After an idiot rear ended my baby, a 2011 CTS-V, that has been a garage queen with zero door dings and zero scratches I thought she would never be the same. Brought her over to Rudy and he assured me that he and his team would be able to get her back to original condition and they didn't disappoint, so much so that I have forgotten that she had ever been violated in the first place. (Car enthusiasts know what I'm talking about). With meeting Rudy, I sensed confidence and assurance which put me at ease with my decision to go with RP Studios. I demanded original OEM parts which were hard to find due to age and options of the car. Rudy assured me that he would only use original OEM parts because aftermarket parts never fit quite right and leave gap differences and said, and I quote "He and his team are on the hook to provide nothing but high-quality work and results". Another concern was the color match, a Tri-coat Black with aluminum flake, special order from factory, not easy to match, especially 13-year-old paint. Again, Rudy assured me that his team would be able to do an exact color match, and they didn't disappoint! See photos. Trunk was not damaged or painted, bumper was. The paint matches perfectly! My car was (hit and run) sideswiped badly the length of two passenger doors. We had never put in a car claim in 31 yrs so the insurance procedure was new to us; you take the requested pictures and the insurance company cuts you a check for THEIR (online) estimate. We found RP paint to do the repairs but once the work started, it became evident that the repair time/cost would exceed the price of a new door. The approval for this took another 3 weeks and during that time, RP Paint Studios contacted our insurance company many times as did we. Thank God for RP paint and Collision. After shopping around different body shops and getting the excuses why they couldn't fix my daughter's 2007 Saturn Sky I started reading different reviews of different body shops in the area of Murrieta Ca. where I live close to. I took a chance and called RP paint and left a message with description of my daughter's car. The owner Rudy called me back and refilled my mind with hope that he would be able to to fix the car. One thing about Rudy he's a no BS guy. He's one of the last people left on this earth you can actually have a gentleman hand shake and he stands by his word. This place has to be one of the best workshops in all of California! The receptionist was just amazing. She answered all of our questions about insurance and made us feel welcomed every time we walked through that door. Always talking with us while we waited she was just amazing. I have a 2002 F350 Dually crew cab, several years ago I had Line X bedliner applied to the roof, then recently because of poor prep work or application of the bedliner I noticed rust coming through in several areas. then I found out the whole roof needed to be replaced because of the rust. I went to several body shops, including Ford dealer, and nobody wanted to tackle the job. Then I went RP Paint Studio and Rudy said they could replace the roof . Because the truck is 23 years old , Ford no longer made that part but Rudy found one ,removed the old rusted roof and replaced the new one .The paint matched perfectly and you would never have known the roof was cut off and replaced.
