Funny thing is the sales guy was trying to sell us that car for 20 dollars more. We eventually resisted long enough and the sales guy caved in and gave us the upgraded sedan for free. The sedan was this beat up and had lots of dents and scratches. Be sure to check the car carefully!

Then they offered me another vehicle at a lower price and on pick up they didn't honor, denied my rental and this 60 year old single woman (me) had to walk off the premises. I can't even believe it.

They explained it by saying that if the car overheats while it's in my possession, it is my responsibility. But I had no warning that the car was going to overheat. In fact, I had brought the car in the day before because of a strange noise and they said everything was fine. When I turned the second car in, the manager promised that he would credit me for one days use because of the first car that died. Which she never did.
