Nail techs are a hit or miss if your looking to get a Gel manicure. I've been going for a few months and the price is never consistent, and so is the quality. There never enough coats being put on, and when I've asked for an additional it always seems like a hassle. Sorry I don't want my nails to be see through. The receptionist is nice but can be passive aggressive. Every time I've went with my friend they've commented on her cuticles which isn't professional and honestly just rude. It's not like she's unaware she picks at them. I had gotten acrylics here a few years back, those were beautiful. I do think they do good with other services just not gel. read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! I been coming here for the last 4 years and it's been a wonderful place. However something has changed in their process of sanitation and cleaning and disinfecting their tools. In May I got my deep powder manicure and 2 days later had a huge infection on my left index finger. Had to go to the urgent care to get the wound cut and cleaned up and was on antibiotics for 10 days. Press forward to July just received my no chip manicure and my 2nd right toe is also infected same as my index. Going back to urgent care to clean up and most likely back on antibiotics. (Pics from May and July). Shared this with the manager out of respect and he said all I can do is give you a gift card. No Thanks. Don't need your money!!!! How about you clean your tools and towels so customers didn't get infected!!! I don't recommend going here unless you enjoy trips to the urgent care and getting infections monthly. read more

For 3 years this was my favorite nail salon, but my last three appointments have been disappointing. They seem to now take more appointments than they can handle and my services feel rushed. Going for a mani-pedi should be a relaxing event, but that feeling is gone. I haven't even had the same tech start and finish my service lately. Today my $60 manicure didn't even end with a lotion massage. I got a "you're done" and I had to track down my own hand lotion, since I'd just washed my hands. I tried a new salon today because I wanted to see if someone could finally understand what shape I wanted. I know that's petty sounding, but since I am literally 2 ft away from my nails at all times, I notice the difference. I keep them natural and very long. I had Tracy for Dip mani and a Pedi and was extremely satisfied. I explained to her the shape (not rounded square, not almond, but inbetween, I guess just "round") and she knew exactly what I wanted. (That's not the "in style" shape right now so some technicians automatically make them too pointy) I didn't have to ask her to change any of them. Their prices are inconsistent & so is their work. I got a "long" coffin full set done with no polish just top coat. They priced it at $80. I told them the set was not worth $80. He knocked down the price to $75. It was still not worth it but I paid because I did not want to argue. Then not even 48 hrs later I had 2 nails lifting! I called & had them fixed. One day later another one broke. I went & had them take them off & demanded a refund. Not only did they overcharge me but the work was not quality. So they took the nails off but would not give me a refund. They gave me a free full set no chip voucher. A year passed because I had such unsatisfying experience with them I never wanted to use it. I then got desperate enough & decided to just use it before too much time passed. I go in they accept the voucher. I showed them a picture of the work Tony had done & explained I wanted the nails exactly like the pic. They tell me that I would have to pay $10 because the voucher card only cover a $55 set. I asked why when it should be free for me to get the same thing I had before. He quoted that set I showed him was worth $65. I was slightly upset because I knew I was over charged originally! But I agreed & paid $10. Moral of my experience was that their work was not as quality as they are charging. They make up prices as they go & gaslight you into paying them. Very bad experience. Had a gift card so came in for a pedicure and decided to get a dip mani as well. Pedicure went good. While getting my dip done, my technician left in the middle of it and made another tech finish my mani. He cut me multiple times with the nail file to the point of me bleeding. He also filed my nails on the sides so much, my cuticle beds are so raw and uneven. Not to mention, I asked the first tech for SQUARE shape and he filed them totally round. Look bulbous and dip is bumpy. My nails are so short now and all rounded. They look terrible. Where do I start! I went to get my nails and toes done. The tech was ok. My massage felt like someone rubbing lotion on my feet. But when she removed the water to wash the scrub off. There was this sewer smell, I smelled it thru my mask. I informed the nail tech for her to nod and smile and continue with the pedicure. I had dip on my nails. And they thought it was appropriate to soak them for 45 mins. Which the tech did not even do the proper steps to remove them. She brought out the drill and I refused. I told her I'm in pain cause the acetone had burned my finger tips. The manager was called. For him to lecture me like I'm unable to understand him. But u know he has a certificate. Which is not equivalent to my degree. He is like I'll remove it off we need to put more acetone on. I'm like no I don't want too I'm in pain. I'm like don't touch my nails anymore I can't handle it. He kept speaking to my friend to get her to make me continue with the service. I'm like no. Finish the pedicure I'm done. Paid and did not tip tech cause I was furious. Later checked on my pedicure, you would think a 58$ pedicure would be amazing. My heel was cracked and my 5 year old niece knows how to paint my nails better. Decided to try this place out from all the great reviews I read. Owner was nice when I walked in & helped me right away... changed what I wanted to originally get because it didn't seem like they were able to do it which is totally fine. Once I started to get my nails done was when things went south.. lady didn't say a word to me until she made me bleed to which she said oh and just pushed it down with her nail. When I went to wash my hands, it started to burn and bleed even more. She got up a few times to get herself candy while doing my nails and then get a broom to clean the area.. when she saw my finger bleeding when I got back from washing my hands, she said oh sorry and patted it down with the towel.. went to pay... was never told how much it would cost or any addition charges.. wish I would've had a better experience. read more
