I've been going here for YEARS. Since they moved locations down. I always love my nails and they are ALWAYS long. It's always been $35 for powder. Well today I was charged $40 because my nails were long! Excuse me?! Since when did this become a thing because 2 weeks it was $35 and every other time with my nails the same length over the years was $35. I didn't make a stink because it was crowded and full but I regret it honestly I was completely blind sided by this up charge. Next time I'm Going to complain and make sure the price is $35 not $40 before I get my nails done... otherwise my tip will be less.

Chipped nail polish four days after being done.

Both times I have gone here they have messed up my GEL manicure. The first time the lady was completely rude and hurt my nails. The second time they broke within four days of being done, I had left for vacation so I couldn't come back for them to fix it. In addition to CUTTING my nail bed with the drill bit. Went back in and they said there's nothing they can do for my next manicure since I didn't come back within two weeks even though I had photo and date proof. Will NEVER go here again and DO NOT recommend to anyone who wants to have healthy nails that are worth the money. Plus the station was FILTHY when I was sat. If I could give 0 or negative stars I would.

This is not the most sanitary salon. Nail file was not sanitized and looked like it had been used 100 times

Update: I still like this place, but they've gotten super duper busy. As a clean freak, I didn't feel like this place was all that sanitary anymore - I had received a powder manicure and the nail file and nail block looked as though they've been used 100+ times, and that was a little unsettling. The time before this I took my own nail tools, and when I asked to use my own stuff the girl gave a little laugh and continue to use the tools she had. That turned me off but I still went back. If you are looking for a super clean salon, you may want to go elsewhere.

Tom did my $35 pedicure & it felt more like a $50 one. The pedi came with a 10 minute foot massage that honestly one of the best foot massages I've ever had . I chose lavender & he paid special attention to callus on my heels! The place is very pretty and clean. It just felt upscale & like a treat. My bff & i always do our pedis together & she feels the same way! We will definitely be back!

When the weather's warm I need to keep my feetsies looking less like a hobbit and more like a lady. My usual spot is always crowded, sometimes pushy and always takes forever. $35 nets you a pedicure with cream wrap on legs, 10 minute massage, true callous remover and a quick hot stone rub down. Not a terrible value. My technician was the opposite of gentile, but was effective. Mask and gloves were worn, tools looked clean, but honestly I couldn't tell if they came sanitized or what. I'm definitely picky on cleanliness and they fell short a bit. The air was thick with powder and whatnot, acrylic nail clippings were all over the floors, it felt stuffy and I don't think I got a fresh foot bath liner. Me feet look great, overall, but if I went back it would be during a quieter time and I'd be wearing a mask. No comment on design, powder gel, tips - I don't have the time or patience for any of that.

I found this on yelp looking for a last minute saturday morning pedicure appointment. they have a large staff and were super busy but able to take me. I believe the girl who helping was Fang. She did a very nice job & took her time. Prices were reasonable and there was a large variety of colors to choose from

Went once to get a pedicure and the woman who cut my toenails left my nails a little too long. Quality is good. Very good staff otherwise.

My favorite nail salon ever. They are very diligent and do a great job. Sometimes they make you wait but it's worth it for the job they do.

I didn't have an appointment but they took me as a walk-in. The staff were very welcoming and the spa was very clean inside. The jello pedicure is exactly how it sounds. I put my feet in jello!! It was so soft and squishy and it really made my feet feel good. A whole new spa pedicure experience. I enjoyed being asked during everything if the water temperature was okay and if everything else was okay. It's always nice to be checked on to make sure the client is comfortable. It stated on the card that it was good for one year, Today they took that card away from me and said they will not honor it any longer and gave me a card for 15% off. The 20% card was good until December. They changed their policy. I said I will no not be back. They said that is OK. ..really? Their prices are very high $48 for a powder dip manicure, but I would pay for good quality service. Shame on you for issuing a discount card and then reneging on your own deal! I want to start off by saying that my first two experiences at Drizzle were honestly phenomenal…read more(only reason for 2 stars). I had a full new set of gel x the first time with a design ($105 before tip) and a fill with design the second time ($90 before tip). Rachel had done my first set. Bella did a fill and then Mickey did my design which was incredible. These nails lasted incredibly long as I was on vacation and couldn't get them done. Unfortunately the third time wasn't a good experience. I was getting my birthday nails done and because of the timing I needed a new gel x set. I had already taken off my nails and had shorter bare nails when arriving (same as first time). I had a scheduled appointment and arrived exactly 5 minutes late which i understand was my bad. I apologized and understood potentially having to wait a few more minutes. What I didn't understand is the fact that I was made to wait an additional 45 minutes. After being taken by Amanda she began my new set. I did notice she was doing things slightly different but didn't think much of it. I was generally ok with how they came out and paid the $115 and gave a $20 cash tip. I don't mind paying for nice well done nails that last. As I looked at them more I realized the shape was a bit off and there was no apex at all but for anyone else looking they were beautiful! My nails were done on June 27, my left thumb started coming off and fully came off on June 30. I went back to get this fixed as they were brand new birthday nails. Aya put a new nail on and honestly put so much care into that one nail. I felt bad not tipping but I had spent so much and it shouldn't have happened at all. Fast forward to July 8th, my right thumb popped off. July 12th my pointer finger came off. I understand things happen but my nails were clearly not done correctly and for $135 total they needed to be done right. I shouldn't have to take my time to go back to the salon again to get a nail fixed three times. Once? Alright fine. The other two sealed the deal and I won't be going back.

GI AWFUL-LAND -- 0 STARS…read more See attached photo. These nails are 3 days old and already look like 2+ week growth and neglect. Numerous people have seen them and said the same exact thing. This was not a mistake... the nail tech knew exactly what she was doing. Let's start from the top. Do not ever speak about clients in another language thinking they won't understand you. I have been learning Chinese.... I understood enough. The way you and your husband talk about clients is disgusting, especially when it comes to tipping. If you have something to say, say it directly. Otherwise, stay quiet and act like the professional you claim to be. I gave you over a year of business, consistent tips, referrals, and positive reviews. I literally sent people into your salon telling them to "go here." That clearly meant nothing to you. Instead, what I got in return was: * Rushed, sloppy fill-ins * Half-filled nails so I would have to come back sooner and spend more money ((SEE OTHER REVIEWS ITS CLEAR SHE DOES IT WITH OTHERS TOO***)) * Inconsistent shaping that NEVER followed my natural nail... simple request What I asked for was basic: short, square, and follow my natural wide nail. That is beginner-level work. I have a cosmetology background... I know exactly what proper application looks like, and this was not it. Your attitude changed the moment I started giving simple, constructive feedback. Instead of correcting your work, you took it personally and started taking it out on my nails. That is not only unprofessional, it's intentional. Now let's talk about what actually matters; health and safety. You: * Touch your phone constantly and continue working without washing your hands * Do not properly sanitize tools between clients * Reuse materials after coming into contact with skin and blood * Use tools incorrectly, including using an e-file on cuticles That is not just "bad service." That is unsanitary and dangerous. As a direct result of your work, I now have an infection with pus coming out of my nail. Let that sink in. That is not an opinion--that is physical proof of negligence. You also: * Left acrylic in open skin areas * Failed to properly seal and fill the nail * Used contaminated product across clients And the most disturbing part? I watched you use a solution to stop bleeding, dip into the same container, apply it to skin, and then reuse it without cleaning. That is cross-contamination at its worst. You have no idea what one client may have that you are spreading to another. When I called you, I was calm and respectful. I did not ask for a refund, I asked you to fix your work. Your immediate jump to offering money back instead of correcting it confirmed everything: you knew exactly what you did. Then to turn around and blame me? Absolutely not. I have been getting my nails done for 20+ years. I know the difference between normal wear and intentional poor work designed to bring clients back faster. What you do with your fill-ins is a scam, plain and simple. I had this happen 1x 15 years ago... they handled it better than you. You allowed me to walk out looking like this. You allowed damage to happen. And now I'm dealing with the consequences. You did this to the wrong person. To anyone considering this place: Watch how they work. Watch what they touch. Pay attention to cleanliness. And if you don't understand the language, just know--they are talking. This business is: * Unprofessional * Unsanitary * Careless * And completely lacking accountability I would never recommend this place to anyone. 0 STARS -- AVOID AT ALL COSTS
