This business is run by a thief and a fraud. I brought my laptop to him in Jan. 2026 due to…read morecharging port needing to be replaced. Tech told me he would need to order another charge port to replace the one that was malfunctioning and said it would take 4days for delivery. So, they would need to keep my laptop for 7days. I agreed and paid $130 when I picked it up after it was so-called repaired. Four months later my laptop started experiencing the same charging port problem. A Tech with SameDay TechPro came to my resident on 6/04/2026 and took my laptop back off and showed me where Phone Repair Pro did NOT replace the charging port, but used tape and super glue on the damaged original port that they claimed to replace with a new one. Today, 6/06/2026 I took my laptop to their location on 8541 W. Belfort Blvd #A to request a refund and showed clerk the photo images of the tape and super glue their Tech used on my laptop and did NOT install a new port part. The clerk refused my refund request and stated he could fix my laptop, but I would have to pay him again. I told him he did NOT fix my laptop the first time I paid him. He is very deceptive and unprofessional. He lied about replacing the part and declined giving me a refund for work the DID NOT do in Jan. 2026. If I could give this business zero stars I would. WARNING: DO NOT use this business for your repair needs. They will do a janky job and lie to you in order to take your money. #Beware!

Husband needed his Google Pixel 4 screen fixed after our kid decided that it would make a good…read morebaseball. He called around to a couple places to see where he could get his phone fixed the fastest, and found out that all the shops would have to custom order the replacement part since they didn't usually carry it in stock. This shop quoted they'd most likely get the part by the next day and would be able to get the repair done within an hour-ish once they got the part, whereas the other shop said they'd need 3-5 business days to get the part. He also got a better price here ($230 total). As promised, my husband was able to drop off the phone the next day around 4pm and it was completed in about an hour. Even though they closed at 5, they stayed open a little after just to make sure they would be able to get the repair done so that he could get his phone back. The screen now looks brand new, and you can't even tell it had to be repaired. They did a great job! Highly recommend! Just one FYI for finding the shop, it's located in the back area of the plaza (so the opposite side of the building from Homegoods/Ross), so finding it can be a little tricky, but it's pretty obvious where the store is once you're on the right side of the building.
