I like not having to deal with employees or any upsell. It's easy for me to drive in and out without assistance. It is completed relatively fast and has drying at the end. I hadn't been in a minute and went again recently and found that the prices were much higher. I think this will keep me from returning in the future. I understand that prices are increasing everywhere, but I really think a car wash should be more affordable. If my car came out perfectly clean I guess I would be okay with it, but even the cheapest option is not very reasonable. Because this is automated my car only comes out slightly cleaner than when it went in, I get that a car wash machine can only do so much, but for the price now I would really want it cleaner or I will just have to wash it again really soon. I think I will explore other options, but this is still a good option in a pinch.

On a beautiful Saturday the Lynnwood locations car wash was unfortunately closed. Against our better judgement we went to the dreaded Alderwood location to clean our son's car. The car wash started and immediately the middle of the windshield cracked and then spidered into the entire windshield. We reported the incident immediately and took several photos. There was no manager on duty on a Saturday? We then contacted him first thing Monday morning. He insisted we drive the car back where he told us the crack was in the inside...hmm. I guess not only is he a weekday manager but also a glass expert. We have tried several times to get anyone (else) to return our calls to no avail and there is apparently no other manager to talk to at anytime onsite. Our insurance has told us they will not cover it as it is considered third party damage. Not to mention at time of purchase on the inspection of the vehicle no windshield damage was found. So my (Autistic) 16 year old is left with a car that is illegal to drive. Thanks Levine family, we will never use your company again. We will now determine if this is worth pursuing in small claims court.

And explained that I was using the touch less auto wash. No apologies, "just send me your address and details and I will send you a check." This is the third 911 I've had PPF applied to, but my first experience with Benchmark, and they absolutely exceeded expectations. The quality of their work is outstanding. There are noticeably fewer seams than I've seen from other installers, and on the headlights and other tricky areas, they managed to lay the film cleanly to the edges. This makes a huge difference in avoiding dirt lines, potential lift points, and other issues over time. They were able to schedule me within about a week of my initial outreach, and throughout the process they were professional, friendly, and delivered excellent value for the work. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and highly recommend their work.

The only part that was a little stressful for me was finding them as they are located in the hotel parking lot but that isn't enough to dock a star from this review.

Booked a mobile appointment for my husband as his very first Father's Day gift…read more Thought we were good to go until I received a call and a text at 9pm the night before our morning appointment telling me that they would need to reschedule as well as charge me an additional $100+ fee for travel. I made my appointment 2 weeks prior so the fact that I wasn't made aware of this fee until the night before the service is crazy. I opted to cancel my appointment all together, I'm not a fan of how they manage their business. I'm also super disappointed that the gift my husband was so excited for won't happen until I can find someone else to detailed his truck - hopefully someone more reliable.
