Chicken kabob platter with a salad, hummus, veggies, rice pilaf, and pita! Yum

What can I say? I love mediterranean food. And this place is so good! Friendly service and crazy delicious food. Everything was perfect

Cheese Sambousek & Kibbeh Ball, Baklava, and salad/pita bread comes with the platter meals

I've ordered from Roy's for years and am a regular customer. This is our "go to" order: Chicken Shwarma, Chicken Kabob platter. Dip the char-grilled chicken in the Tahini sauce. It is heaven. $ $2 appetizers (cheese sambousek & kibbeh ball). The sambousek has feta cheese + mozzarella stuffed into a small baked pastry. The kibbeh ball has ground beef & grilled onion stuffed into a cracked wheat baked pastry. Don't forget to add Baklava dessert. So delicious.

Worst falafel I've ever had ($10 appetizer) I think they put bread in it? Dried parsley as garnish, pickles ok. The spinach pie appetizer was the size of 1 wonton with a teaspoon of filling inside dry dough. Nice lemon taste. The chicken kebab was average. The rice was delicious and the salad was fresh. At $17 I would never go back.

    Family combo platter and sides.

Roy, thank you, thank you for the amazing food you put together for my family's New Year's celebration. Everyone absolutely loved it. Fresh, healthy and delicious! The hummus and tabouli were phenomenal along with everything else. My wife and I appreciate you accommodating our last minute request and making everything fresh even though the restaurant is closed on Sundays. I wish you and your family a healthy and prosperous 2024. You'll see us again.

I have told everyone I know about it!! I order the chicken shawarma. Without a doubt one of the tastiest wraps I have ever eaten. I will tell you that when I get it in my head to have one it's not long before I am there getting it. So very tasty!! I actually ordered the chicken shawarma seasoning from Amazon in an attempt to try it on my own. The owner is an awesome guy as is the young man on the grill making all the wonderful sandwiches they offer! Hope they never go out of biz! Please go and give them a try you will not be sorry. I am salivating just thinking about it!

I had a very disappointing experience at Bow Café in Norwell. The food itself was average at…read morebest--around a 5/10--but what really made this visit stand out was the poor customer service. The woman at the register (short hair) was rushed, dismissive, and frankly disrespectful. When I tried to place my order, she seemed irritated, rolled her eyes when I misspoke, and told me to "stop confusing" her. She also made comments like, "I know you've been to other places--my place is different," instead of helping guide me through the menu. It created a very uncomfortable and tense environment. I left feeling anxious, which is not something you should experience after a simple food order. In contrast, a gentleman working there was kind and professional, which I appreciated. To make matters worse, I was not given a receipt despite asking, and I believe I may have been overcharged. I ordered a Greek salad with added chicken and a chicken shawarma panini, and my total came to $50. My mother's order was supposed to be removed and paid separately, but without a receipt, I have no way to confirm whether that was done correctly. Customer service matters just as much as the food, and unfortunately, this experience fell far short. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works toward creating a more respectful and welcoming environment for customers.

I usually stop in for my favorite snack, the veggie grape leaves, which are always so fresh and flavorful. This visit, I spotted something new pre-made called masaka, and it looked amazing. I took it home, sautéed it up, and added some quinoa I had on hand, along with the veggie grape leaves. What a perfect, hearty meal! What keeps me coming back besides the incredible food, is how friendly everyone is, whether at the restaurant or at the farmers market. I have a very sensitive stomach and multiple allergies, and I'm so grateful that I can always enjoy Markouk Bread's food and still feel great afterward. Highly recommend to anyone looking for fresh, flavorful Lebanese food and a welcoming atmosphere!

Steak Kabob Wrap: I ordered the medium well, and it was noticeably overcooked. My colleague who ordered the medium also well agreed But regardless, the freshly grilled steak was still quite aromatic. The ingredients were all fresh; the rich and creamy hummus, the sweet and sour tomatoes, and the crisp and refreshing cucumber were all wrapped in the markouk. Markouk flatbreads are grilled daily, thin, smooth, and chewy, much better than pita or lavash in my first impression. Chicken Kabob Wrap: Their signature dish. The chicken breast was still juicy. The owner is very familiar with the whale watching boat schedule and will tell you if you have time to eat before boarding. It has a 4.9 rating on Google Maps, but the food isn't nearly as good as it seems; after all, it's just a wrap, and it probably benefits from the whale watching reputation.

A location in an quiet residential part of Watertown? Now, it's really just a take-out/delivery spot. The restaurant is located in the back of the Armenian Cultural and Educational Center, where they have an industrial kitchen. There is limited signage. Basically, you go to the back of the building, where it is unfinished and basically a dirt plot. The backdoor is open where you can pick up your order if you elect to do takeout. I only saw one person working (a nice middle-aged lady). Unfortunately, some delivery person took my order so I had to wait around for the restaurant to fulfill the order. Otherwise, the food was terrific. The braised beef wrap was fresh and flavorful. The fattoush and Armenian salads were very fresh and were great accompaniments. In their hurry to fulfill the order, the restaurant missed one of the wraps. But they offered to refund us for the missing wrap, so it was fine. If you are hankering for some Anoush'ella, but are in the suburbs, you now don't have to go into Boston or Cambridge anymore. Just go to a non-descript back of a cultural center (or better, just get it delivered).
