a kitchen with white cabinets and a refrigerator

Sal and his team did an absolutely perfect job on our custom quartz countertops and full backsplash. From the time we picked out slabs at Arizona Tile to the completion of the project was less than a week. He was able to redo the roughtop on our new cabinets to remove level the countertop and window sill (removing the step). They even matched the patterns on the countertop with the patterns on the backsplash. On top of that they picked the best part of the pattern for the waterfall edge on the countertop. The seams are barely visible even up close. Seriously great craftsmanship. It completely transformed our kitchen.

If I could give more stars I would! Royalty Stone redid our kitchen and master bathroom shower. Everyone was so polite and went above and beyond in everything that they did. Sal, Emy, and their entire team completed the job so efficiently and with even better quality than I could imagine. We will absolutely use them again in the future and recommend to everyone!

    Before

Royalty Stone recently fabricated and installed a countertop for an upstairs bathroom. They came and measured, assessed our piece of granite left over from our kitchen renovation, expertly fabricated a new countertop, installed under-counter sinks and the new counter in a very reasonable time frame and adhering to covid-19 safety precautions. Emy efficiently and cordially coordinated things from their office and Daniel was extremely expert in terms of fabrication and installation. Thanks for an outstanding job and at a very reasonable price!

Sal the owner of Royalty Stone, provided us with the utmost customer service. They superseded our expectations!

Sal at Royalty Stone took great care of us and provided us with the utmost customer service. The tile and granite guys did an amazing job installing backsplash and countertops and superseded our expectations!

Granite work is great. Customer service inconsistent. Do not get the soft close hinges (they break!) or paint your cabinets.

We had used them for granite counters, plus the free sink, replacing the fluorescent ceiling light with crown moulding and can light, painting the cabinets and a $500 upgrade for soft-close hinges. The work was completed in March. The electrician did a great job, the granite work was amazing. It took quite a few minutes to find the seam, the work was pretty flawless. The low rating comes from the inconsistent customer service (his workers were very nice, but sometimes Karen was amazing, sometimes bordering on rude, Sales recent follow-through has left much to be desired), the spots where the paint rubbed off in the first few weeks (they did leave extra paint for when that happens), and the TWO hinges that have already broken. The first hinge they fixed and, when they were fixing the first one, they left a spare in case it happened again. Which it did a few weeks ago! My husband called to try to resolve the matter; I'm not sure how a $500 upgrade requires him to do the work when a second hinge breaks in less than 3 months. He replaced it because Sal has not returned his calls. Hoping this gets resolved. As of right now, I recommend using them ONLY for granite work.

Then they installed a solid waterproof barrier, poured a new concrete floor, repaired drywall and it is good as new. That was last month. This week, Joe Martin send his plumbing pros, Ed Ahumada, Jon & Romero to figure out a complex boondoggle which has been wasting gallons of water before hot water emerges. They are working as I write but I have complete confidence based on past experience with MasterCraft that the work will be correctly performed. Not all companies bring such dedication and integrity but MasterCraft is committed to professionalism and everyone is pleasant, qualified and a joy to work with.

Front start to finish, Mike Gast and Juan Navarro worked with me to translate my vision into the bright open studio I have been dreaming of... As the project manager, Mike Gast was extremely patient and accommodating, and provided lots of feedback to solve various issues. This was a large project that involved removing the garage door, retrofitting 3 sets of doors, framing and finishing for a custom look, inside and out. They even installed special thresholds so we could be assured of being able to roll equipment in and out of the space easily. After each stage of the job, the crew cleaned up the area and removed all debris. The price quoted us initially was in line with competitors, better than several, who failed to follow up with us. There was no cost-creep, and we finished at the price quoted us. Progress and payment was tracked on their online job project site, which was an added benefit and inspired confidence. I can highly recommend Mastercraft and hope to use them in the near future for several other home improvement projects. (A special thanks to the team, Victor and Tony for their cleanliness and work ethic).

Mike followed up with the extremely friendly, skilled and professional team to bring the design to fruition. Kari was very helpful in our design layout and hardware. We had endless questions and concerns during and after our remodel and we always got them answered setting our minds at ease. As with any intensive remodel it comes with stress. The team was always patient with us and reassuring. They were professional on every level we highly recommend them for any type of remodel or renovation you may need or desire. Not only was their quote better than the rest, we felt very comfortable with Chad. They are truly a one stop shop, unlike some of the others claiming to be. The whole team was very respectful, professional and did an amazing job, so much so we increased our scope of work to include a custom office and all of our flooring upstairs and a couple of rooms downstairs. I also love that they have employees who all have their own specialities and skillsets, but they are also cross-trained to handle other projects. Mike answered every call, every question, every change we had immediately. We are very pleased with the whole project and we are planning to use them again on our future projects.

We were actually really excited to work with him and were looking forward to receiving his quote. He told us he would have the quote to us by Monday, but Monday came and we heard nothing. My husband gave him the benefit of the doubt and waited a little longer before calling. There was no answer, so he left a message. Still nothing. I then tried reaching out through Instagram, thinking maybe there had been a misunderstanding or he had simply gotten busy, but again, no response. What is most disappointing is the lack of communication. If you're too busy to take on a project or decide it isn't a good fit, that's completely understandable--just communicate that. We were genuinely interested and ready to move forward. Being completely ignored after taking the time to meet with someone is frustrating and, unfortunately, left us with a very poor impression.
