The coaches are great and know everyone by name, members are friendly, and every workout kicks my butt and leaves me happy I came. It's really a judgement free and fun workout where you get out what you put in. I have been looking for something that integrates circuits and strength for a long time, and they just added a ton of new class types to the schedule so you can do the mix that is right for you. I also like that they offer two AM and two PM classes weekdays to fit any schedule, as well as Saturday AM classes and an occasional freebie Sunday yoga.

I started at the kickoff of a 40 day wellness challenge where 30 participants collectively lost 264 pounds and gained strength along with knowledge about healthy eating and fitness. From day one, I felt a warm welcome from the trainers and the members--it's an incredible community that genuinely supports one another. Most of my classes are with Nicole whose energy and dedication to her members keep me coming back every morning. If you're seeking a high-energy, supportive community to guide you on your wellness journey, C4Fit is the place to be!

Parking tends to be easy if you're patient with those leaving class before yours. The room feels very spacious and large. The con is that this location gets warm. Unlike some of the other ones that have air flowing, this one feels like it depends on fans, so an afternoon class in the summer will really get your heart rate going because of how hot it is. The format of the workout is three stations- cardio, racks and turf. If the class isn't full, you are able to double up. I like to start with cardio to get it out of the way. The coach will demo moves for all stations beforehand and then signal you when it's time to move to the next exercise. The class keeps a great pace and has you moving with very brief recovery breaks. Weekend classes are full body where the weekday ones have a focus area. Really love getting to come to these classes! They are tough but a solid calorie burn and sweat!

This place used to be so great, but now no ones certified, the coach with man bun (nick maybe?) comes in high every day and seems to only care about flirting with Tyler and everything seems hectic/sloppy. The place is dirty, packed in with 36 members plus multiple coaches, and even though some coaches are very nice, they don't know fitness. Bring back The old owners and coaches, otherwise I'm avoiding this place. BE VERY CAREFUL ABOUT MEMBERSHIPS. They will charge you multiple times after canceling.

This gym offers a wide variety of bootcamp like classes with fantastic energy and some truly talented coaches. While there are a few who are overly egotistical and could use a come back to earth reality check and a touch more humility, the majority of the coaching staff is excellent. Two standouts are Gabrielle Y. and Christian Q., who make working out an absolute pleasure. Gabrielle's welcoming demeanor and contagious positivity create a great atmosphere, and Christian's coaching style is equally motivating and supportive. The classes themselves are high-energy, challenging, and adaptable to different fitness levels. What I love most is that each coach brings their unique style and energy to the table. Once you find the coach who resonate with you, it's easy to stick with them and stay consistent. The variety keeps things interesting, and you'll never get bored while working toward your fitness goals. One of the challenges, however, is parking. Since Lazy Acres put up signs claiming what feels like half the lot, finding a spot can be a headache. I've learned not to arrive too early because spots typically free up only once the previous class ends. While it can be frustrating to circle the lot, a little patience and timing go a long way. It's something to keep in mind when planning your visits. The gym itself could benefit from more regular cleaning and maintenance. A deep cleaning is definitely overdue, as dust, hair, and even cobwebs can be seen in corners. Some benches are rusty and could use replacing. While these issues don't take away from the quality of the workouts, they do detract from the overall experience. Many other gyms in the area have weekly professional cleaning services, which could be a great addition here to help maintain a fresher, more polished environment. Despite these minor drawbacks, Renegade remains a fantastic place to work out. The membership is reasonably priced, although ClassPass is still more affordable and offers lower price penalties for late cancellations. Overall, the quality of the classes and the dedication of standout coaches like Gabrielle and Christian make this gym worth checking out. If you're looking for a challenging yet welcoming environment to achieve your fitness goals, Renegade is a solid choice--just plan ahead for parking and connect with the coaches whose energy aligns with yours!

I've become a morning person, waking up for two sessions of boot camp while watching the sunrise, as well as the most important part, lost 20 lbs and am way more fit than I have been in a long time!!! I've also made some good friends and while it's a solo activity for the most part, you definitely do team workouts that make it more challenging and help you push and support each other. Kind of a funny side note, it was another two friends that convinced me to buy the groupon and I am the only one who stuck around for more than one class :-) So I'd say this boot camp is for the committed. You won't see results overnight and it will be hard, but well worth it AND you will learn workouts you can do on your own, without a gym, with every day items. Even when I go away, I am now conditioned to do my 30-45 second sets of strength, cardio and core. I'm addicted and LOVE San Diego Core Fitness for making me excited to wake up in the morning!
