CALL ANOTHER PLUMBER. I'm a long time customer of Royal Flush (10+years), but based on recent service (as seen by others) would never do business with them again. I called a tech to come to my house to service a hot water heater they installed 2 years prior that was still under warranty. It was getting no hot water. Mind you, I had already called the year prior to let them know the water was running cold. They told me that was "normal". The tech that came out was rude, aggressive, told me the product his own company installed was garbage (A.O. Smith -- so if you use them, don't let them put that in), and offered little help to find parts to repair it. He put that responsibility on me, despite the fact that I was desperately trying to get my hot water back on to help take care of my mom who was coming to stay with me after a cancer diagnosis and rehab, and trying to work around his visit. He pressured me and threatened repeatedly to leave unless I installed a new hot water heater because the part could not be found. He also told me that if he left, I'd have no hot water for my mom. After I finally reluctantly agreed TO PAY FOR 2 WATER HEATERS IN 2 YEARS - not knowing what else to do - he told me that was a bad decision because he could have picked up the part outside of the city or outside of the state (things he often does, but didn't offer me). I was so upset, I called the office to complain. Everyone I spoke to was either shocked, disappointed or offered to resolve the issue with a discount, but you what they ended up doing? NOTHING. FOR WEEKS. DESPTE REPEATED CALLS ON MY END. When they finally did respond 3+ weeks later, they had the audacity to offer me 20% off a future visit --- as if I'd return. When I disputed a portion of the cost with my CC company (yes, I actually paid for some of it), they had the further audacity to threaten legal action. So, I called them again to resolve the issue and sent the billing person (Aja) the documentation of every single conversation (with Duan, Bailey, John, Courtney and Wendy). Aja said she'd get back in 2 days. A week of so later after I reached out 2 more times, her boss, Karen, finally sends me a letter, ASKING FOR MORE MONEY - a year after the original fiasco. I cannot believe the nerve of this company. My gut tells me that their terrible customer service these days are coming back to bite them and they are getting desperate. I've used Royal Flush a couple of times over the years. Recently, I had multiple repairs I needed done. First, my water heater broke, then my toilet broke and we decided to replace it with a new one. We also got our leaky shower fixed as well since we were doing these repairs. So they came to our home several times in about a month's time. Every visit, the guys were very polite, knowledgeable, professional. They replaced our water heater, which was a full day's job. Replaced our toilet, which needed a build-up on the flange to install properly (probably contributed to our old one breaking). And changed the cartridge inside the wall on the shower to stop it leaking. Every visit they gave us a magnet for a certain amount off on our next repair, and it was really helpful and nice. Even the ladies on the phone are very nice. We had initially called Blue Skies for a quote. RF was just slightly less expensive, but they also charge a flat rate whereas Blue Skies charges per hour. Personally I would not go with a per hour rate for a contractor. I would use Royal Flush again. read more

On, 3/1/2022 I CALLED Royal Flush Plumbing of Lilburn at (404) 492-5880 and spoke to Micheal. I explained the reason for my call. Work need: OLD GAS HOT WATER HEATER no good/out of warranty/New install and Removal of old unit. He scheduled a tech for 3/2/2022 BET. 12:00 - 3:00PM CASH IS PAYMENT AMOUNT NOT KNOWN YET. MY REVIEW ON 3/2/2022 Scheduled Time: 12:00 - 3:00 pm Time: 12:38 PM At 12:38pm I received a call from Royal Flush of Lilburn, dispatch department. I was told that a tech will be on his way. I asked for the tech's name (Justin) will be arriving at 1:00pm. Waiting, P.S. no hot water since 2/25/2022 = 6 days. Time: 1:48 PM I received a second call from Royal at 1:48pm from a different dispatch person. He stated that they are trying to get a tech out to my home. I replied, I received a call from dispatch that a tech name Justin was on his way. The dispatcher explained that Justin's last call (work order) had an emergency. So, he was called back to that customer. As it stands, Royal is looking for another tech to handle our gas water heater installation with-in the 12-3pm or a little after the selected time slot. Time: 2:58 pm I received a third call from Royal at 2:58 pm. This time, I asked the dispatcher for his name, it was Clint. He said that a tech (no name) will be here between 3:30 - 5:00 pm. I thanked, Clint for his assistance in dispatching another tech. Time: 3:35pm Justin was able to show up. He was very friendly; he explained what he would do in order to install the heater. (Free Site Survey) but, it cost us $875.00. We agreed to have the work done. (NO HOT WATER!!!). SIDE NOTE: IN, 2011 WE PAID $350.00. (I guess because of the current SUPPLY CHAIN, CV19 AND INFLATION uptrend). He will be here in the morning between 9-10am. It was too late in the day to start the installation. Plus he will need a new thermal expansion tank, which he did not have in his company truck. 3/3/2022 Time: 8:55AM TECH PHONE: 1 470-388-2186 This morning, I received a call from Justin. He called to find out if we decided on a payment option. (He explained several ways to pay for services: Cash or checks). He also, called to further explain that he was going to the distributor for the needed parts to do a complete installation. Justin arrived at 9:30 - 9:45am (Time to start 10:00am) He drained the water tank. Cut exhaust pipe, cut the copper water pipes and removed the old heater in less than 20 minutes. (Because, I went to the store and it took me 20-25min to get back) Sorry no pictures. Time: 12:00pm I checked on Justin to see, how the job was going. I was very impressed with the work done so far. (1 Hour left to completions) See pictures. He indicated that we will be able to use the heater right away or within 1 hour, after the install is fully completed. Murphy's Law will happen: At 12:45 pm Justin noticed that the after installing a new thermal expansion tank, he showed me that it was leaking. Justin tried to tighten it, but it continued to drip. It was now to hard to get the tank off. (But he did) So, Justin informed me that he will return the unit and get a new one. Job Completion: Time: 2:40pm Now, the moment of truth. Justin called my wife and me to explain that the gas water heater was now completely installed and ready for use. Justin, explained some very important points on using our new heater. He answered all our questions simply and directly. I will say it was a wonderful experience working with Justin. God sent a true professional to our home. I will recommend Royal Flush Plumbing of Lilburn to my friends and neighbors, and tell them to ask for Justin Dorminey. We are now enjoying having hot water. Thanks Again, Royal. As a homeowner, you have to rely on experts in different fields in order to have the best services available. This company offered the following: 1. A very short time frame for our meeting. They told me they would arrive between 8:30am-10:30am. I received a call at 7:30am. Ben arrived at 9:10am. 2. Ben, the plumber, explained the scope of work that needed to be performed. He explained that in order for me to be code compliant, they would have to install an expansion tank in order to put my water heater back into working order. 3. Long story short. In September 2017, they repaired a leakage in my master bathroom toilet that was leaking into my bottom floor. Fast forward to 2019 and the toilet is leaking again. Instead of doing a half-a$$ job, why couldn't you have just replaced the whole dang toilet if need be??!! Because of their shotty work, I'm not having to deal with ANOTHER leakage, which is far more expensive than a toilet. I shouldn't have issues with leakage less than 2 years after it was repaired! This review is quick and to the point. Our garbage disposal broke. I called Royal Flush to come out. They told me they would charge me $150 for a basic diagnostic test, then an additional couple hundred if it needed to be fixed or replaced. I said no, they told me "we'll give you a deal at $75". I said no again. I'm not paying for someone to just look at the garbage disposal. The guy left and I called Roto Rooter. Roto Rooter came out the next day, looked at the garbage disposal, for free, and then fixed it within 5 minutes, without charging me a dime. I'm not sure you should trust Royal Flush to do your plumbing simply based off the fact they don't seem to have your best interest at heart. read more

I called for an appointment. They gave a three hour window. Toward the end of the three hour window, I called and they said they were running late. At the end of the three hour window they did not show, I called them and cancelled the appointment. They offered a $50 discount on my next call. A month later, I called because there was a drip from a pipe in my closet. In brief, they said they could not fix it and charged me $125 diagnosis fee/service call. I would have given them one star, but since they honored the $50 discount, I give them two stars. I ended up paying $75. read more

E-mail Commendation sent to management on my experience: I would give more stars but not an option!! Good evening, Please accept this e-mail as a HUGE commendation on your employee, Jeff Vance. To give you a little background of our situation: We began having plumbing issues on Saturday which ended with complete stoppage of draining on Sunday so Monday we called your office for an appointment. To my disbelief we were able to get an appointment Monday afternoon. Jeff arrived and conducted an extremely thorough assessment of our issue(s) and was accommodating to our needs knowing we were so concerned. Once he finished he sat down with myself and my husband, went through everything he discovered (roots in pipe), cost, finance options and created a detailed plan of resolving the issue(s). The best part was he was able to make arrangements to come out Tuesday to complete the job. When Jeff arrived Tuesday he began digging where he marked Monday night, however, it was our septic tank he hit, not the pipe. My husband and I explained that was not where our septic tank was as we had it pumped in 2015 when we bought the house and it was a few feet over. Jeff being as amazing as he is went and double checked his location to make sure. Long story short...it WAS our septic tank and it was OVERFULL and had roots. Jeff advised us of this and that we needed to get the tank pumped immediately. Jeff took it upon himself to then call around in an attempt to get a septic tank company to pump it ASAP. No one he called answered or they were busy, however, it just so happened there was a septic company at my neighbor's house a few doors up. Jeff took off from my house on foot and flagged this company down in order to get them to rectify OUR issue(s) by pumping septic tank. He was successful and the septic tank got pumped. Come to find out the company we had initially pump the tank had pumped the distribution tank..UGH. There was also copious amounts of roots that Jeff and Ahman (partner with him Tuesday) removed. Jeff and Ahman were beyond accommodating, professional, respectful and ended up being like family. We have dogs that are extremely particular on who they associate with and let in the house, but with Jeff from the first day they met and even Ahman on Tuesday, my dogs were in LOVE. I am not even kidding, Jeff and Ahman were able to walk freely in and out of my house like they lived here....I love that as that is UNCOMMON for them!!!! I even invited them to come visit the dogs anytime for playtime...lol. Also, when Jeff came out Monday and there was no drainage, I asked how we could possibly function until he comes back on Tuesday. Jeff was so sympathetic, he gave us advice on how to monopolize what we had and it worked!! I said all that to say this...I am not sure about management structure in your organization, however, I would suggest that Jeff be trained or placed in a management position specifically in training other employees. The manner he dealt with my family to include my dogs and daughter was beyond amazing. His Customer Service-Superior, Professionalism-Superior, Knowledge-Superior. If I could give them negative stars I would. It took one week for them to contact us to come service our furnace through our home warranty. An appointment is finally made and they rescheduled for the next day. Next day comes I leave work and they no show. Another appointment is made and they cancel through our home warranty at 3:57 pm. Reason we are too far away.. we are just over the Mass border only 20 minutes away. This is a poor excuse of a business Your getting paid You are unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend you even to my ex husband and I hate him. read more

We had a toilet that was not flushing and leaking - called Royal Flush, and they gave us a three hour window the next day. When the time came, we got a call from them saying they were all tied up with another job, and said they would not be out until the day after. When the plumber came, he inspected the cistern and recommended replacing the flapper and another part. When I asked if the plastic rod needed to be replaced as well, he said it wasn't necessary. Quoted us $225 - $125 for labour, and $100 for parts that cost $20 at Home Depot. We just wanted to get it fixed, so accepted the quote. The day after he left, when trying to flush the toilet, the plastic rod broke. Called them again to come and rectify the work under warranty - they gave me a three hour window for the day after. When it came round again, I got a call again saying they were tied up for the rest of the day, and had to reschedule. Not particularly happy that they can never keep appointments, or are booking up too full, and didn't do a great job first time around. read more

Called about a backed up sewer line on a Sunday evening. Technician was here within an hour. Ran his sewer machine to clear the clog, but was unsuccessful. Still charged me $200 even though he couldn't fix the problem since I signed the work order. A different plumber I called the next day was able to clear the clog. He also told me before he started any work that if he was not able to clear the clog, he would not charge me. And the amount he charged was less. Bottom line: Use a plumber that guarantees their performance so you don't waste your money read more

Apparently people really do read these reviews! I had posted a negative review of Royal Flush Plumbing Company back in July of last year, based primarily on a poor customer service experience. A few days ago I received an email from Mark Boudreau, General Manager of Royal Flush Plumbing. He had just read the Yelp! review and was calling to see if there was anything he could do to help the situation. He gave his cell phone number and asked if I could please call him. I did call him, and I immediately became aware that he was really serious about proving his claim that he felt confident he could "make me a Royal Flush Plumbing customer for life." After talking for a while, Mr. Boudreau offered me a really great deal on some work I needed done on my house. I am supplying parts while his company is providing all the labor, a dollar value worth considerably more than the original amount I disputed in May of last year. In addition, he informed me that there have been some staff changes at the location from which I received such poor customer service, so that should not be a problem again. So today I am updating my rating of Royal Flush Plumbing from one star to five stars! When the GM of a company calls a customer who feels he was treated unfairly, that says a LOT about that company. I will say that the plumber himself, Ben, is a very nice gentleman. The quality of their work I suppose will reveal itself over time. I at least had water before I went to bed even as late as it was. Two issues that I have to find fault with are pretty sizable issues. My wife and I both work full-time jobs. Our time is valuable and very controlled. So if I'm told that I have a window of time that someone is coming to see me then I expect their professionalism to match ours. I was originally told someone would be out we 10 AM at 1 PM. Hung up the phone 10 minutes later called back after speaking with my wife and my time has been moved from 1 PM to 4 PM. OK I can understand that I am not the only one with plumbing issue. I called them three times starting at 4 o'clock for they finally called me back once around 7:10 PM. She told me at that time and in about 45 minutes. At 8:07 PM the plumber arrived, and by 10:07 PM he was done. Thankful I had water but only after waiting seven hours and wasting my time and my income from work to be there. After all of that and it took him two hours to replace an elbow and 2 foot of pipe. $695 later I have water. I should've been a plumber at that hourly rate. Remind me next time to call the Pink plumber. At least I would've felt better about my donation to the company. read more

We called this company, at about 10pm at night. One of my tenants had a bad water leak (we are talking like water poring out the front door!). My technician was John. He got right out there in about 30 minutes. Due to the nature of the issue, he was unable to fix it (turned out to be septic clog, and not actual broken pipe). But, he was able to refer me to the proper company, who were very helpful. He explained the issue in detail, and Did NOT charge me for the trip out there. I was impressed, because it is rare that someone does not charge for a service call. Even after, I had to ask him a question, so I called again and he was very helpful. Great Customer service. On May 19, 2019 a Pink Plumber service technician, Taylor came to my home to service a dripping shower head in my bedroom. He attempted to remove the cartridge to replace and told me he could not get it off with out damaging the valve. He then told me he needed to look at the water line in the basement to check the pressure. He never put the pressure gage on my water tank to check the pressure but immediately told me my water line was not suitable for my house size and would need a water heater expansion, pressure regulator and shower valve. In addition he would need to cut into my drywall to repair. These items are from a repair estimate he emailed me totaling $1,699.70. Later on that afternoon when I returned home I found that drip in that same shower to be a steady down pour of water. I immediately called the Pink Plumber for them to come back out to adjust that shower head back to the original state, a drip. Taylor, the service technician told me he would not come out unless I agree to the total repair. I asked to speak to his manager immediately. Dave the service manager for the Pink Plumber called me back and told me no one would come out to fix their error unless I agreed to the repair. That evening I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Their service technician came out the next morning, actually put a pressure gage on my water tank and determined it was absolutely fine. He then preceded to replace the cartridge in my bathroom and charged me a fair price of $353.00. I saved $1,346.70 by using a fair and honest company with excellent customer service in Benjamin Franklin Plumbing rather than The Pink Plumber with exaggerated and unnecessary estimates and NO accountability. BE AWARE of their tactics and get a second opinion before using the Pink Plumber! read more

My pipes were knocking inside the walls whenever the toilet flushed, dishwasher was running, washing machine was going or the shower was going. But John from Royal Flush came and fixed the problem at no time at all. He and the young man with him were very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. Terrible Service! If I could rate 0 stars, I would! So, we called to get a water heater replaced that was in the process of flooding my basement. They said they would put me on the priority list. I called at 9:30 am. 6 hrs later, no one showed. I called to see what was going on and they told me that they didn't know why the technician hadn't closed out his previous job, but would call as soon as he was available. 2 hrs later, Harold showed up. He was condescending and too busy trying to give us lessons on plumbing. When we asked if the water should be cleaned up first, he said "That's not my job". The water heater was paid for ($1700) and he said would be back to install. That was at 5 pm. He then shows up at 7:45 to install the heater. Stays for about 15 minutes, then leaves again and doesn't tell us why. Now it's 9:30 and he still hasn't shown. Call the company and they said he's on his way back. He shows up about 10 minutes later. So it's getting late and I have to go to work in the morning. It's now 12:30 in the morning, water heater was installed, but he still has not finished the job because of some valve he had to replace, so he says he will be back tomorrow, but he may have other calls to go to first before he gets back to finish the work. Doesn't leave my house until 1:00 am. Call the company the next morning to see if we can get a different technician that's more considerate of out time. Vicky says there is no one else available, but "we will motivate him to finish the job, and we will call u before he comes." He did come back the next day and finished the job in about 30 minutes, but no one called before he came. Made an appointment for a plumber to come out and was given a three hour window for the following day when we could expect them. An hour and a half into the window of time I received a call saying they were running behind and they couldn't give me an estimate of when a plumber would be out. Finally thirty minutes after the arrival window ended, I called and was told again that everyone was still busy and customer service didn't know when a plumber would be out. At this point it was nearly 6p at night. I cancelled and was offered a $100 credit to use towards their services but honestly I was so frustrated at the lack of respect for my time, that the credit would never begin to cover it. I would absolutely not recommend them. We called another local plumber and he was here on time, finished the job within 15 minutes and charged us a shockingly low rate. The first plumber was special didn't even know how to use GPs , He put in a drain and did not evan caul! it! The afternoon of Thursday, June 4, 2020 my sewer line replacement repair was on the downhill. The trench was being filled in with the backhoe. The dirt needed to be leveled, grass seed distributed, and the lawn watered. This review is not about the services rendered regarding the plumbing. The technician was outstanding when it came to the actual plumbing activity. This review is about the ethics of a company when non-routine events occur and how they are handled. You see, the ethics and character of a company is not by selling services and doing an outstanding job on the services rendered; you see that is a given. However, the character is uncovered in how one conducts themselves as a result of a non-routine event. Back to the afternoon of June 4, 2020. The replacement of my sewer line which I might add, was quite costly, was near conclusion. As a result of a moment of not paying attention, the operator of the heavy equipment hit my house and causing significant damage to the wall of my guest bedroom. The impact, located in the lower left-hand corner of the window was so forceful, the window and siding had an ugly "bowed" look along with cracks and a speculative broken stud. As stated earlier, this review is not about the actual plumbing but about how a company responds to the non-routine event. In this case, crickets. To be fair, the next day, June 5th, an assessor representing the interest of Royal Flush came to my home to view the damage and determine an estimate. He came, he viewed, he took photos, he left, and I never heard back the results of the claim from anyone at Royal Flush Plumbing. This left me with no other option than to go to my insurance and work out the plan for fixing my home. As of August 22, 2020, over 11 weeks AFTER the backhoe hit my house, all has been fixed on both the outside and inside my home with no credit going to Royal Flush Plumbing. So the moral of this story, they are great for the plumbing but not for the unexpected. read more

I called Royal Flush Plumbing for a leak I had in my shower. The guy came out, found a small leak in the shower faucet. The leak was going all the way into my crawlspace. The very next day it was still leaking. I called them back out and the next guy came out told me I didn't have a leak that I just needed to seal/caulk around my tub. He said the water was going through the grout and leaking in the crawl space. The grout in the shower was wet for days even though we didn't use it for the last 48 hours and had a fan blowing on it for 2 days. I had HVAC contractors under my house installing a new furnace and noticed it was still leaking. Between me and my friend, we figured out that the leak had to be inside the wall. I then called another person to come out and look at it. Within 2 minutes he found where it was leaking, opened the wall and found the leak right at the point where the first guy said he fixed it. I then reached out to Royal Flush to let them know that I did indeed have a leak and that I had to get someone else to fix it. I told them that between the 2 plumbers they sent out, I had to hire someone else to fix my leak and felt that they should give me back what I paid them since they did not fix the leak. They asked me to send them the invoice from the person who fixed the leak and I did, along with their invoice showing the money I paid and the second estimate stating there was not a leak and that the bath tub needed to sealed with caulk. They then stated that they needed additional information and asked for the phone number to the person who fixed it. They said they would call him and get back with me. After a couple of days, I reached out to the guy who actually fixed it and he stated they never called him. They never did call me back to follow up. They sent out 2 plumbers who were unable to fix (or even find) my leak. It took me and my friend and a general handyman to find and fix a leak that their plumbers should have found and repaired. Needless to say, I paid them for services I didn't receive. I will never call this company again. read more

CONSUMERS BEWARE!!!! I was looking for a local plumber to help with a clogged sink, running toilet, and to replace a shower handle. I called and had someone come out to give me a quote. I was perfectly prepared to have the work done.... until.... the quote came out to the tune of $1200. The simple running toilet issue suddenly turned in to a "oh you need a whole new toilet for $508.75." The shower handle resulted in "cutting through the wall behind the shower for $550" and to unclog a drain was $275. WHATTT???? I expressed concern and the guy went to his truck to get an "estimate code" and see what he could do. He returns and was kind enough to knock $100 off of the sink clog and 10% off the bill. Suddenly the price was coming down. Now, as a consumer, if the price starts dropping rapidly, that just means there was a significant mark up they are hoping you wont notice since they are doing you a "favor." THIS IS THE MOST AWFUL BUSINESS PRACTICE. So what did I do? Called another plumber who came out, did the work, AND installed a brand new shower kit for, check this out... $300 (yes this included the shower head, handle, parts and labor for all three of my issues.) ROYAL FLUSH tried to FLUSH my hard earned money down the drain. It makes me angry, sad, frustrated to witness such awful business ethics. They are very conniving. We called these people in hopes that they would help us. They basically wasted 4 hours and didn't even fix the problem. On top of it all they charged us an arm and a leg. Never in my life will I ever call them again or refer anyone. Austin the man who came out was flat out tried to do what he thought was right but was a little rude. We had sewage backing up into the shower and from under a toilet in the second bathroom. Jeff from Royal Flush Plumbing arrived during the agreed upon window and date. He quoted the price before starting any work. He told us different scenarios if it's this then these are our options. He cleaned out the sewer line to the street. In the process discovered work done by previous plumber was shoddy work. There were two large holes in the pipe that were simply covered with a piece of rubber and nothing was sealed up. I guess it's no wonder the pipe had roots growing in it. We were able to use the water but further work needed to be done. He brought a helper the following day and spent another 6 hours making repairs that should have been done many years before. We had a great experience. read more

Was in need of a plumber to come move a drain for to fit a clawfoot tub. Having been in the construction industry, I was aware of what needed to be done and how critical it was to place the drain properly. Called Royal Flush plumbing to get it moved. I explained to the dispatcher that the person doing this task would need to have proper Knowledge to do so. Barry arrived without proper tools or knowledge of how to perform the task. He left to get a concrete breaker returned an hour later, used my chop saw (without water, no breathing protection, door open to the rest of the house) broke out a mess of concrete. He didn't measure properly leaving the drain 10 inches off. Did not fill the hole completely. Said he did not do concrete work. House was covered in concrete dust. Took my wife 2 days to clean up after Barry. I was able to have a plumber that had done work for me, come and redo the drain, reroute water lines and will do a follow up to install the tub, sinks and shower for less that what I was charged by Royal Flush Plumbing. read more

A Royal Flush plumber was sent to my home 24 hours after the call, which I suppose is reasonable for a leak that first sprung up in my flower bed. The plumber charged $300 for leak detection (minus $100 for military discount), so I paid $200. He used his equipment to listen for the leak. He "found" the leak in about 15 minutes and showed me the location. I was given a quote to repair the leak, which was $895 (not including the $200 leak detection fee). He prepared me that side walk would be cut into and that I would probably also loose some bushes in detecting or repairing the leak. Repair of the sidewalk would be on my own. He did warn me that the location he pin pointed might be off a few feet. I obtained a second opinion from a private plumber known to my family. Without high tech listening equipment, he detected the leak within feet of where the water bubbled up. The actually leak was under the sidewalk approximately 12 feet horizontal from where Royal Flush said the leak was. Royal Flush was planning to tear up my sidewalk 12 feet from where the actual leak was. I'm sure they would have eventually found the actual location of the leak, but I would have had side walk, front yard and bushes removed in the process of searching for the leak. My family plumber, located the leak within minimal disruption of my grass and flower bed, and went under the sidewalk to repair for much less money. I appreciate Royal Flush for their commitment to Military Families, but.... If I am going to pay hundreds of dollars for leak detection, I would expect it be more accurate than that. In the end, I felt, like a paid $200 for inaccurate leak detection by so called high tech equipment. read more

I will never use this company again. They rescheduled my appointment twice, and offered me some baloney discount for doing so. The agreed upon price ended up being higher than original quoted. I suspect their plumbers are on some type of commission to make the cost as high as possible. When you complain about the price, they do the old let me go out to the truck and call my boss routine. read more

They quoted a very reasonable price to replace a bathtub faucet on the phone and came out to add $200 to it. It was still kind of reasonable so I said to do the work. Then they looked and said it would take all day and would it be okay if they repaired instead of replaced the faucet. I said okay because I had to go to work and couldn't stay more than a couple of hours. It only took 6 minutes to actually fix and they charged me $75 less than the second $350 price instead of close to the original quoted price, claiming the part was $100. read more
