I called to inquire as to why I was charged for a cut. They were rude and not transparent. After a couple of phone calls, in which they wanted to check with the stylist to confirm her hair hadn't been cut, they finally admitted that they had not cut her hair. The receptionist defended charging me for a cut because she said "the blow took long to do." My daughter's hair is barely shoulder length. So in total it cost me $95 (including tip) for a blow and straighten. They would not refund me for the cut that they admittedly didn't do. I believe they were dishonest and do not recommend this salon.

I cannot say enough great things about either one of them. Both do an amazing job - I ALWAYS get compliments on my hair for WEEKS after my cuts. I put my head in their hands and trust them to style me in a way that works, and they always have. We have a great conversation, but can also sit in silence if we want. The staff is always friendly and professional, but not in a stuffy way. Things have obviously changed since the pandemic. I used to sit in the entry way while waiting, where they had a big container for water, and sometimes even snacks. Now you walk in and get taken to the sinks immediately.
