We were greeted by 3 lovely baristas and they were sooo helpful in finding the order for me! My order can be difficult (sorry to all the baristas :( ) where I'm so particular on my milk/sugar/coffee ratio and they were able to get it perfectlyyyy. I ordered an iced double shot espresso W/ simple syrup and 2% milk. They didn't even have 2% but was still able to manually make it for me!! I am so appreciative of doing the extra mile for my drink. + points for using iced coffee cubes to make sure the drinks aren't watered down either! I highly recommend! Has room for improvement here, but I doubt they are marketing to coffee snobs given the volume of patrons getting sweets and lunch fare. All the Maui Oma bean varieties we purchased and brought home with us have been excellent. After some research we found Maui Oma's retail space was located in Kumu Farms Market which is located in Maui Tropical Plantation. They offer many different coffees (peaberry coffees, espresso roast, lots of blends), some tools and small equipment for coffee making, and cool Maui Oma merch. Wish they had a tasting station with coffee samples so we get to know all the different coffees and can make easier/quicker choices. They have line cards next to each coffee explaining the roast, origin and flavor profile, but nothing beats sampling them. The cafe next door serves Maui Oma coffee but it's not a place where you can choose the type of Maui Oma beans you want brewed. They don't really showcase the Maui Oma brand by at least telling you what they are brewing. Regardless, I was just happy to try a cup of their coffee at the cafe. Shout out on the sleek, tasteful packaging design and quality. Perfect for gifting.

The gentleman who was working with the dolly looked like the owner in the picture on Yelp. Never said anything to us. While we stood around. The security guard was really nice. The store next door opened at 9. The employee had cracked the door open and I spoke to him to see when they opened since we couldn't get a cup of coffee. There was someone doing remote work or school in the corner with her sleepy golden retriever next to her, a few locals outside and some visitors inside.
