I have zero cons about this place: Pros: - friendly - responsive - excellent quality of work - goes above and beyond what is required There was an area on my tailgate that was damaged in an accident but insurance was refusing to pay for it, stating it wasn't caused in the accident. Considering that I had just hand washed it myself the day before the accident, I can say with 100% certainty that it was caused by the accident. RP fixed it for free. Insurance also didn't want to pay for the labor required to remove and replace my truck rack, stating it wasn't necessary in order to repair the vehicle, so RP did it for free because it's more important to them that they do the job right. To top is all off, when I picked up my truck 11 days after dropping it off, it looked like it was fresh out of a showroom! Not only did they wash it, THEY DETAILED IT. I wasn't expecting that at all.
