However, the treatment plan was $1,500 and included a lot of steps I would need to do myself. Earlier, the technician had mentioned a more comprehensive service costing approximately $3,000, which was substantially more than I was expecting. Communication was slow: it took weeks to get the correct invoice, and my name was misspelled on the invoice. In the meantime, a different company did a standard treatment, and I've seen fewer moths without special measures. Overall, I felt the proposed service didn't fit my needs, and the follow-through could have been more prompt and accurate. Update (June 2026): After posting my original review, the owner called me personally to discuss my concerns. He apologized for the delay in receiving the invoice and for the misspelling of my name and offered to correct the invoice. While I still felt the proposed treatment was more expensive and extensive than I was comfortable with, I appreciated the follow-up and willingness to address the issues. Because of that, I've updated my rating from 2 stars to 3 stars.
