Being a car guy myself, it was important to understand the work being done. Rod at Universal did a fantastic job in all aspects of the repairs. I was given fair and accurate estimates, realistic timelines of when the work might be completed, and the communication was excellent. Out of curiosity, I called a couple other local repair shops after my work was completed to compare pricing, and they were all in the same ballpark. Worth noting is that Universal did not replace parts on my vehicle that did not need replacing, resulting in a final bill that was a little less than the original estimate. To me, that is definitely fair and honest. This repair shop is honest and reliable, with comparable prices. I will not hesitate to bring my vehicles back for future service and also refer friends and family to this business.

After carefully reviewing the contract later, we noticed multiple financial discrepancies and charges that were not clearly explained to us at the time of signing. We tried contacting the dealership, filed complaints, and attempted to resolve the issue, but received no meaningful response or explanation. This experience caused us a great deal of stress and confusion. Please review every document and every number very carefully before signing anything with this dealership.

Police were called, statements were taken and in the end it's independently owned and there is no recourse for me by Toyota. They can damage or break your vehicle and if you get upset about it they can deny you and demand you leave and corporate supports this. They'll take a statement too but that's it. Additionally, He falsely claimed that I tried to hurt him with my car door that he stood in front while blocking me from exiting my car, standing over me with red face and screaming. That level of emotional intelligence and professionalism.

Rayvon at the front desk was always so professional and friendly. No sooner after I dropped my car off they started working with my insurance directly. They got all of the supplemental repairs approved with no issues and they even offered to help get me into a rental. The communication was great with them giving me updates along the way. And the cherry on top...
