I work just down the street from Royalty Stone, so I decided to call & get a quote for granite or quartz for my kitchen counters & island. I was tired of the white tile counter top that came with my home. Marilou was the sales person that came to my home within the hour after I called. Marilou brought in her samples and the process began. I decided to go with quartz as she explained the ease of maintenance vs granite. I chose the "Coronado", absolutely beautiful. The measurements were made & the quote was given. It was within my price range and I gave the go ahead. My time was limited to get this done, so Marilou devised a plan to expedite the demo & installation to be done within 5 days. Danny & his crew arrived on Friday @ 7am to demo, they were done by 11am. They were careful yet fast! Danny, the fabricator (there are 2 Danny's) & his assistant came around 3pm the same day to take measure for the actual fabrication to include the sink, stove top and faucets. By the way, Pacific Sales was a great recommendation from Danny(demo) and Marylou. Friday through Monday, my kitchen was in disarray, not so bad. Tuesday 8am Danny (fabricator) & his assistant arrived for the installation. OMG! When the installation was completed, I was speechless. I thought I was in another home. It's was one thing to see the small sample of quartz that I had picked out within 30min with Marilou, it was another to see it installed. I was overwhelmed by the beauty & elegance that it brought to my kitchen. What an AWESOME transformation! I LOVE IT! As Danny was leaving, Curt was arriving to reinstall the plumbing that included the new faucets & reinstall my stove top. great job! I am so pleased with Royalty Stone and all of those involved in helping to bring an elegant transformation to my kitchen. Great people, great company quality craftsmanship and great prices! We saw an add for this company in a local flyer so we decided to check it out.. After getting prices from Home depot/Lowe's and another local stone company we chose to give our business to Royalty Stone. Sal of Royalty Stone is very knowledgeable and really helped us make our Granite slab selection... He wrote up a contract which included completion dates. Mackenzie the office manager took over with all communication from that point, she was so professional, nice and very prompt with her notifications of work crew arrival times etc... Every stage of the job went like clock work right on schedule each step of the way. Curt and his son Conner got the plywood base done first, they were so nice and patient taking the time to answer all of our questions in a very professional way. Danny the Main fabricator came to our home the next morning With our granite slab, he made the template and helped us decide exactly how it would be cut out of our slab. He was so patient and nice as we moved it in several directions to chose the best pattern. He got it done promptly and his brother Javier and his assistant Bombon were back in two days to complete the installation, once again the nicest and most professional guys and they did an amazing job...Needless to say we are just thrilled with our new granite counters and couldn't be happier with the great job Royalty Stone did from beginning to end. read more

My wife and I shopped around quite a bit for our kitchen remodel. We happened to stop by Royalty Stone on a Saturday and met with their office manager Karen. From the first moment we stopped in Karen was extremely helpful and professional. She assisted us with pricing information, gave us samples to look at, and also set up a free estimate. Karen came to our house and gave us an estimate on installing granite countertops and refinishing our kitchen cabinets. Based upon price we decided to move forward with them. I can't express how professional, detail oriented, and helpful everyone was that came to work on our house. Love my new kitchen and that's due to the fabulous work by Royalty Stone. We are so pleased with how everything turned out love love love my glass backsplash tile with a 3D wave , the porcelain wood look tile floors. The cabinets were repainted a lighter shade of gray by a separate contractor just finished today and I think they make the floors pop! We previously had white tile countertops and island and replaced with a quartz countertop white with gray veins and we love it. Thank you again to Royalty Stone to Sal and your crew they all did a great job. Sal suggested to match the bathroom vanity with the same quartz countertop as the kitchen and we decided that was a good idea and I'm so happy it looks great! Most of the reviews that you will read here are absolutely right and on point. What I would like to add is the way Emy Pirko is always right on top of everything. Her devotion to getting it right and attention to detail is top-notch. Always easy to communicate with. Providing options and ideas whenever one would ask. It's not every day that we subject ourselves to a Remo or Reno. How it disrupts your schedule, covers everything in dust, and is just inconvenient. But we do it just the same. The before and after is all worth it. That being said. I attached some before and after pictures. Initially, I started with Royalty Stone just on the countertops. When I saw the end result I just contracted them to do it all. It worked out great. I can remember the first time I took a shower in my new tiled bathroom. I laughed uncontrollably, the joy. I would give this company a 10 out of 10. The workers who demo'd our kitchen and did the new install of granite counters were prompt, courteous, professional and they cleaned up after their work was done. The result was beautiful, flawless and very reasonably priced. We are totally satisfied with the results and the price. We shopped around and they gave us the best deal plus they had the best attitude. Other firms acted as if they were doing us a favor by giving us a bid. Too bad! My wife and I highly recommend Royalty Stone for kitchen counter-tops and now we're thinking seriously of going the next step to have them do our bathrooms and fireplace trim in granite as well. SO thankful I walked into this showroom !! From the minute we walked in, we were treated like VIP clients. They had plenty of staff and everyone was super friendly & professional. Our new granite counter tops and custom cabinets look amazing and the price was surprisingly affordable. My sales rep helped me pick out an amazing slab of granite and I'm so happy with the craftmanship of the installation!! One thing that impressed me about his company is the fact that the labor workers were all named beforehand. I used Royalty Stone when i remodeled my kitchen countertops in 2011. I compared prices with a few companies and Royalty out beat them all and was very quick to install the countertops. Its now 2024 and my countertops still look great. I remodeled both my bathrooms in October 2023 and i again used Royalty to do my countertops in my bathrooms and both tops were very long, each over 70". Again they out beat everyone else's prices and again were quick to install my tops. They were very professional, clean and quick. They know their job.
