They provided me with a free quote based on a picture I sent them of our puppy and what we wanted for his first groom session. The experience was incredible. They listened to our wants and gave our pup a cut just like the reference picture we shared. The best part is, our little guy had a small ear infection that we were not aware of. Almost 10 years ago, Leslie started grooming me and my brother Lucky. We were inseparable partners in crime, explorers of the backyard, and champions of mischief... until Lucky, bless his clueless heart, spotted a human walking some fancy female dogs across the street. Did he think he could impress them? Did he even look both ways? Nope. He ran, and a speeding car... well, let's just say he's now the fastest dog in doggy heaven. Heartbreaking for us humans, hilarious in retrospect (don't tell Mom I said that). After Lucky left, we were gifted the tiniest, sweetest little chihuahua named Gizmo. For eight years, Gizmo was full of spunk, mischievous, bossy, and somehow always finding a way to sit on your favorite chair before you did. Time slowed him down eventually; he became fragile, blind, and walked like every step was a math problem he didn't want to solve. But Leslie? Leslie treated him like royalty the entire time. She pampered him, spoiled him, and somehow made his old-man antics look adorable. When it was Gizmo's time to go, she put her own commitments aside to be there for Mom, helping us say goodbye. Even I have to admit... that was pretty incredible. Now it's just me. And honestly? I'm loving it. All of Leslie's attention is mine. She grooms me, spoils me, and somehow manages to make me look even more handsome than I already am (a tough job, I know). I strut in like the king I am and Leslie treats me like it. Leslie has been there through heartbreaks, sad days, diva moments (mostly mine, obviously), and every wag, nap, and zoomie in between. She's not just a groomer she's family. But all in all that's not too surprising. Here is where we are super impressed. We have a 80 lb mutt who really isn't fond of many people and would much rather everyone keep their distance. Except the groomers here have won her heart. Miss Nova gets her bath, raises her paws for nail clippings, and even gives them kisses. During this past year Miss Nova had a few leg surgeries and hadn't been going in for grooming. This has also prut her on the no jump list. They can accommodate these restrictions and ask about her well being. I am greatful that they have won her heart (ours too) and trust by treating her so well.

I normally bathe her but I just needed a little help this time just cause I was also watching my friends dog. The girl who bathed my baby was so sweet. My dog can be a bit timid and so I think she did a really good job with her. She told me my baby just kept looking at her with puppy dog eyes and so she got lots of pets. My baby came out looking so fluffy and clean. I already recommended my friend to come!
