Friendly crew, horrible work. 10 years after using this company, all but two rooms in my entire house are showing signs of water damage. The last three roofing companies that looked at it recommended I retain a lawyer. In my opinion Fisher roofing lacks integrity and ability to do residential low slope homes. I found this roofing company on Yelp. I got a couple of other bids, but they seemed the most competitive and detailed out of the three. They did my roof right at the time when COVID hit big. I think from what I read on other reviews on Yelp, that the communication could have been better at times. I felt like I had to be the one checking in, etc... However in the end I felt like they did a great job on the roof. They did not really clean up in the attic though after it was all said in done. So my recommendation would be to check the areas the make sure the cleanup was done. Overall though the roof looks great, cost was good, and I would recommend them. read more

I can't imagine a better experience than the one we just had with Fisher Roofing. Jesse was great to work with from start to finish, communicating everything effectively and in a timely manner. The bid was right in line with others in the area (actually a little lower), but the service and quality was top notch. Their crew made quick work of tearing off the roof of our 1500 sq. ft. single-level house yesterday, and got a good start the first section of roofing. They came back today and worked hard to get the whole roof finished before the rain moved in this afternoon. It looks great, and I'm so pleased to have a solid roof again, especially with the showery weekend forecast. Highly recommended! read more

We had our older (1925) farmhouse re-roofed. They couldn't get to it immediately but gave me good advice on how to tarp up my existing problem areas to prevent any damage. Then when we did get the roof replaced, BOOM! Like 10 guys showed up to do the tearoff with a boom truck that they maneuvered around to pick up the old roof without tearing up the yard. Next day 3 or 4 guys showed up to do the actual roof, they worked carefully and methodically all day and the next. 3 days done, cleaned up, and nice neat job. They found some damaged areas and fixed those up, also I had an area that was complicated due to a weird add-on being built improperly next to a garage. They did a custom solution that looks great and won't drip or leak like the old one did. At no point did anyone try to upsell me vents or anything else, they gave me good advice on where to put an extra barrier and where it wasn't needed. They put back my old guttering system as it was fine, didn't try to sell me a new one. All in all, looks great, I think a better job than the last roof, would highly recommend. read more

Fisher did our roof nearly 4 years ago. They were middle of the road when it came to quotes. I am so glad we hired them! Our project manager was awesome and had very good communication with us. Call Jesse! Several months ago I wrote a review applauding Jesse. Now I'm doing it again. We are doing a group of exterior renovations. The current one is new stairs and a vaulted cover at the entryway. In order to meet code restrictions we needed to move the gutter down spout and our contractor gave us only a two day window to accomplish it. So I called Jesse! Even though they were booked solid for this week Jesse was able to get Micah to come early in the morning and do the work. I need to give a shoutout to Micah too! He did an amazing job! These guys did a great job installing new gutters on my house. Polite young men came out and did quick work. I have a small house. Only complaint is them charging for 2 hours of labor to replace an 8 ft. fascia board. Would have given 5 stars otherwise. read more

Fisher roofing came highly recommended to us. We needed a gutter cleaning (a service they advertise for) and wanted roof inspected for any repairs/servicing, and a roof instillation estimate. I received a call back the same day informing me that project managers were scheduled out about 3 weeks. No problem. About 2.5 weeks from first call, Mike (a project manager) called me. We had a good 10 minute conversation about what we wanted. A bid on gutter cleaning and a roof inspection and any recommendations or repairs. And since we were 18 years into a 20 year roof, we wanted a bid on a new roof. We even discussed that the gutter cleaning and minor repairs could be done in about 3 weeks, but a new roof would could not be done for several months. I assured him that we just wanted the gutter service and roof repair, but wanted the roof estimate for FYI as we might do that in the next few months. A week later I get an email from Mike that says, "I went by your house, your roof needs replaced" with an estimate attached. I thanked him for the estimate, but asked for the bid on the gutter cleaning and for details on whether there was any immediate roof repair that we should do in the interim. I never got a response. I am extremely disappointed that we waited three weeks to get an estimate on a service that was never quotes or offered. We have since contacted another roofing company that will clean our gutters and we will hire them to replace our roof when we are ready to do that. read more

These guys were great! Our roof has a 60' drop in the back of the house and they did a fantastic job cleaning the gutters but also put a ladder up the back of the house and cleaned the balconies and windows that got dirty from the gutter debris. They left everything in perfect condition for a very reasonable price. We've had them do our gutters for years and will definitely use them again. read more

I called Fisher due to a leaking roof, having gotten a good reference from friends. I spoke with their coordinator and she shared that they were running behind and it would be a 2-3 week wait for an estimator. Feeling they were worth the wait I asked to be put on the list for an estimator visit - I followed up 10 days later with them and they confirmed I was in the queue. Two days later I received an email from the PM saying " We need to pass on the leak estimate. We are too backed up to get out there at this point." Needless to say it was disappointing and the method of updating me was not what I expected - impersonal. I moved on to other firms and was able to get appraisal confirmations (both in txt and email same day) and an on-site within a week - a better model. read more

Fisher Roofing installed my metal roof in 2008, which I'll probably never have to replace. They did an extraordinary job, were meticulous to detail for installation and clean up, and were cheaper than competitors. A few years ago, one of my skylights shattered, due to unknown reasons. Fisher Roofing was there the very next day to tarp the skylight, as we had to wait for a custom (because, isn't everything custom?) skylight replacement. Again, they exceeded my expectations regarding immediacy and price. During our past horrific winter of 2016, one of the skylights started to leak, due to an ice jam. Michael Hampton, the owner, explained what had likely happened, and had his crew out to fix not only the leaking skylight, but to shore up the other skylight, at NO cost to me, in an amazingly expedient fashion. The horrific winter of 2016 also managed to wreck havoc on my gutters, and they completely unfurled from the house. After a couple of bids from "gutter companies", I thought to ask Michael if they installed gutters. They do. They just installed my new gutters yesterday. When I arrived home from work, I immediately noticed the very stylish gutters and downspouts (which match my metal roof perfectly), but could not discern that anyone had even been there, doing any work that day; any debris they might have created had vanished. As a homeowner for many years, I can not recommend Fisher Roofing highly enough. I have absolute trust in Michael Hampton and his crew, for always exceeding my expectations. My only regret is that I can "only" rate them at 5 stars. They're a perfect 10. read more

I called this company over a week ago for a bid on gutters for a house and building. I never received a call back so I called again and left a message. I received a call back from Lloyd. He really did not seem to want my business and could not get out to give me a bid for another week. No customer service with this company. I am very disappointed! This company was referred to me by my landscaping company. read more
