And now here I am getting a prescription for special shampoo because of the Chemical burns that I now have on my head. When I went in to talk to them they seemed understanding but clammed up when I said I was going to urgent care, found out I had burns because the product was left in hair too long. When I came back after being to the dr. I told them about what he said, the excuse train started flowing. I was refunded for color. But I am still out $50 because of haircut and tip. (Which I only got cut because I was getting color) I personally will never be going back, and I recommend that anyone avoids getting color done there.

We got started late, it took a very long time (over 4 hours) and our nails turned out absolutely terrible. The stylists were very pleasant and we enjoyed their company, but even after sharing that my sister was getting married, they didn't try to ensure her nails looked nice (see pictures). My pedicure didn't include any exfoliation and the polish looks streaky on my finger and toe nails. My nails are already chipped badly. My moms nails were filed poorly and her polish was super streaky.

Even after letting it fade out and trying to dye back to the original color at least twice, it still looked pretty bad. Stacy fixed me right up. It looked great and never showed any roots or anything. This was probably six months ago now. She took good care of my wife, too. The shop is clean, cozy, and convenient, too.
