These folks have worked on my gutters twice this fall/winter. They were referred to me by the roofing company I trust. A couple of weeks ago it was a small job but they came right away and were able to fix the leaking seams in three places the very next day. They had special equipment to enable to new sealant to dry in this cold weather. Today's project was much more complicated. Slav and Tony (the two brothers' owners) worked in tandem to figure out the work around for a drainpipe that could no longer flow below ground due to 99 year old broken clay tiles underground. Again, they came very promptly to assess the job and give an estimate, and were able to get the work done the very next day. Their solution was, I feel, "above and beyond" the ordinary both in ingenuity and in a concern for the overall aesthetics of what they were installing and how they were installing it. These guys are a joke. Came by for an estimate and was told they would have our estimate in a few days. A week past and I called Poncho (the estimator) and no answer. After multiple attempts calling Poncho and then the main office no still no answer. Imaging....if you needed them to stand behind their work they would likely avoid you/hide. If they can't do the job or have a crew to work they should tell the person-it looks more professional then hiding from them. Hire them at your own risk! read more

Just as importantly, Tony was very patient when we had to postpone the project a couple of times to finish the carpentry and painting before Royal started work. Solid work. My copper gutter was damaged in the Feb 2021 ice storm I tried to hammer out the dents but it still didn't look right I searched and found Royal Gutters They were able to use the original custom gutter as a dimensional guide and construct a replacement that was as close to the original at possible There were some slight details of construction that I was not expecting. One detail was the original did not have riveted end caps (was brazed). For the replacement they riveted the end caps. Minor thing and it can't really be seen from the ground The new copper gutter was bright and not aged. They were able to apply chemicals to produced a patina aged look without having to wait to years (for extra charge) Overall I am very happy read more

Royal gutters came out looked at my new 60x24 building called me on the phone to give me quote. I agreed with the quote and we decided that they could come out later in the week. It was left off that the salesman was going to call back shortly with time and date and he never did. I called the office and the lady said she was going to talk with salesman and have him call me back that same day. Well that didn't happen either I called and left message and now it's been two weeks with no response. Just a big waste of my time. Bottom line: The gutters look great and have made a huge difference in managing the runoff from our large roof. The family-owned crew was professional and accommodating to our desire to add downspouts in locations that made gutter placement challenging on the front and side porches. Details: Our initial contact was with George, who arrived in a van equipped with examples of gutter and downspout types, sizes and colors. They also give you a sample kit of 2.75" metal discs with all the colors and finishes available, which is much better than trying to make your decision based on photos on a website. There are a LOT of colors available, which we appreciated. He made recommendations on downspout locations, going from two to four downspouts, and drew up a plan for the installation crew, although he cautioned that the crew might have to make adjustments once they tested how water would drain. We selected 4" gutters and 4" round downspouts in a copper color. George, backed up by the front office, warned us that it would take 6 weeks or more for the gutters/downspouts to arrive. It ended up taking 2 months but this was due to the supplier having issues. That said, we are super pleased with the product, so it was worth the wait. George had planned to be there when the work started, but he was sick that day. However, he did communicate with the crew via phone and FaceTime when they needed clarification on his recommended plan. One of the crew, Slav, took on the role of communicating with us during the installation, and did a great job of working through some concern and confusion on our part. The crew was great in dealing with our three story, two-porched house; they protected all of our plants, kept a clean worksite, worked quickly and thoroughly. They were creative in finding aesthetically appealing solutions to gnarly drainage issues. They would have finished the installation in one day but they had to wait for some materials to arrive. We were so pleased with the outcome that we will consider them for cleaning the gutters when necessary - a requirement that won't happen nearly as often with these new gutters! read more

Royal Gutters is attempting to keep a $2299.28 deposit for work not performed. I think that the bid for $4598.55 to remove my gutter screens, clean and inspect my gutters was excessive, but the rainy season is approaching and I have water leaking into my home. I am elderly and alone and I needed help. They took my deposit but did not give me a start date or even inform me of when I might expect to get one. After two weeks, I wanted my deposit back so that I could hire someone who would actually do the work. Taking money for nothing is immoral. read more

This is a great company I got a virtual quote to have my gutters fixed after a delievery truck clipped a corner and 30' on both directions had to be replaced they kept in contact with me via email and texting showed up exactly when they said and the virtual quote never changed. Husband and I had an overall 5 star experience with this gutter company! (Believe me, we've dealt with a handful of contractors over the past decade with our rental properties.) We had Royal Gutters install all new gutters on one of our rentals last year, out in St. John's area, and were very pleased with their work, so we had them come out and do a full installation on or personal property, this month. Quality: 5 stars across the board!! Affordability: 5 stars (you get what you pay for, RG's were a little more than a couple other estimates I got, and three times cheaper than Leaf Guard) Communication: 4 stars. (Was a slight challenge to get ahold of somebody to come back out and give us an estimate, maybe because I was trying to reach them at this busy season.) Someone did return my phone call about a day or so later, and we scheduled the estimate. Fast work, great communication, great looking gutters! We had our roof replaced in June and Royal Gutters is the subcontractor our roofing folks used for gutter work. We didn't speak to anyone at Royal Gutters until they showed up to do the work yesterday, but I was very impressed. The lead guy took a look around the property and then made recommendations on things he recommended we do differently, including larger gutters to address overflow issues and also re-routing a few of the downspouts to address other issues. Royal Gutters and George were great! I thought I had a repair but after contacting a couple of gutter repair companies they both said I needed full replacement. I then searched for gutter replacement and one of the companies was Royal Gutters. George came out extra early to do the estimate so I didn't miss any work and the first thing he said was they could do the repair for under $200! However, after examining the gutters he did say he would recommend a full replacement. He sent me two estimates that day (one for repair and one for replacement). I did contact another gutter company to come out for an estimate. They suggested using different (bigger) gutters and adding a downspout. I really liked George so I asked him to update the estimate with the larger gutters and adding a downspout and they were still $500 less than the second estimate! I agreed to the work and they were out the NEXT day (whereas the other company said that I should decide within a week so they could schedule in three weeks) and did a complete job and it looks amazing!!! Two weeks before our scheduled exterior paint job was to begin, we found out that we needed new downspouts installed as our 15 y/o downspouts were rusting. I talked with George (the estimator) on a Tuesday, he met with me and provided me with a proposal on Wednesday and they began and completed the 3 hour job on Thursday, when the painting was to begin. They even cleaned out my gutters!!! They were a life saver! Super polite, professional and accommodating. Even though it was a last minute job, and I expected to pay more, I still found their pricing to be very competitive. I even loved the fact that they could provide me with new downspouts in a similar color to my house paint.
