My husband and I had a rodent and ants year long contract with Truly Nolen. When the time came for our contract to either end of be renewed, I responded that our issue had been resolved and we would not be requiring their services any longer. They proceeded to charge me the following month. My husband called to confirm that we did not want to renew our contract and to see why we were charged again. They stated they had figured out the issue and would in fact cancel our contract. I was charged AGAIN one week later. It's frustrating and I'm tired of them taking my money when services are no longer being rendered. I won't be recommending their services in the future. read more

I called Truly Nolen due to an ant problem in my Living Room Window. The first spray treatment was not effective. 2 weeks later I called again and they sent out Ty. He sure took charge and resprayed. He did an excellent job. I hope this works. I was told it may take several sprays due to the colony of ants. If it reoccurs, I want Ty to return and spray. He is detailed and through! read more

Thomas from Truly Nolen in Santa Fe, NM, came to my home to evaluate a pest that was leaving behind wood shavings from a viga in my living room. He diagnosed them as carpenter ants. He showed up on time and was helpful, courteous, professional and so far it looks like his treatment worked. He performed the service I requested and the cost of the service was much less than any other estimate I received making it a great value! Thomas told me he has a way with ants and I believe him... Can't deliver. Refused to take a job involving termites. Then PROMISED to help me by calling around to find competent company to help me and said they would get back to me by end of week. SO sincere and they knew I was counting on them. Never heard back from them. Unbelievable, and the work had already been delayed for at least two weeks before they got around to telling me they couldn't do job. Finally was connected to Elroy Exterminators and they came very next day and started process to eliminate termites. Do NOT bother with Truly Nolan. read more

DON'T USE TRULY NOLEN PEST CONTROL, they are unscrupulous in their contracts. We had a year contract thru August, basically for ants. They came out in July and treated and were back 3 weeks later and treated unbeknownst to me. Then they billed me saying it's an ongoing contract which we didn't sign up for. We made it clear it was a one year contract and not to exceed that. They did, they billed. BAD BUSINESS PEOPLE AND RELATIONS! JUST DON'T! I just got a call from the local branch manager. He said it was their mistake and they will write off what he called the extra treatment, the gal I spoke with said it was a quarterly ongoing treatment. I didnt use Yelp before calling this pest company , they were ridiculous my appointment was weeks out and a time decided upon , they came out an hour earlier than scheduled and did a walk thu with my roomate ( that didnt even Know they were coming ) and left . when I got home they were long gone. I called them , they said i Had rats and the evidence was all over the house . This location is a disaster. I signed up for a premium service that included rodent care...when they showed up he said I only signed up for ants (not true). After 5 lengthy calls with customer service asking for a refund or service (over a 2-week period) no one has replied - although a call-back was promised each time. The online signup promised a refund within 30 days if problem was not handled. I've wasted so much time with them now I'm just moving on, posting my dissatisfaction on social media. Don't call this place. The telephone dispatcher seemed nice enough and set up an appointment and from then on it was ridiculous to work with them. I won't tell you the complicated story, but it boils down to I tried a few times to get them to inspect and get back with me and they disappointed every time. When they did come out the inspector never got back with me. I called to follow up and was assured the owner would call me and two days later I called again and they had gone on vacation and had the telephone operator say they couldn't help me. Some of the worst service, so bad I'm writing to urge you not to waste your time. I think in my life I've only written like 4 bad reviews and hardly review things in general. Do not use this company. They charged me for a service at my home in Santa Fe, NM that I did not request or want. Prior to that I had a year contract but could not get anyone to come out for a service I needed for the last 3 months of that contract. After the contract was over (I had paid $600 for a year) then they sent someone out to my house without my knowledge or approval and then wanted me to pay for THAT. I have spoken to several people who said they would resolve it. THEY HAVE NOT. They continued to send me bills over the past year. Truly Nolan seems to have changed into a company that is a sham. No one shows up to collect rodents month after month. Dead mice are lying around outside of the traps cannibalized by other rodents and the price per month is $54.00. Don't even consider calling this company. The office that did pick up the phone today was represented by a very pleasant woman (Robin) who couldn't have been more pleasant. read more
