I found A-2-Z based on their stellar reviews, and I'm certainly glad that I did. Tim at A-2-Z examined the car in full and noted to me that while the oil leak was a concern, what was far more problematic was that the rear suspension of my car was hanging on by a thread. Long story short, he was able to secure the new part to replace the rusted one I needed at a great price from a junkyard, and he took care of the oil leak (while replacing old spark plugs) at a reasonable price for the parts and labor involved. When I came to pick up the car, he and Mike showed me the trashed part that was replaced on my car. The back end of my car was so rusted that it could have snapped. Now, my car has new life and will keep going safely for another year or two until I'm ready for a new vehicle. If you're in the Royse City area, you can safely trust your vehicle to the staff at A-2-Z. These guys are great!

I'm not going to reveal Mike's prices, but suffice to say they were so good and the quality of work was so good! Now our car is as smooth as butter and good for many, many more years of service. We gave a substantial tip to this shop. Never done that before! The owner is 100% honest and communicates very well. Just unbelievable level of care and service that exceeded all other shops that I've ever used and that includes Sewell Lexus. I trust Mike with any car I own, new or used. I believe you cannot find a better mechanic at any price, and Mike's prices are very, very reasonable. He is my new #1 for life.

When they called me back later they informed me to fix the steering wheel would be a big job and I would have to come back for that but would do the other stuff for me. I needed better front tires, had my oil changed, they filled and checked the fluids, changed the wiper blades, replaced the brakes and rotors and did a tune up. They were very reasonably priced and were extremely honest, kind, polite and professional. I was extremely pleased. I brought the car back on Sept 11, to have the steering wheel fixed and they did a stellar job. Once again, these guys are phenomenal at what they do and are so, so kind and just really nice, so polite and professional. My car drove like a dream and made it home with no issues. On Saturday Sept 12, my daughters went to go from our home to shopping and when they stopped to get gas they heard a clinking sound and then the car started to make a scraping sound. My daughter freaked out and brought the car home. I called Sparx and spoke to Joseph and sent him a video with sound of the noise and he diagnosed it and told me to bring it in and said it was an easy fix. I brought it in and they fixed it within 30 minutes. No charge, no hassles, no worries just a bunch of great guys who do the best mechanic work I have found in years. They are very reasonably priced and when they give you a quote they hold to it. Imagine that??? I would give Bo, Joesph and the whole crew at Sparx Automotive located in Sherman Texas ten stars, maybe 20 ok 100. Honestly, I have not met an automotive place that has such honesty, integrity, fair prices, knowledge, politeness and just great bunch of guys in over 40 years. The cost for inspection is fair and would go towards any work deemed necessary if I chose to have them do it - $125 at time this review was written. The waiting area is clean, comfortable, homey and since it's November - was decorated for Christmas in the most festive way. The restroom is clean and organized and the coffee area is nicely stocked. Will come back again for future work - highly recommend!
