The full day coastal tour was packed with beautiful vistas, historical sites, gardens,beaches and natural habitats. We had frequent stops along the way to stretch our legs and take in the sites. Bring your camera and a hat and be ready for a day of touring the scenic San Diego coast. Definitely will do a trip with Morty again and maybe visit some of the other trip options he does. After a quick and easy walk through customs, Uncle Jose met us right across the street and got the day started smoothly. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made us feel comfortable right away. He guided us through a mix of local shops and restaurants, then gave us the flexibility to visit the spots we specifically wanted. We made our way to Puerto Nuevo for lobster, which absolutely lived up to the hype, and of course stopped at Restaurante Caesar's--the birthplace of the Caesar salad--which was a highlight of the trip. Uncle Jose took great care of us throughout the day and made the experience easy and enjoyable. If you are able to walk across the border and walk back or take a $10 shuttle back into the US, ask for Uncle Jose a warm and knowledgeable local that will take great care of you. It was a pleasure to spend the day with Carlos, great to be around and was a wealth of knowledge about everything from TJ throughout the Valley. Just took the train to the border and walked across. Once we figured out there were a few crossing points it was pretty easy to find the car in the correct meeting spot. My only regret was not booking a couple days for the trip to the valley, will definitely book again next time we're in San Diego.

Booked and pre-paid for a Yukon to take my family one-way to the San Diego airport. When we called to sort out where the driver was, we were told the reservation was for 2/3, not 2/2. This is not true, as you can see from the screenshot attached. Six people were left without transportation to the airport. With no time to call an Uber (or two to fit everyone!), we had to load up two personal vehicles and drive to the airport where we will now be hit with vehicle storage fees, wear and tear to our vehicles, and we are forced to park at the airport, which we simply do not do. Additionally, this will cost more than $1,000 out of pocket due to their negligence. Under no circumstances trust these people to get you where you need to go.

They served a buffet meal which was quite delicious and generous! Our server at Lorimar made herself available for anything we needed. Eddie, our driver even fetched our sweaters when we needed them. This was event first class, fun, and no hassle. We all had a great time! The only challenge, which is typical at public events, long bathroom line for the women at Lorimar.
