For food it's just a limited choice of muffins, a cinnamon rolls, or Hot Oatmeal from a pre-measured paper cup of instant oats. Not really what I would call breakfast. I asked for help and was given excellent advice and as you can see from the photos got myself a small starter pack as well as an ingenious little notebook to keep track of what I'm trying and my preferences. It can be hard to see this small shop amid all of the big touristy stores in Beaufort. But look for it across the street from Cru coffee and wine bar (which is also worth a stop).
