I have always found the team here to be so pleasurable and helpful. However, today was the first experience I had that left me feeling pretty awful. I walked into the store (not feeling well so look pretty bad) to pick up a prescription.. upon entering the store Hilary was sitting on a stool and I noted how she looked at me and my handbag but proceeded to the pharmacy... only to find that she was watching me and as I was waiting on line to pick up my prescription asked me "is there anything I can help you with sweetie "! When I show up they tell me they are still getting the prescriptions ready and I explain someone from their staff told me they were ready. Staff says it isn't and there's nothing they can do and I told them they could tell me it isn't ready so I don't head over there early. Staff was unhelpful and rude. It happens every time I come in there.
