It is disappointing to write this because sometimes Itzia has done my hair beautifully and then the last few times she almost purposely did a horrible job. I sat with bleach on my hair unchecked as she took several other clients. Next appointment- same thing and started highlights in the back of my hair vs the front despite my saying (or maybe because I asked?) I'd like to be brighter around my face and part. I believe they are mostly concerned about their pocketbooks and if you have a problem it is torture to get back in and obviously they want you to pay for it! Not sure why a cosmetologist would purposefully do this/ but beware!
