Patti helped me to understand the entire Microcurrent session and hooked me to the Microcurrent device. Initially it was mild and within couple of minutes Patti slowly increased the Microcurrent. When it was mild I didn't feel anything when it increased I started feeling the "tightening" sensation around my tummy. But there was no pain or discomfort at all. The entire procedure took little over 30 minutes, Patti measured my tummy size and it reduced half an inch. I didn't have lot of tummy fat but I had loose muscle, Microcurrent toned that muscle.
