountered a level of defensiveness that made an already frustrating situation more difficult than it needed to be. To the company's credit, Friends & Family Flooring ultimately corrected the flooring issues and addressed damage that occurred to our dining room table during the project. We appreciate that they stood behind their work and made things right in the end. However, the process of getting there was far more challenging than it should have been. Quality workmanship is important, but so is customer service when problems arise.
