My second time here, I found that they quoted me far above market for some work that needed to be…read moredone. While service and quality of work is still there, I did feel as if they points in regard to honesty. For instance, they quoted me ~$470 for a battery swap, which is absurd when you consider that a battery costs ~$200 with free replacement at AutoZone (while they quoted me $165 for labor for a 5 minute job). Additionally, for all of the other work they quoted me for, they were $400-600 over market and in one instance ~$800 over market, which is way too much. Perhaps it's because I'm a young guy, and I often give an impression of ignorance, but regardless, even if that were the case, that should be an opportunity to teach and lead, not an opportunity to take advantage of somebody for monetary gain. After consideration, I feel as if 2 stars are warranted. Especially in this industry, honesty and integrity are everything, and in this financial climate, an attempt to take advantage of one's clients lacks integrity and honesty in my estimation.
