Happy, happy, joy, joy - that's exactly how we fell about doing business with All City Plumbing and…read moreAir. From the very first visit, their professionalism, knowledge and expertise were a solid ten. We gathered several quotes from other companies, and without a doubt, ALL City Plumbing and Air offered the best value, best equipment, and a membership plan that covers so much we couldn't be happier. A big shout-out to Daniel R. in sales, with his many years of air-conditioning experience, he answered every question and even brought up things we hadn't considered. Next, Chris came by to finalize the contract and was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and friendly. And finally, the two young men who handled the installation, another Daniel R. and Jacob, were fantastic. They arrived on time, worked seamlessly as a team, explained everything they did, cleaned up beautifully, and hauled away all the old equipment. Daniel R. even stopped by a day after installation for a quick follow-up visit, and we had no questions for him, who does that anymore? We couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. I never thought I'd say this, but paying this bill actually made me happy. Thank you, All City Plumbing and Air!

Beware of this company. They provided plumbing services at my 87 year old mother's house. The first…read morequote was for $19,000 for a redrain of the drainage system. Then they said there was tree root discovered in the line. They quoted $13,000 more to resolve it. There were no options provided for hydrojetting and a liner. We do not know anything about plumbing, so we did not question the additional cost. We had to trust the techs providing the service. We requested a refund and the company offered $4,000.00. We feel that given the cost, we are warranted a higher refund. The company refused. Although the owner states that options were given to my mother, they were not. I, (daughter), was there at the time of the tech's explanation of the work and so was my cousin. The tech spoke to my mother in Spanish, my cousin speaks and understands Spanish, and she also stands firm that no options were given to my mother regarding the option of hydrojetting and liner. If there were options my mother would have chosen the lesser cost. We are very upset with the dishonesty of this company. So, make sure you research costs of other plumbing companies before using this one.

I am writing to follow up on my previous request regarding a full refund for the services I paid for, which were not completed as agreed. As stated in my initial communication, I paid a deposit $1,000 for the installation of a bathroom vanity. The original appointment was canceled, and the work has still not been completed. This has caused inconvenience and does not meet the expectations or agreement we had in place. This message serves as a second formal notice requesting a full refund of $1,000. I ask that this refund be processed within 5 business days from the date of this email. If I do not receive a response or resolution within this timeframe, I will proceed with further action, which may include filing formal complaints through applicable consumer protection agencies and pursuing other available remedies. I would prefer to resolve this matter quickly and amicably. Please confirm when I can expect the refund. I paid a deposit to this business for a scheduled service, but ended up canceling the appointment in advance. No work was performed. When I requested a refund of my deposit, the business refused to return it. There was no signed agreement stating the deposit was non-refundable, and no materials or services were provided. I attempted to resolve this directly but was unsuccessful. Based on my experience, I would recommend confirming refund policies in writing before making any payment.

They were professional, honest, and straightforward from the beginning. I called them for a second opinion after another plumbing company gave me an estimate that was astronomically high. A and A Plumbing carefully evaluated the problem, confirmed that my home's pressure regulating valve (PRV) needed to be replaced because my water pressure was about 95 Pounds Per Square Inch (PSI). They explained everything clearly. A and A Plumbing and Rooter Service' pricing was fair and transparent. They replaced the pressure reducing valve (PRV) and also installed a new toilet fill valve and flapper at a reasonable cost. I appreciated their taking the time to answer my questions and never pressuring me into making a decision. It's refreshing to find a company that values honesty and fair pricing. Based on my experience, I would not hesitate to recommend A and A Plumbing and Rooter Service to family and friends. Thank you, A and A Plumbing and Rooter Service, for your excellent service.

Tech went as scheduled and told me he did a quick check at the unit and then to the electrical panel. And said now if he needs to go into diagnosis, it will cost $175 , and either he can fix it OR that $175 will be used to swap a new unit at $4xx. Since I'm remote, I can only agree to it to move forward. 10mins later, got a call from the tech saying, "there are good and bad news! Good news, the unit was indeed completely fine and it's working alright. The unit was slightly "UNPLUGGED" from the outlet and it works perfectly after I plugged it back in. Bad news, the $175 is due. " I appreciate that the "diagnosis" save me hundreds instead of replacing a fully working unit, but I would have thought the first free initial check should have looked at the connection in the first place. Definitely feel a bit rip off BUT they did give me a small discount in the end. I'm not expecting free work BUT $150 to get someone out to plug it back in? Is that the norm?

My line was backed up to our cleanout well that held about 20 gallons. I called Scott Cole for the locality and family owned operation. I support small business. They came out in about 2 hours. Chris and Joe were my techs and gave me excellent service, great feedback and advice to make my lines better for the future and were just good guys. We had to sump dump the fluids first, then the line opening showed up and we snaked from the line to the street and the line to house. They did it twice in both directions to give me that peace of mind. I don't know plumbing and they did show me a picture of what how my connection was configured. I wish I would of asked for that picture. Please send if you see this. I want to make that correction in the future and extend my cleanout about 6 inches in height. Please give me a quote for that service?

The plumber who came out was friendly enough, but the quote came in at $1,400 for a straightforward PEX repair. I had already done the discovery, cut the access hole, and identified the leak. This was not a complex job and did not justify that price. I ended up calling another plumbing company who is doing the same repair for $300-$400, over $1000 less. Price padding a simple repair, especially when it feels like it's based on the assumption an insurance claim will be filed, isn't a good look. Honest pricing and integrity matter, and in this case, they missed the mark.
